I know your staff and store are wonderful! But 1 Star for fullfillingy orders for balloon releases. Not cool guys, we have to consider what the balloons do our coastlines and wildlife.

I had a lot of fun. They have a great variety and I can always get what I want/need and get out in less than 15minutes. Very friendly staff and organized.

Allot of items for a Cinco de Mayo party. The Associates are always busy doing something, not enough time to assist you. When the male Manger is there he will make sure you get assistance even if he has to do it himself. I cant remember his name, but he has been their for along time.

Party City is the go to place for various decorations for parties. Ballons, Masks, Confetti, and much more. If you have someone who is a creator who can create certain decor from their own talent and ability, much of what you need can be purchased from Party City.

All employees are very helpful and kind.

The store doesnt have anything a waste of my time and a trip.

Got large numbers(21) balloons for my daughters birthday. A few hours after picking them up one was loosing air. Went back the next morning, they replace it and said possible factory defects.

Sent my wife in at 11:40, and she was told she has five minutes to get what she needs and to get out. Extremely disappointed at the lack of care for the store, and the attitude of the workers was unacceptable. Will be going to Spirit Halloween from now on, at least the stuff is on brand.

Halloween is this weekend, Mississippi is reporting thousands of new cases of covid every week, and Party City has ZERO guidelines in place to help stop the spread or make people feel more comfortable in their store. Mustve been at least 50 people in the store when I went earlier today. Its very stressful to go anywhere these days with a 1 year old who cant wear a mask & it really upset me that Party City clearly doesnt care about their customers or employees enough to mandate masks be worn in their stores at all times until this virus is under control.

I always enjoy the way Party City sets up for Halloween. Its very organized, well thought out, plenty of workers on staff (dont have to search forever for help). They also have an amazing selection of Do it Yourself costume pieces.And in case anyone didnt know, you can shop their costumes online, and then pick up in store.

Very helpful, friendly staff. There was a kit online that said it was available in store for pickup and I misunderstood and came in store . The manager quickly helped me and matched the price☺️ Thank y’all greatly, my daughter is so excited for her Birthday!

Great clearance prices. Patient and awesome team working there. I was asked by every employee i come across if i needed help. Great customer service ladies and gents. I ended up buying more product due to and unexpected huge mark down on the item I went for. Keep up the wonderful attitudes! Yall impressed me.

If I could have a party in this place I would. You can get just about everything you need to get a party looking great. The only thing they dont have is the actual cakes you need for your special days. 😆. They have items for baby showers, graduations, birthdays, holidays and just because! A ton of the costumes were sold out so we had slim pickins. The guy at the photo wall went above and beyond to help us find two good costumes. He put in the request and the other guy told me it wasnt in stock. The original guy (Im seriously kicking myself for not remembering his name) went in the back and found THE VERY LAST ONE, and it was perfect. So not only was he good at him job, but he was dedicated to the customer service. AWESOME.

Typical party city experience. Pretty good selection of deco and supplies.... just way over priced. Two staff members on duty and neither acknowledged us as we stood there for attendance. Overall store was clean and we were able to get all that we needed, but my bank account much prefers getting themed deco from Amazon and balloons from the dollar tree.

Great place if you want to be life of the party. Always has neat cute things for any type of party you can imagine. Will be low on items after holidays, hence 4 stars because other party cities have a better stock

Great customer service! My balloon order was right in time when i went to pick up and they gad everything I needed at the store!

It was ok not a big selection of costumes. Everything was separated. The staff didnt seem as if they knew what was going on. It seemed like the staff was only focused on helping certain people. I made that statement because four people was helping one lady. Another gentleman and I both asked for help and the group of staff brushed us both off as if they were extremely busy standing in one spot talking. It could have took 2 seconds to point me in the right direction.

Marked this review as 5 stars so people will see it. This place smells funky and is always loud. I have been in multiple times and their customer service is terrible. Also dont bother applying for a job here unless you are a blonde.

The selection was huge, I wish I had more time to browse. The guy working the front counter was fun to talk to and I saw another employee helping a customer pick out a costume. I found what I needed and a whole bunch that I wanted.

You can find pretty much anything you are looking for but customer service could use some work.

I purchased some balloons that were to be filled right then. They said since I had to go to the store an grab her cake I could swing by an grab them in 30 mins. I was really excited because that was nice an would help a lot. Well I come back and they inform me that I didnt pay and that I was to pick them up tomorrow. After I showed my receipt they filled them and I went on my way. I asked the cashier who witnessed the whole transaction about why this happened and she informed me because they hire so many seasonal people that they dont properly train.

The lady behind the counter was doing the job of 3 people and kept a smile on her face and a great attitude. She is a real asset

That is an expensive store. I can get most of the same products at dollar tree! However the staff are wonderful.

Daniel first question was to ask if we were stealing. As we brought three bags of candy to the register. Great joke Daniel.

The workers were very kind and helpful. They knew the exact place for all the things we were looking for.

For weeks we see ads for 60% off Halloween costumes and go to the ONLY one in our area and they tell me that Its a corporate ad and this franchise chose not to participate. There is no reason a simple costume made to last 2 hours should cost $59. No one seems to know anything until you get to the register. It wasnt a pleasant experience at all.

Best place to get party supplies and costumes. They even have a wall of candy they sell by the piece which contains loads of different varieties of candy, accessories for costumes and clothing.

Look. I can read a freaking package includes 2 pieces 1 - jumpsuit 1 - hood. 2 costumes came out without the masks & the attendee told me that if that one didnt have a mask then it didnt come with one. Im not an ugly person until im stared in the face with stupid & all she could do is shrug when i showed her the package contents.

The manager was extra helpful. Went in late for a last minute birthday get together. He kept asking was I sure we were using te ballons I was getting that night. He showed extra concern because he didnt want them to not be just right for the actual get together. It was nice knowing he cared. Then as he had to let me out the heat after being in the very cool store made a balloon pop as soon as it hit the outside air. He did not hesitate to run inside and get a new one for me before I could even say anything. He even apologized the cashier had over filled it. Great service. Great store management.

Ive been standing in line waiting for a very long time. There is only one employee here working and 9 people standing in line. The employee at the register keeps running out in the store to get barcodes...etc for the customer who has been at the register for almost 10 mins now! Terrible experience and dont plan on shopping here ever again.

Not having any costumes out of season is extremely frustrating. All the Party Cities Ive been to up north carries throughout the year. People throw costume parties throughout the year. Very disappointing!

About like most other Party Cities. My only complaint is that the staff wasnt familiar with what products they had in stock. They told me there were out of specific items but upon walking the store found multiple locations of what I was looking for.

I went in there for a latex suit for personal reasons and they had NONE. this place hires liars too by the way and i want call any names but he is a liar. needless to say i had to improvise that night with a super mario mask. disgusted.

I went in today, they told me we missed the sale by 1 day, which is whatever, but then they want to argue about an item that was marked down on the shelf, but said it didnt matter, because nothing was on sale, I proceeded to tell him the law clearly states that a store has to sell an item exactly how its marked, but he got loud with me! He was extremely unprofessional!
