Out of 15 bead shops Ive dealt with nationwide for over 10 years, this is by far the BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT, PRICES AND QUALITY Ive come across.The owner went above and beyond when I purchased a few items that were off color to the other items. At the store, everyone is friendly and theres quite a lot going on. Quite fun to shop through their entire selection! Even to hang out with beads aficionados is highly recommendable. 10/10 would shop again!

The beads and findings are truly artesian. I havent found such attractive materials on any beading website. They have a Wonderful selection of 10mm cords in cork, leather, snake, and vegan - many are very appropriate for making items for the men in your life. We were in the area on vacation. We found the store on Google maps and walked over. Once there, we found out they are a warehouse and online store. Thats not mentioned anywhere. They allowed us to come in and look around. They werent necessarily rude, but more disinterested in us. The customer service was severely lacking. We found some items that we wanted to buy so they went to ring them up. We heard, for about the 8th time were a warehouse, we dont get a lot of walk-in customers. About 10 minutes into the process of them trying to total our 8 items so we could pay for them, we were told that two of the beads had been put in the wrong place. We found them in a box labeled $2 each. Suddenly, these were $20 beads but they could sell them for $10 each. We decided to pass. Wait, now we could get them for $5 each. It wasnt what was on the box, but we agreed to buy them. We waited at least another 10 minutes and they still didnt have a total price for us. By that point, we had lost all patience and walked out. Who cares if their product looks good, if they cant show an interest in me as a customer, and ring up a sale in a timely manner, Im out.

Always find what I need in your booth. I always enjoy the videos and can follow the instructions to make one.

They have a store front and show hours online but they aren’t actually open to the public. If they are going to be online only then they need to not show an address and hours. It’s too bad cuz I was excited to have a local bead shop.
