Mike and his team were incredibly helpful! We took a vehicle straight from the new car lot to their shop for inspection. Not only did they generously make room for us in their day, they were exceedingly thorough - even showing us what they found so we could take photos, ask questions etc. Never have I experienced such excellent and ethical service in a car shop! We are taking back a detailed list of parts, prices and repairs to the dealership. Massive thanks to these guys!

This place is full of crooks. Beware before taking your vehicle anywhere near this shop. I went in for an oil change back in March and the technician that changed my oil left my keys on top of the vehicle. The keys were found on Hwy 49 destroyed. They offered to compensate me for the key fob by installing front struts that I bought from Amazon for no labor charge. I took the car, along with the aftermarket struts in for installation. My car was there for 7 hrs and I received a call stating that the work was completed. I picked up my vehicle and the very next morning on my way to work my tire rod popped off while on I-10. Tried calling the manager, no response..Once I replaced the tire rods I took the car to the dealership to see what was installed incorrectly and the dealership informed me that the new struts were not on my car and that it appeared they tried to modify the old struts. I confronted Precision with this information and they told me that one of their employees had been stealing parts and was fired, but wasn’t aware that the work wasn’t done. I have sent receipts and was not compensated for my, keys nor my struts, nor replacement cost. I have tried to contact the owner about the situation but I am getting the runaround by their makeshift “managers”. I will be filing a civil complaint against this business. Stay Away!!

I have had trouble finding honest and fair pricing for honest and fair work and after reading the reviews for Precision Tune Auto Care I decided to take a chance and get some brake work done for my 08 Chevy Cobalt. Mr. Fleming and the staff went above and beyond to take care of me and had my work done in a decent time. They now have a loyal customer out of me and will be back with my other vehicles.

The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable, the guy named shawn helped me figure out my issues and got it fixed right away. Ive never been in and out of an auto shop so quickly. Everyone there was friendly and extremely helpful

Unbelievable service quality. Found root causes for the issue very quickly even though the electrical issue was complex and something that other shops the car had been to could not diagnose properly. Staff was very professional and timely with their follow up as well as transparent in what was needed to repair the vehicle. Able to diagnose other issues as well but did not push other repairs on me like other places try to do. They have another life-long customer.

The mechanics and staff here are amazing. They care about you as a person and your vehicle, not just the money. Any time I have an issue they are quick to help and dont need cash as an incentive. As someone who drives a foreign car, cheap, reliable service is hard to come by. Ive recommended this shop to my friends and family, and Id gladly recommend it to anyone else. If you want a personal experience and a new go-to mechanic, this is the best place you can find!

I will never get my oil changed anywhere but this place. The only reason for that is david. He was amazing. Super friendly. All together it was a great experience. I highly recomend anyone in the area or surrounding areas to come here.

I brought my Toyota tundra in to get my breaks looked at because I hade a really bad wobble when I was slowing down. James was the one that welcomed me in and got me started and was super helpful. Chad worked on it and found that I had other problems that also needed to be addressed. He was professional and even brought me back to show me what was wrong with my truck while I was in the waiting room. Unfortunately, the parts that needed to be fixed were under a warranty faith a specific company so he wasnt able to do the work or my warranty would be voided. But Chad was awesome and helped me get things figured out. Thanks guys!

As soon as I arrive amazing customer service I had come in to get my brakes fixed and I was helped by David and James very sweet guys gave me tips on how to keep my car in tip top shape they warned that I should be careful when the roads get iced over and even gave me great directions to my next destination will definitely be back if these men are there they were very helpful and gave amazing tips for my car 5 out of 5 will be back for sure.☺️

I went to Precision to get my oil changed thinking ok lets get this over with but ended up really enjoying the experience!!! Kindest people ever yet so professional. I had a tail light go out and had absolutely no idea how to change it. I showed up with no appointment and a kind man David came up asked what the problem was. I told him the i needed my break light go out and he said it was no issue and quickly changed the light. I wasnt even late for work.

When I left my suv I felt it would be serviced by experienced techs! When I picked it up all the engine troubles had been resolved! Im a very satisfied customer!

David was A1 friendly and was knowledgeable and informative of services available and specials they have. Helped me decide on which package would be best for my car.

Went in to have struts done and when we left the tire wasnt tightened and almost fell off. We went back and had it tightened. We drove away and the work they had done on the shocks and struts was done wrong and we had to take it to Firestone to have it redone. Terrible customer service and I called their Corp office on numerous occasions and never received a return phone call. Avoid this place at all costs. Payed over 600 dollars and had to have all their work redone by someone who knew what they we doing

The worst place u can take ur car for a catalytic converter replacement. I brought my own an they said that they will charge me labor just to put them own. Well I paid for the labor, got home an there was only one converter on my truck. The guy that did the work decided to keep the other one, told the manager that my truck didnt need the other one. Remember, I paid for both to be put on and I paid 500.00 for the converters

A Mr. David and a Mr. Shawn changed my oil and they did an awesome job and they were quick about it as well. I was in and out in no time.

