I love, love, love my new kitchen! John used his 3-D modeling software to show me how to fix my hovel into a showplace kitchen. He designed all these cabinet features I would never have thought to ask for, like the soft close drawers. He was so easy to work with, everything came in as planned and the prices were GREAT. Cabinet & Window provided the cabinets, countertops, sink, sliding door and other windows throughout the house. See some pics below.

I have so many wonderful statements to make about John, who is a most gentle giant and a wonderful human being. I had him design my dream KOSHER kitchen in 2018. His knowledge and dedication to my project exceeded all of my expectations. His approach was to design a kitchen that was his own in every step of the way. He was on the job making sure that it came out at least 100% perfect. I have recommended him to others, and always will. Im about to actually sell the house where the kitchen he created is at. That being said, I communicated with him, and started to plan my new kitchen with him, in my new upcoming residence. In John you get a partner, not a supplier. We have purchased cabinets and windows from John for clients many times. We like the quality of the cabinets and windows. John tries very hard to make you happy with your purchase. Cabinets have come in damaged many times and he has always gotten them replaced with no problem. There is nothing he can do about the way they are shipped. He stands by his products and his business. He will sit with a client for hours laying out a kitchen so that the client is in love with the kitchen when it is done. Will continue to work with John in the future.

Best part of our kitchen renovation was dealing with John. He gave us the best price for our cabinets and outstanding customer service. He was always available to answer our questions and helped us correct some issues our contractor created that we didn’t think were fixable. His experience is evident in his creative solutions to unusual kitchen issues. He even took the time to stop by our home on a Sunday to review our cabinets. Recently purchased cabinets and granite countertop from this company. Cabinets were delivered early countertop was installed quickly. Cabinets are all wood and good quality for a competitive price. I would advise seeing John first before purchasing cabinets from anyone else. I went all over looking for cabinets and John was the last person I went to and he turned out to be the best with the best cabinets. There are multiple styles and multiple companies to choose from. I can honestly say I didn’t have one problem.

Ordered kitchen and bathroom cabinets from John. Delivery took forever. Some of the kitchen cabinets arrived damaged. Replacement parts took 6+ months, and they all didnt come and some of the ones that did come were wrong. Still not satisfied. Still dont have all the parts. Some of the cabinets were missing shelves, still dont have those. I had to go pick up the bathroom cabinets myself. I called John, I texted John, he just doesnt care.The bottom line is I wouldnt do business with him again and wouldnt recommend him to anyone.

From the the beginning to the end of our kitchen/house remodel John at Cabinet & Window Co was very helpful in design and getting the product to us when he said it would come. The pandemic slowed many things down and some parts took time to get. But the over all quality of his product is excellent. When you call him he gets back to you that day. RUN !!!!!!!!!!!!We Ordered 28 Custom Maple Cabinets from John this past May 2020. The order took 8 weeks to come in. No problem there but out of those 28 cabinets 16 yes SIXTEEN doors came damaged, our top hood came damaged as well as one of our main cabinets, there is a GAPING hole in our wall next to my stove and because of this we cannot complete our backsplash or plumbing for the pot filler and our kitchen remains unfinished. John said he quickly put a rush order for our damaged goods, but 4 weeks after that RUSH (2 weeks ago) some of them FINALLY came however they were the wrong cabinets so alas we still do not have them. It is now September 10th... FOUR months to the date we ordered !!!! We have been MORE than patient and now we are done. John is avoiding us with excuse after excuse and has now blocked my phone number. He does not seem in the least bit concerned that we have been waiting for 4 months while he was paid in full on day 1. HORRENDOUS customer service and for the price we paid this is UNACCEPTABLE. I warned John a week ago I was going to give him a bad review, he has had a week and ample time to at least try to reach out and do right by us. But Nothing. Do not use this company.

Storefront cabinet dealer near the Home Depot mall in Hackensack. Seems to be a one man shop because my past few visits there the door is locked during normal business hours. There is a note on the door with a cell phone to call someone. Doesnt feel like a good marketing plan to be in a very busy traffic area and not have anyone working there. On top of them being closed Ive seen deliverys of cabinets left outside on the sidewalk. Not a good look.

Mary and John are friendly and knowledgeable. Their products are good and reasonably priced. The installers are professional and experienced. The store does a high volume of business. Having some extra help might aid greatly in an even better experience. The overall end result was excellent.

If I could give fewer stars, I would. Go someplace else. This guy never answers the phone, never calls you back and never shows up when he said he would. He’s not at the store during normal business hours and has the same back in 10 minutes sign hanging on the door for months. Cabinets arrived damaged and missing pieces. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I love the way my kitchen turned out. My cabinets are from Waypoint. Very beautiful. I shopped around and their prices were the best. The owner was patient with me during the re-design. Everything is new and now I am happy to cook and have friends over to share a meal.

I used Cabinet and Window Company in Hackensack for my kitchen cabinets. From start to finish John, the owner, was fantastic. His expert advice in designing our kitchen made the difference in the process. His prices were the best we could find for the Waypoint products - solid wood made in the US. He stuck to the estimated delivery date and there were no surprises or extra costs. I am very happy with the product and would recommend Jonh’s expert service to anyone!

This store was a nightmare to work with. The owner is extremely non-responsive. He repeatedly made appointments but then failed to show up. I had a relatively simple order - cabinets and a granite counter for one corner of my kitchen. One of the cabinets was delivered cracked. It took weeks and weeks of phone calls, emails and texts to get them to respond and address the matter. It took another few weeks of calls and emails to get the counter installed. In the end, i received what i ordered, but it took far too much effort.

They take your money and they lie! Good luck getting your money back or the cabinets.Pay now and pick 3 months later and incomplete.Beware Im not the only with that problem.

Called them to get a quote for my Grandma to replace some windows. They were supposed to call back within 48 hrs to schedule. They never did. Nor did they return my calls. Oh well, my Grandma will just have to suffer another winter with shoddy windows.

I have no idea but Im assuming they have great windows in this place if you want to know going in check it out you might be surprised
