I would never bring my car to them not only did I have to pay another shop to go over the work they did for me I had to also replace wire harness they damaged.

Imports performance had my car for a month and told me they would start working on it in a a week. i called them back he said he would get to it the following week but never fixed it a month later I told him I would pick my car up he then he told me to make sure whoever is going to work on my car to make sure they know what thier doing very unprofessional one of the worse shops in Gulfport Mississippi and Biloxi Mississippi i would recommend to use someone else this guy is not professional

I visited this shop about 2 weeks ago in hopes of getting my car serviced. I forgot the importance of making an appointment first🤦🏽‍♀️. Mr. Don and his crew were sooooo super friendly and accommodating and said he would try to work me in by 3pm because I had driven so far. At the time of my arrival they had no empty stalls. So my boys and I went to the outlet mall. By 12 noon, I received a call to bring the car back and it would be serviced. I was very pleased with their professionalism and his honesty. They are also very efficient. I WILL be returning there for servicing. Thank you again Import Performance! 😁

Ron replaced the computer in my Cayman S not only in less time than I was quoted by the dealer but for half the cost. That was over a year ago and I have had no problems! I recommend Import Performance to all my friends.

I own a 2016 m235i with 80k miles. I bought new and recently started running into those small issues BMWs run into. mine wasnt so small though. My rear differential supposedly went out and would cost $3800 to fix from the dealer in Mobile. I wouldnt even consider those people at Galleria. I go out with more problems than I came with. Ill stop here because I could go on all day about this. I am very glad I found Don and his team at IP. He was very fair with pricing, in fact best quote I got and he stuck to it. Did the job in one day. Theres no keeping your car here if he can help it. I will have Don do a laundry list of parts replacement very soon. Highly recommended to any BMWs owner tired of the other guys.

Honestly the best import shop around. Ive tried the dealer and other shops and they are the only ones that took the time to fix my vehicle.

They took care of my baby (C300) and are so professional! I dropped her off Friday and got her back Monday after replacing sway bar links, air and cabin filters, and an oil change. It only took that long because of the parts needed. And I thought it would be expensive...nope! I will not be taking my baby anywhere else not even the dealership.

The staff was friendly and I was able to get service immediately without an appointment.

Sorry for the confusion.My company out of Lakewood, Colorado has helped people find really low mileage high quality used cars since 1986. I really know how to shop for and find quality used cars, even when they are far away.In this case, my customer is in Denver, and the car is in Gulfport. A few different things gave me a strong sense that this car was a good one. However, I have to run Carfax, AutoCheck and VINCheck (a free service of the insurance industry). I do ALL THREE because I dont trust just Carfax, or just AutoCheck or just VINCheck without seeing the other reports.In some cases, especially with shady dealers and private sellers, they offer one of the VIN histories if that one shows nothing wrong. Consumers that think one is good enough dont know that often these services contradict each other. And on a positive note, sometimes the information about one is complemented with good information from the others. This often reinforces my understanding of the vehicle, how it was serviced and how it was cared for. BUT THIS IS NOT ENOUGH.WHAT ABOUT IMPORT PERFORMANCEThe last stage requires my taking pains to locate a really good auto repair shop in the town the vehicle is in. My customer pays the shop to treat it like it was for an elderly family member who has to drive it north into snow country.Don did everything he promised and the discussion of what all he found or didnt find told me he is a detailed oriented shop owner.I went to Google and another place for reviews and found consistently high marks. But no one gave a review for Dons company yet... Well now they have their first review.If you have the kind of car or truck that Import Performance will service and repair, based on my experience and what I read about this company elsewhere, Id highly recommend using Dons company and posting your feedback on Yelp, possibly Google too.Thanks Don for doing a great job and giving us the confidence that you really scrutinized the car, and that you were really an advocate we paid to tell us the truth, as an expert in evaluating vehicles and more.
