I prefer this Belk location over some of the larger malls. It’s a quiet and relaxing experience. They have the same nice products and prices in a more relaxed shopping environment.

Ordered an item online and picked up in store and it was seamless no hassle, awesome experience.

Great store. However, I got a new item today, and while needing to go to the bathrooms, my bag beeped, they left the security tag on an item I already bought, and had to show my receipt to get it taken off. Good thing they gave me a receipt, I wasnt about to buy it twice or be thought of badly. Not gonna purchase anything in their store after that.

This was not a typical Belk Sale with wonderful discounts. There was not a wide array of choices. The service was slow because there was only one Associate. She was pleasant and helpful; hence the rating.

Back in its heyday, Belk used to be the go to place for top quality fashion. Now it looks more like a Walmart consignment side-chick.

I understand being the only person working but after acknowledging our presence and assisting OTHERS ( White people) who came after us is very Disturbing and Disheartening to say the least. Teach your children to NOT spend money in an establishment if you being treated less than or not appreciated. Take you business elsewhere as I did. Thanks for nothing

I had to do a return at the jewelry counter early in the morning 10:10am and the woman who did the return was huffing and buffing she had such an attitude. I will not be going back to this belk I would drive 10 miles more to the one in Concord where Sears is . They were short staffed but so friendly Patient and helpful.

Belk has always been a good store when making a shopping choice. However, the lack of help on the sales floor is 100% lacking. Zero actually. When we were there no one was able to help us on the floor. They were all busy checking people out. We needed help and ended up leaving because we could find anyone. I hope Belk Corporation sees this major disconnect with their sales volume and customer satisfaction.

This particular store literally had nothing. The sizes that I needed they didn’t have. So I continued to change my choice of wardrobe. And still came up unsuccessful. I EVENTUALLY found an associate, but he was very in knowledgeable about the store. He did try to locate some help but, yes, he too was not successful with that. This trip was a waste of time and I will not return.

Slippery floors the seem to be wax beautiful and clean like a mirror but you can easily slip and fall..

Estee Lauder lost a few sales and my business. With retailers itching for sales to increase and customers patriotism, during this Pandemic. You would think customer service would sky rocket. But thats not the case. Shame on you Estee Lauder Beauty Consultant...

It’s hard to find help here. They are hard to deal with and are slower than a 7 year itch. I think the DMV on Zootopia was faster. Two different women on two different days were the same speed. Belk may be good at other locations but not here.

Was shopping for baby clothes, one rack of Ralph Lauren signed 50%, got to the register supervisor of the dept. said it wasnt on sell. Explained that it was one other of the same item on the rack, cashier went over and looked told him that it wasnt on sell. I was nothing personal of either, but felt they should have honored the 50% off...spoke to the Human resource manager who was extremely nice to explain the situation! Team at the register did not reach my expectations of a great experience.

Came here after another location sold my online store pickup order out from under me. Was told by Belks customer service line that I could get the same deal that I had got online here. So I drove all the way here trying to get my cologne and instead I got a rude manager talking down to me and being short with me. Called customer service back and of course they have changed their tune and wont give me the deal that they had already sold me, and charged my card multiple times for. Between driving to the mall and being on hold Belk has wasted over 3 hours of my day. I work in the service industry and this is absolutely unacceptable. Is it really so crazy for me to buy something online on sale, and then when the store sells it out from under me, to go and get it at another Belk store for the same price? Am I insane? I will never shop at Belk again, thanks for wasting my time, charging my card multiple times, and being rude to me when I was just doing what customer service told me to do. WAY TO GO BELK! 🥳

Great store with a good selection.. BUT.. you better hope you never have to call the store. You will never get through to anyone. I have been trying to DAYS. Literally, MANY MANY times, all day long for several days. I needed to see if a shoe was in stock before driving a considerable distance to pick-up.

Placed an order for in-store pickup. Got a message that it was ready. Wasted my time to go pickup the order just to find out it was cancelled without my knowledge. Then all of a sudden they have a full stock and the only way I can get my order is if I repurchase even though my first order is still pending.... This location is the absolute worst!!!
