Theres not enough amazing things 2 say about this establishment! They have EVERYTHING u need for hair and beauty not to mention their prices are more than fair! Cant wait 2 go back

Worst beauty store I have ever visited. I asked for product and the guy came to help but when I was looking for other item he stands right behind me when he know aliens are narrow and it can only fits one person. It was so uncomfortable experience.If you wanna keep eye keep it but stay little far!!Never going back again!!

Great selection of items and okay staff, though they could stand to allow more independence to shoppers. The low stars are for the wrong google address. This business is NOT on South Main St, but on Main St. Big driving difference.

They accused my daughter of stealing and when they realized they had the wrong person they wouldnt fully apologize. When I called to question the situation the white lady thats the cashier there was rude and would not take full accountability for their poor behavior. Will never shop here again as we are not thieves and they watch you like you are!! They clearly contribute to harassing people of color

I have been a customer for YEARS, and they still treat you like a thief.I would like to SHOP with my hard earned money in peace.They have a large selection of items, but you wont even feel comfortable enough to look around.It is hurtful, and I am tired of it.So long.

Even though this place is a 5 minutes drive away from my house I Will NEVER Shop here again. They watch every move you make as if youre going to steal. Even when told that you don’t need their help they’re constant looking down the aisles. Calling you “my friend” please! Reading a label? “What are you looking for?” Touching the hair “We have these other styles similar here”. They literally don’t leave you alone and are passive aggressively trying to watch you and rush you out the store. Just shop at Hackensack Beauty supply down the street! They treat you like a customer and not a criminal.

This store has an extensive list of products, hair, and tools. However, they hover way too much. You constantly feel like you are being watched or that you are a criminal. I feel like I’m under pressure to leave the store quickly because they are constantly watching me. It’s very uncomfortable. I try to order online whenever possible to avoid this store.

This place has a large selection of wigs and hair products. The employees are annoying and not very helpful: they hover and interrupt while you shop, and yet when asked questions, they struggle to provide helpful answers and always say just look around in a heavy accent. At least they do know their prices, which are fairly reasonable. Only a few prices on items are clearly marked, so the price-conscious shopper will have no choice but to interact with the staff to find out what theyre like. I would recommend with caution--their merchandise is good and fairly priced, however most people will find their customer service irritating.

I’m very disappointed with this store. I bought merchandise from this store worth more than $150.00. I explained to the salesman that I wasn’t sure which hair extensions I was going to use and he said I can return it if I don’t use it. I showed him a picture of what I needed and he gave me what he said is human hair which was expensive. It was not human hair. When I returned to the store the next day I was told I can only get store credit or exchange. This is not a good business practice. They are forcing you to spend money in their store even if you don’t need anything thing. I have been a client in this store in the past but I will not go back because of this practice and the way they treated me. I’m sure I can take my business elsewhere and get better service.

Great selection of hair products and hair for weaves, wigs and braids. The prices are comparable. Best, the workers are friendly and knowledgeable.