I brought my H2 Hummer there today as I have just moved to Mississippi. I am one who really looks at reviews as to its a sure way to see what previous experience customers have had. Well,given there 5 star rating,I decided to drive 45 minutes to let them access what the issues were with my H2. Well,to be perfectly honest, there are no words to describe how happy I am I brought it there. I would have driven 2 hours to do so knowing and experiencing what I have. They trouble shot my vehicle and when it was done and I heard my Hummer screaming like never before,well,I was in awe. The technician was on point and is VERY,VERY knowledgeable about his trade. The manager/owner....well,to say the least,absolutely no possible way he could have been better. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE for the simple fact that they take pride in their work and the experience was second to NONE! I will continue to bring my pride and joy H2 to them and nobody else! Dont waste your time ANYWHERE else.....just take your vehicle here if it needs ANYTHING and I can assure you that it will be in the BEST hands available on the entire coast!

I was passing through Mississippi on way to Florida for July 4th weekend. My car needed some last minute repairs. I walked in and event though the shop was fairly full. The manager Jay talked to me, explained the process and gave me an accurate time of when my vehicle was going to be ready. Not only did he fixed my car they left it better than it was before. I have been coming here for over 3 years to have a lot of service work performed on my 2008 Ford Explorer in addition to regular oil changes and have been very pleased up to this point with their customer service.2 weeks ago I dropped off my vehicle on a Monday via tow truck because I had my alternator and battery replaced 13 months ago...Manager advised parts were under warranty, would just be responsible for paying labor since out of 12 month warranty.I paid for the tow bill and a rental car while I waited all week for them to call...Friday afternoon at 3 PM I was informed it was ready to go! Immediately when I turned the key the battery light was on...manager( Adrien) not on site ... told me to simply reset the light because he noticed it was on as well. Drove it 60 miles and alternator once again failed and new battery died on Sunday. I stopped in on Tuesday, after no return phone call, to explain my situation and manager Adrien advised it needed to be taken to the Ford dealer because they didnt know how to fix it.I requested that the other manager call me as soon as possible....it is now Thursday...no call from anyone....Will never go back again! Great experience! I had a good experience at another location and decided to stop here for my oil change while I was on a trip out of town. The manager Jay was very professional and helpful. My husband and I were on a trip from Atlanta when the shield plate on the front of our car fell partially off. We stopped at precision tune auto and they were so helpful. They helped us take the piece off, found a replacement part on the internet for cheap, sent us the link so we could order it ourselves, gave us advice about replacing the part before taking the car to the dealer - and didn’t charge us for any of it. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes.I only wished we lived closer so we could go there all the time. So grateful to these guys!

I always get the same care. Im super basic and Im usually in and out.Thats why I come back every 3 months. Today I heard the front desk manager tell a customer over the phone that yes we do close at 4pm; however, we will wait until the tow truck deliver your vehicle and STILL take care of you. I could literally hear the relief of the panicked customer. Everytime I go there, there is always some customer in crisis mode. They same thing happens each time. Their concerns are handled with professionalism. They keep cranking out the jobs regardless. To them, a problem is just a job that hasnt been completed yet. Complete job, problem solved. So no need to worry....they got you!

This service place have excellent customer service.(start to end) I called to make an appointment and they told me I didnt need one. They took me in and out in about 30 minutes. Cool fact, they recommended me to have some other repairs. I denied them at the moment but next day came back to get them done! Battery need to be replaced; just like the Manager(Jay) told me. I replaced the alternator too and On my way! to Texas no issues. I which they staff like them on my city! Very pleased I will recommend this place to everyone!

Call ahead with an overheating classic car, talked to 2 different technicians that said they could work on her today, 10 minutes later we arrived to be told they cant. Very disappointed!

This place was honestly amazing. i used to go to NTB all the time, and then they decided to screw me over and i needed to find a new place. this place already had good prices so i was sold, and just for an extra sweet cherry on top (since it was my first time here), the man up front cut my cost from probably 45-50 to only $38. it was great!!

I had an older vehicle that I had driven 2.5 hrs straight the night before with no issue. Went to leave the next morning and the car wouldnt go anywhere because the brake system had seized up. Not only did precision take care of all the issues my car had, they also stayed over 2 hours past closing time on a Saturday to insure it was finished that day so I could continue with my travel plans uninhibited. Thank you!

All the employees there were very nice and accommodating. They took their time to explain (and at times re-explain) things so that I understood. They were able to work with me to get me a great deal on all the car services I needed. I left there very happy with my service. This will definitely be my new go-to car service place!

We were visiting Biloxi when we had car trouble while getting gas at a service station next door to the Precision Auto, our car would not start. The manager and employees were so very kind to check everything out, get us a new battery, install it and send us on our way.
