Very helpful staff, answering all my questions and offering the parts I need for reasonable prices! I also like the rewards program, for every 5 purchases of 20 dollars or more I get a free 20 dollars in store credit, that comes in handy.

Could not get help, if youre looking for; bolts or screws good luck. Ive asked one of the employees and they told me I had to buy it first and they dont take used stuff like this. If youre looking to try pieces on your vehicle got to advanced auto parts. They will help you. Never go here if youre looking to try something. Youll have to buy it first before you try it on your vehicle. They will not take it back if you opened it.

Very disappointed in this store. Made an order and it didnt come in like they said drove 25 plus miles to get there,after they said it was there. And it wasnt. They hire these people that dont know their heads from their car parts. More training and better customer service. Not just anyone should be able to sell car parts. Been very disappointed in Auto Zone for a while now. Just about quit shopping there. I believe that was my last trip to them. Any of them. Used to be the place to go,but a lot has changed with them. Become very unreliable. JS. Need to do better.

I am here in Biloxi, Ms for leisure from Texas. I had been smelling eggs in my car all day. Finally my car shutdown completely. No lights on the dashboard or anything. Come to find out by roadside assistance the egg smell was from the battery indicating I needed a new one. This was at 10:45pm Saturday night, Autozone closed at 11pm, I made a phone call to the 15248 Dedeaux Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503 location and explained I was here from Texas and needed a battery. We made it there at 10:55p, the 2 guys that was there already had my battery pulled up on the computer, while I was paying, one of the guys loaded it up on the cart, and when my transaction was approved he went out to my car and took the old one out and put the new one in and we have been running ever since. Those 2 guys were awesome. They did not have to stay over to do that but they did, so I am going on Autozone website and place the biggest accommodation ever on there for them and that location in hopes to give them a raise or a bonus.

They are friendly and helpful. If they dont have your item in stock there? You will be redirected to another local store, or they will order it for you.

AutoZone on dedeaux road as well as one in downtown Gulfport as always been able to meet my parts needs. Im grateful to the staff for their knowledge and assistance locating things around the store and ordering things when I need it.

They usually have what u need in stock. Friendly, mostly knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately they couldnt fix my Lincoln LS computer😢 But they did refund my $$ even after sending it off & getting it back. They didnt even charge me shipping fees!

Every time I walk into this place it takes forever to get help. Most of the time I just need to checkout but I have to wait forever while seeing other employees just walking around.

Ordered apart on 5/29/19. They said it would be in 5/30/19 by 8:30am go to pick it up didnt have it. Okay fine no big deal. They said it would be in at 1pm still not there. I wasted my hole day trying to get 1 part it finally came in at 5pm. Will never order anything from yall again very disorganized.

They usually have whatever we need and price match so there really isnt any need to go anywhere else. And you can always get a warranty. The staff is great. Always willing to help.

Not very helpful sold me a fair Sharp nose plyers that have been used for $2 80 asked about my fuses they couldnt check them for me which is OK but then when another gentleman came in they went out and checked his car

Management needs customer service training for sure! If youre just buying something from the shelf, someone should be at a separate register to help those people; it just makes sense! Waited to buy a screw driver for 20 minutes while everyone helps people look up parts. When I was finally helped, by the manager at that, he mentions that hes ready to get off work... I wont go there again for sure.

Store is always under staffed no matter what time of the day, wife was in there today and she said the place a mess and the manager she dealt with was completely rude. I stopped using this store awhile ago, she wont be going there ever again either.
