Not my normal Walmart but needed some different scenery and I have ZERO complaints.

Walmart is my wifes favorite store when she goes to our church camp. With her being in charge of crafts this place is a lifesaver. Location is southside of town just off of main road, tucked behind businesses on the highway.This store does have a gas station on site.Everything else is normal Walmart. Large parking lot, clean store and restrooms, large variety and fresh produce.

Enjoyed this shopping trip, choice of mask wearing, not like OKC centers, where the aisles are crowded. Good selection of products.Believe it or not the employees went out of their way to help, if you looked lost(lol). All I all a good place to shop.

The workers are so disrespectful We waited over 45 minutes for the fitting room just to get a horrible attitude. The store was so dirty and smells like sewage we then proceeded to buy some produce just for everything to be rotten and out of date🤮. The store manager Tasha is a clown and extremely disrespectful. She had no care in the world how rude the workers are to the customers I will now give my business to Target✌️

Grocery pick up has always been a positive experience for me. I never have to wait long and my groceries have always been carefully loaded.

The Walmart in Guthrie Oklahoma is the cleanest Walmart I have seen in oklahoma since Ive been back to oklahoma, 6 years now.Thank you Guthrie Walmart share your success with all the other Walmarts please.

My Guthrie Wal-Mart is my favorite place to go each day. I love how clean they keep the bathrooms and how cold the AC is in the store. Since my 7th husband past away, I enjoy meeting up with other homeless, elderly people like myself. The general manager, Brad, is especially kind and patient with us old folks and I can count on him to have our batteries charged on the motorized shopping carts.

Dropped in for a few things, mostly groceries.This is the store on 23rd and Douglas.Its rarely ever crowded and the employees are, on the whole, nice and helpful.My wife needs one of the motorized carts to get around, and they never have enough of them. :(Other than that, its one of the better Walmarts around Midwest City.

The pharmacy cant be beat! Even the pharmacist will help you with what you need they have helped me many times especially Chris he is a good man and knows the medicine like the back of his head. Drop in and see them they can really help you. Steve Guest

I almost always find what I need at this Walmart. A lot of the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and I never have had any trouble at this Walmart getting good service or products. Im a regular customer here.

Store has a terrible selection they didnt even have a shovel. They had 20 different kinds of rakes and already had their Christmas stuff out before even Halloween.

Its Walmart, theres not a whole lot to say about it... However, the primary reason that Im taking the time to write this review is to acknowledge how well the employees of this location have kept up with the pandemic, demands of grocery pick-up and panic buying. The grocery pickup in particular has always been carried out exceptionally well; there has been very little wait time (if any at all). To top it off, all of the employees that I have encountered have been courteous and respectful of their customers space while loading vehicles. Well done!

Managers just point to where its supposed to be but they wont show you and its irritating because its not on the Shelf

The employees are rude. The manager never stocks the shelves unless you want beer and wine. You go to other stores and they are stocked. Their prices keep going up

Very upset with the way they handle customers two nice sales associate helps one walks up and is rude then wait ten minutes for the manager for her to not even help me first when Im the one that asked for her then wants to say I wasnt there and even the associate said yes I was but instead of staying while running late for a birthday party I decided to leave without resolution because I wasnt going to have them be rude to me anymore I will be reaching out to corporate office there wasnt any reason to be rude to someone before they are rude to you and yes I got rude back

I cannot fathom how it could be more difficult to hand a company your money. IF youre fortunate enough to find an employee, the norm is to find they either have ZERO knowledge with regard to products or store policies, they simply shrug you off dismissively because they couldnt care less, or BOTH.Sam Walton must be rolling over in his grave as his family members shout CHA CHING!!! $$$$$$

Always have a good experience here sometimes they are out of stock on things but thats normal for any store these days

I will not do curbside pickup with this location ever again....you gave my order to someone else then when I called Walmart customer service within a minute of getting the text that my order was picked up you wouldnt help the lady when she called the store I got a refund and will shop somewhere else

Nycole at the service counter was rude.😕The more I come to this WalMart the more Im encouraged to go to Edmond on Danforth road and I encourage everyone else to go there. If you arent white or an elderly person than dont expect respect is what should be on their doors.

