Had to wait a while for the door, but it was worth it. It was done custom to the measurements. All of my neighbors are obsessed with it and asking were I got it. Great service, definitely buying doors for the inside.

I am building two houses and was looking for doors that are modern and stylish. I went online and found Ville Doors. I spoke to the owner Anthony and he advised me on styles and functions of various doors. He is a very nice, kind, and humble person.I ordered 56 doors from him and they all look sublime. Often I see people pass by my houses and stop their cars to look at the entrance doors because they are so unique and different. Asides form being stylish, they are very durable and functional too.He had his guy install them and he made sure to keep the property clean. I highly recommend Anthony and Ville Doors to anyone looking to get modern, stylish, and durable doors.

Ordered sample for $12.95. After weeks of not receiving contacted company. They wanted me to provide my address again and the sample that I ordered. Did that and seven months later I am still waiting for my sample. Fortunately I found another company that has a better selection of doors that are very similar and purchased 4 doors from them.

I ordered 7 glossy interior doors. Verry happy with quality and look. Delivered as promissed on time.

Bought doors from this company for a commercial project - they came damaged AND the wrong color. When we notified the company asking for a replacement or a refund - they said we only had 48 hours to report a claim. These doors came in a wooden crate - we were not going to open them until to was time to install them. To not even replace the doors that were THE WRONG COLOR, is obscene. Will not use again, nor will this franchise company.

Please avoid this business!!! Owner is very fraudulent & crook. We placed an order with him for doors, give him payment. He never showed to measure or delivery door. I highly recommend not to do business with this place. VeryUnprofessional & dishonest. We ordered doors in beginning of October give a deposit. Requested them to come when flooring &Wall are placed. They didn’t show up twice. Now since the projectIs merely finished. There making excuses now, regarding door opening. They should of checked this before Accepting payment. I’ve done numerous renovation projects, have never met an unprofessional & dishonest business owner.

Villa Doors I was a little worried because of a few negative reviews I am glad I chose the Villa Doors all door places show a lot online villa actually has a show room/warehouse where are you can see the doors and touch them we wanted modern double doors for our house they have a lot in stock we chose the Puerto door Anthony the owner is a young very knowledgeable serious guy no BS he gave us advice told us a schedule everything happened exactly as he said he actually came down with his crew and install the door himself we couldn’t be happier the price was very reasonable also I highly recommend Anthony and Villa Doors Five stars easy

Extent door service is bad.Dont trust Anthony’s promises.Promise to femove old door,workers start job at 10:00am then they left to shop did not come to finish until 6:00pm.They ask for payment I give the check, they promise to come to come next day to take the doors.Next day I called Antony promised the y will come in 2 hours nothing happened.Called next Anthony come afternoon to tell me they don’t have space for the old door,and left old door.I have to spend $100 to dispose the door.Dont give final payment until they remove all the garbage.

This guy is very good and reasonable. My door shipped without pull handle and also wrong frame size, they are willing to solve the problems without charging me further shipping cost. The door itself is very very sturdy and good looking. It is expensive but they make you feel you get what you paid for. Happy buy.

Anatoli, the Ville Doors owner, is an extremely careless, sneaky and unprofessional dealer . He has no customer service.I purchased 37 doors from Ville Doors. I received 36 doors. I received 15 doors that do not match what I ordered. A lot of the doors are missing materials so I cannot put them. He doesn’t want to negotiate or do any exchanges. He so sneaky that I strongly believe that he can manipulate the PDF invoice. I bought for $13,000..00I I ended up paying him $22,000.00. I’ve been calling voicemails, emails and text messages for my request to return the doors. I ended up doing a charge back through my credit card company, but did not receive the full amount of my purchase back. I continued my attempts in reaching out to Anatoli, but once again, he was completely unresponsive.Im strongly contemplating going through a small claims court to get my remaining hefty balance back. At this time, I lost $10,000. and have doors that I cannot be use. Based on my experience, I advise everyone to not purchase anything from Anatoli/Ville Doors and to take your business elsewhere to a reliable and honest vendor.I’m hoping they close this seller down.

I am very pleased with the multiple purchases we made at Ville Doors. The owner is accommodating and easy to deal with. He even made some suggestions to us in the cases where we couldnt decide how to best cover the opening without the door and how to choose closet doors. The doors look really nice! We also purchased an entry door from him. Unfortunately the door handle that came with it was from another door, so we have to wait for it. But the owner immediately brought the covers for the door handle holes and assured us to install it as soon as it arrives. Overall I like the experience with this store and recommend it to anyone looking for modern doors.

Called a week ago and asked for a specific doors, the owner named Anatoly told me that they do have it in stock so I came over from a 55 Miles distance to look at it. That doors couldn’t be found in their garage showroom...Waisted time and money!

My experience purchasing doors through Ville Doors could not have been worse. I strongly caution and warn all buyers to reconsider purchasing products at Ville Doors based on my subpar experience with the product and with customer service.Several things went terribly wrong with my overall experience:1. The delivery time frame for the shipment of my purchase was severely delayed.Prior to placing my order, I was told that the time frame for delivery would be 10 - 12 weeks. In reality, I received my items nearly 6 months later!2. Beware: the sample item does not match the product.After receiving a sample of what a glossy door would look like, I placed an order for several glossy doors. When my doors arrived nearly 6 months later, the doors were not glossy at all and did not look like the sample I received! I immediately called Anatoli, the Ville Doors owner, in complete shock and he explained that the glossy film can look different on a small sample versus a large door. I was not told this pertinent information when I placed my order.3. Several doors arrived damaged.Upon receiving the delayed doors, several of the doors and moldings were damaged, wet and moldy upon my inspection of them. I reported this to Anatoli immediately and he told me to keep the damaged doors for an inspection, however, no one ever came to inspect the wet doors and moldings. Eventually, all of the doors got damaged because of the poor quality of the delivery. I requested a full refund from Anatoli but never heard back from him.4.
