3 weeks ago, they fixed my escalade, saved me $300, its driving like new again!! So I brought in my Lincoln for an alignment (it wasnt feeling right), only to find out, it needed much more work, they did it, and did an awesome job, drives back like it did when it was new!! Thomas did a great job fixing a tire for me. It was a tractor tire that did not want to come off the rim so he could find the leak. He continued until he was able to get the tire off and discovered mud around the rim. Very professional at all times. Great Job Thomas.

I drive 1 hour from carriere, ms to PTW to get my truck serviced as this location is professional consistent and trust worthy with their services.To have as many employees as they do and service several customers at once, it that all of their employees are skilled in their respective trades. The biggest thing for me is their pricing is fair, their services are honest and consistent, and they are quick.

We were from out of town and John was understanding and so very helpful. He got our tires replaced in a short amount of time. He even said if they couldn’t get what we needed in time. He offered to let me and my wife stay at his own house if he had to order tires and they didn’t come in on time. This retired disabled veteran was very happy with the service he and his wife received and would highly recommend PTW and John especially.

I needed a tire quickly so I could get to work on time and I am so happy I came here! John got me set up and checked out very fast and with the best price I’ve seen around town. A friend recommended Performance Tire and Wheel after another shop told me I needed to replace tie rods before I could get an alignment. The estimate was $2,000. Don Jr. and Mike looked at my car and said there was nothing wrong with any of the parts - it just needed an alignment. They explained to me what was going on with my car and fixed it quickly. All of their staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely be back, and I will recommend them to everyone I know who needs tires or a car repair.

I have been a customer of PTW in the past and have always felt they were extremely competent and professional. I needed to have four tires installed on an older vehicle and was unsure so I first called. Don Jr. assisted me with a great deal of professionalism and asked all the right questions. I decided to move forward and had the tires installed and balanced and waited in the comfortable waiting area. Don Jr. and I discussed alignment and I decided to go ahead with it. It was discovered there were too many worn parts to make alignment financially feasible and Don Jr. took the time to fully go over the pluses and minuses of the decision. I never felt like the were putting a bigger sale ahead of what was right for me. This a good company with good guys working there.

Called them about tires, they were so nice and professional and gave me a quote right there on the phone. There was less than an hour between the phone call and installation! I would 100% use them again.

Dino,& Don Jr are always there with a smile . Always ready to help. We bought four new tires there and had the front end alignment. The alignment didnt turn out too good but my husband thought it was something with brakes or something like that so he replaced a lot of stuff. And then realize that its still wasnt driving straight down the road. So he sent me back there to get another alignment. When they looked up my account I had a warranty so they did it for free. Mike did the front end alignment and it turned out really good thank you guys Ill be back.

What a great place. First time I ever used them. They immediately found out what the issue on my car was and the shop manager Tina immediately took action and found a the part. Yesterday the web site would not let me leave a review. Today is better. I went to 4 different garages with my truck trying to determine the cause of it smoking. I got 4 widely different answers. PTW I believe actually determined the true cause of my problem after test driving and diagnostically checking out my truck. I believe there conclusion is correct. PTW saves the days. Had a nail in my tire on my truck and PTW was the only tire store willing to let me bring it in on the last minute on Hwy 49. Called at 3:30 on a Tuesday, they got me in, fixed it and out the door in around 30 minutes. Very professional, great service!

Outstanding service. Knowledgeable staff. I have bought tires there before. Had a recent problem ( not with the purchased tires). They diagnosed the issue promptly. On another note, my wife moved to Gulfport before me ( I was deployed overseas with the US Army ). She had a tire issue and the shop was amazingly helpful to her. Highly recommend the shop.

Took vehicle to PTW cause the price was good. While driving it home the tire began smoking. Tire was rubbing against shock bad. Ruined a brand new tire. Wasnt doing this before we dropped it off. They sent a work truck to the house to fix the tire. But are claiming the shock messed up going down the road. And refuse to hear that it couldve done it while on the lift when the tires were changed.

If you get new tires and one of them has a defect, they replace it at no cost to you. If there is a balance issue, they fix it at no cost to you. They stand behind there work.

Great deal on a set of tires for my car and Eddie is great to deal with. However, first time on the highway and I have a little shimmy in the wheel. Will have to take the car back and check my balance. Hopefully I can it’s been about a month since I had them done.

We were on our way to hoods to get a load of lumber, a bathroom vanity, & a door with a utility trailer. We aired the tire up before we left, then it went almost flat at hoods. I looked up a tire store & we found performance tire. They got us right in with SPEEDY SERVICE. Cliff did a great job. He found out it was out tire stem leaking. He replaced it for us, with hardly any cost! It was WELL WORTH IT!! Thank you Performance Tire!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!👏👏👏👍

I tried to be a loyal patron for a couple years. However, in that time period I received more poor quality work than good. Tires are tires wherever you buy them, Walmart does just as well. After this effort with them I have moved on.

They had my tire in stock. I got all four tires. They even gave me an estimated amount for my brakes. I will use them again.

Good service. Very poor skills. Tire light was on. Charge me $320 for what they assured me would make tire light go off replacing all tire sensors. Didn’t work. Blamed it on computer. I took it to the dealer ship, it was a faulty tire sensor of theirs. Refuse to refund.Also worked on my brakes. Now brake light won’t go off. Wasn’t on before.😡😡

Being stuck on side of the road & desperate, we called around for 2 replacement tires. No one had these specialty & hard-to-find xtra-wide Good Year tires on the Q7. Being from out-of-town we did not know where to go. Our searches led us to Performance Tire where I then called in and spoke with Eddie(who was very courteous & helpful). Within minutes he had a flat bed wrecker lined up for me & 2 tires on order for next day delivery & installation. The work was done on time, as promised, with the OEM tires & per the quoted price.
