Mark was professional and fast. I called about an issue and he had one of his guys sent out within the hour to assist and fix my problem completely. His staff is friendly and fast. If there is a negative star available, I probably can give it all day to this crook.He says he fixes things, turns around and leaves with a big bill and things arent working. comes again, says its something else and charges again and says its fixed and leaves, same thing, big fail.He has a nerve about asking for money for incompetency and feels entitled to it.He lost my business and lost several others. Everytime I open my mouth with my big influence with in my industry, he will continue to loose, he will end up where he deserves. Rat hole.