This particular store is always pretty busy, but they pretty much have everything that you need. They keep up with their stock really well. Plus picking up online orders here are really easy and fast!

Guthrie location much better than Edmond.

Well stocked in health and beauty area. Mostly well stocked in meat and shelf staple goods. Employees were restocking.

Its just not your regular walmart they really do go out of there way to help you and the pharmacy is great i got my covid 19 shot there yesterday it hurts like hell today but i can tell it really works i get my 2nd shot in a month thank you again to the great pharmacist that really talked me into getting the shot.

Of all the area Walmarts including those in Edmond and OKC, this Guthrie Walmart is far superior in many respects. The employees are friendly and helpful, always taking you to find what you need, or knowledgeable of where to find items. The operator in apparel actually answers the phone! and tonight I called to see if they still had a sale item in stock and Lisa walked to the back of the store to see. Wow! Returns are friendly and hassle free, usually by Carl, or Laura, two very kind people. The store is clean, the parking lot is well lit, with cool music playing, making the whole necessary chore of shopping verge on, dare I say, “fun”? And one last item of note..when all the other Walmarts were having you walk an extra 100 feet around 12 shopping carts just to get in the door, for “safety”, this store had a reasonable 6 carts, and unlike Timothy at the Edmond store who threatened me as a handicapped person attempting to shortcut the baskets, a young man saw I parked in Handicap parking and actually moved a cart to let me in. This store with their superior employees makes an effort to decrease the stress at this very stressful time, and should receive an award.

Guthrie Walmart Its nothing like Stillwater they had 4 tellers open will shop there more often not that much farther from my house

Very frustrating. Always out items that I regularly purchase. Like the Four Star Chili, or Great Value chili. Just simple things you buy them once or twice oh, and then they dont sell it anymore. I dont have delivery because I live in the country. But I guess I will start driving to Edmond Oklahoma its crazy

Today I pointed out to management what I could only assume was completely incorrect prices, at first they blamed the person who labeled it then they blamed corporate. Either way they said there was no way they could change the price.$16.82 for a pound of ground turkey is almost 7x what it was just last week. Not only that but 1 pound of ground beef cost almost twice that of 2.5lbs.Needless to say I walked out without meat.

These guys have been working very hard to keep us all fed and closed during this pandemic place an order and sometimes theres a lot of people to get that order this is understandable. But theyre always very apologetic even when theres absolutely no apology necessary Ive been more than pleased with the quality of their items and their staff great job. At one point the manager was even helping to deliver out to cars waiting for their items. She was very apologetic and very sweet and I wish that I knew her name I wish I could give them larger star amount. I appreciate you thank you

WalMart was busy, & well stocked. We were in & out in fair time. The most time we spent in WalMart Supercenter was in the check out line. The checkout lady was busier than a chicken with a coffee can full of Junebugs, & still polite & kind, and fast with each customer.

I just moved to Guthrie, Oklahoma for school and been going to this Walmart location for awhile and its always been great service. However, I was disappointed on my last visit. So, me and my boyfriend had went into the store and I was going to buy a bottle of wine and some other things. When I went to check out to pay for my stuff the lady ask for my ID and I gave it to her, she also asked for my bf ID and unfortunately he had forgotten it. So she said I wasnt able to purchase the wine, but I understood it since he was with me and she was just doing her job. So, later that night (after a 5 hours) I went back to the Walmart store WITHOUT my bf and went to purchase some wine again because they had a good sale on them. I came across the same lady at the self-checkout and told showed her my ID, however, she said since I came earlier that day with someone else with no ID she couldnt sell me the wine. I dont know Walmarts policy on selling wine or liquor but from my understanding the STATE LAW says the you have to be 21 with an ID to purchase those items. I didnt have my bf with me at the time so I didnt understand why she still couldnt sell it to me. So, I said that I wanted to speak to the manager and she wasnt helpful AT ALL. So, I was really frustrated and had to go back home to get my bf to show his ID to purchase some wine. Also, know that me and my bf are in our mid twenties to drink so this whole experience was unnecessary . Ive never had an issue like this with any Walmart or any liquor store ever. However, Walmart should be very explicit on their policy with wine and liquor because it doesnt make any sense, especially when I have a valid ID.
