Excellent product, service and delivery! Blue Ridge made buying TREX decking easy. They took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend them. The delivery was on time and the driver was an employee familiar with their products. They beat Home Depot and Lowes for the same product.

Still waiting for a final proposal. A week and a half later. Supposed to get it today by 1:30pm after callingtwice. Its 11:00 and Im still waiting. Not to mention the different prices for different sizes but nothing in black and white. I guess they are too busy for new customers.

It really depends on who answers the phone. Saturday someone answered, didnt get his name, and was trying to be very helpful, said to call back Monday they would contact their vendor. Monday I call back, someone else picks up the phone and was totally uninterested in helping, put me on hold and then tells me to call another company, that has no I idea of what I want. You better know exactly what you want before you call them.
