After many years of regularly ordering boxes from Allurepack, the service has gone downhill. There is no accountability.It was great in the beginning, boxes were delivered within a week without fail. Now its taking months. Which is fine if they inform you to begin with, but there is no notification or contact from the company as you wait in the dark.We have to waste our time and go chasing after our unfulfilled orders. After contacting the company two months later they said they will tell the warehouse to work on an order from May 2021 that was supposedly backordered when we placed the order. This is a blatant cover-up considering we bought the same boxes in June 2021 and received the same boxes in July 2021.Instead of taking responsibility, apologizing with any sincerity, offering a compensation, they brush a loyal customer aside and leave us searching for a company that will value our business. Very disappointing experience.

Im simply amazed at the speed and quality this company consistently delivers. Im a repeat customer, and I appreciate the quality and lovely uniqueness of their jewelry boxes. They are the perfect finishing touch for the antique jewelry I sell in my Etsy store. Love the quality, the price is great too, and Im still having a hard time believing that the order I placed just two days ago (during the Christmas rush, no less) is already here! I hIghly recommend this company, and Im sure Ill be back for more :)

I needed to buy custom boxes for my jewelry line and didnt know which types of boxes to buy. Customer Service were extremely helpful and took out the time to explain to me kinds they have and explained to me which boxes to get. I definitely recommend this company.

Not only did I get everything I needed, but the boxes they didnt have that I want charged for at the time they shipped out to me as soon as they got them without any reminder.
