I started shopping at this boutique this year (2021) while it was still in Hackensack. The new location at American Dream is simply beautiful and I am thrilled to continue shopping with these amazing sales associates. Everyone has always been professional and kind. Each person at this location smiles, says hello and goes above and beyond for their clients. Everyone from management to security makes me feel welcome, which is extremely important since Hermès can feel like a very serious place at times. I have visited many Hermès boutiques and I will say that the staff at American Dream are exceptional compared to many other locations. Big shoutout to my favorite SA (Lee 😚) and also Sandra as well as Gigi (all highly recommend by friends) !!

Barely any merchandise. RUDE SA that clearly has better things to do since she was on her phone most of my time in the store. I literally witnessed her have a rude exchange with her coworker(older Asian lady) in front of a line of customers upon entry. How awkward–especially being that the older women seemed way more courteous from our brief exchange. Otherwise, I did NOT feel welcome & felt very rushed. I had to ask for a fitting room? How else am I going to try on the tunic I picked out, Miss? On top of being followed by security after the SA(taller Asian woman) decided to abandon me, I’m disgusted & will be calling corporate. If I was a secret shopper you guys would have failed. Please take your dollars to Short Hills, NYC, or just order online! Unless you’re picking up an order DO NOT COME HERE.

Horrible costumer service if you want to come to Hermès at American Dream mall to make an exchange . Once I was seen to have an orange bag in my hands, I wasn’t allowed to enter the store for 40 minutes, despite 7 costumers were let out and I was the ONLY 1 costumer waiting outside of the store . As per security guy explanation, he could let me in only if one of sales person notified that she is ready for the next costumer. None of them bothered to take care of me since they new I came for an exchange ! I felt very disrespected. If they think they will not do a dollar from you they wouldn’t treat you nice . Very bad experience!

This review is for the one at American Dream mall. Met SA James today and he was amazing. He went above and beyond and helped me! I noticed some of the other SA there were previously from the Riverside mall location whom i wasnt too fond of so glad he was assigned to me! Will see you again soon!!

Even though the drive is more than an hour, the shopping experience has always been worthwhile, pleasant and enjoyable. My sales associate Gigi is the reason why I have been a long time loyal Hermes customer. What I value most is her sense of personal touch that made me feel like family. She deserves great recognition for her patience, responsiveness, and cheerful attitude. Thank you Gigi!

I love Riverside mall Hermes! The SA are so nice and friendly! They are all kind and very helpful! Compare to UES Hermes- the items are limited but I feel Riverside Hermes SA, they all support and try to find the items!

The asian saleswomen (prob korean) has ZERO people skills or whatsoever. Cold, condescending and impatient. She did not bother to answer my single question nor would show me around. and I was not just window shopping, but rather indeed wanted to get something from the store.PS. If you want a hot item (not birkin or kelly, just a wallet), dont even go there. They will routinely say you will be on the waiting list. The store has a very limited selection of items.

Always love coming into a Hermès store. An appointment is required for now and the arrangements has been very comfortable. Friendly SA even if you dont have any regular ones in the store. They offer a good range of items to my liking. Definitely will be coming back often.

Didnt have the best experience waiting outside when I had an appointment much earlier. Once I was inside associates were nice but not many available items I wanted to see unfortunately.

I visited in July 2020. Staff was rude and did not want to help. I took my money and went to the Short Hills location. Much nicer, bigger selection and had exactly what I wanted.

Now with coronavirus the you need an appointment to shop. I didn’t have one I said I’m from far away and would like to pick up a few items. They made it possible and were so nice.

This place is absolutely nice I was greeted and help with everything I need it services was outstanding they wrap everything that I need it for a gift I cannot recall the name of the lady that help me but she was very patient and answer every single of my questions...

Ok due to COVID-19 you need an appointment to shop at the store, my appointment was for 2pm with the sales Person Sandra, I showed up around 1:46pm the Asian lady that checks you in said wait she went to the back came. Ok so I walk around the mall for 10mins and came and even when I went back to the door at my appointment time no came to assist me. I to use the race card but I felt discriminated agin today because an Asian lady was let in the store a min before I reach.

I had the pleasure of shopping with Sandra this past weekend. She is so lovely, helpful, warm, and has a great personality! She treated me like family from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. I cannot wait to return and shop with her again. The store is beautiful! :-)

Was at the mall decided to stop by Hermès was looking at ties and the staff was hawking me like a owl probably thinking I was going to steal something, the one lady who worked there, in particular followed me thru the whole store never asked me if I needed help but instead following me keeping hey eyes glued to me she would even pretend to look at items next to me. she reminded me of the hurry up and buy lady so long story short I left and spent my money elsewhere

Really nice belts but this store is very expensive exepect to pay upwards of $880 for a belt.Ask for Viki.
