Toyota Members Welcome*.This place is a bit complicated to find the right words😅 Most times they will treat you like a customer other times they will simply treat you like an enemy and few times they will be giving you an attitude as if they are doing you a favor which I agree 1%. They are Honest with their service (in my experience).

Pretty efficient process. Called, scheduled my appointment. Received follow up calls and reminders. When I showed up, I was taken in immediately, even though I was 15 minutes early. Didnt have to wait too long.
