Truly FRIENDLY Service!!!!Although I had never been to this shop before, Ernest saw me walking in the sudden snow storm we recently experienced after I ran out of fuel sitting in traffic for 2 hours. He approached me and asked if he could offer a gas can so I can get my car started again. He loaned me the fuel and tank without payment in order for me to get going. I sincerely appreciate the truly FRIENDLY SERVICE. You dont get that from most places nowadays. Thank you very much Ernest!!!

Now to be honest, this place hasnt serviced my truck in a few years but they were the last mechanics to work on it. I had to pull my battery the other day, only to find out they broke my battery tray. As I have just found out it is an involved fix, they told me nothing about this. They also removed a bolt for my cold air intake that they did not replace that couldve caused a support bracket to destroy my belt. All in all I am disgusted with these little things and feel taken advantage of. I never fault anyone for making mistakes, they happen. I hold people accountable for laziness and this is a prime example.

I went to Ernie a few years ago on the recomendation of a very well respected auto body shop in Hackensack. He is a true professional who loves his craft. Everytime I have had work done, he and his staff have gone above and beyond to diagnose and figure out solutions and have always given me a diagnosis and done the repairs in an extremely timely fashion. I have recommended his establishment to anyone who tells me they have a problem with their vehicle. Do yourself a favor, if you need any kind of work done on your car, make E&A the first place you go to.

CRIMINAL PRACTICE!My suspicion is that Ernie looked up my NAME ONLY IN HIS RECORDS, saw that HE had not replaced a very expensive part, assumed it was never replaced and tried to sell me it AGAIN! The back peddling gave it away! TOTALLY CRIMINALI had this part replaced 1 year ago by another mechanic, Ernie didnt know until I TOLD HIM TO PULL TE RECEIPT OUT OF MY TRUNK! His tune changed after he saw the receipt. He didnt even reset my oil light after a $285 oil change.
