Arrived 15 minutes before appointment time. Store was not very busy and I was called within 5 minutes. Counter tech checked me in and explained the procedure to fix the windshield chip. I cannot say enough good things about this Safelite location or the staff… I arrived about 10 min ahead of my appt time and they took my truck right on back. Oh, and Joel (the technician) was awesome!! He not only did a great job on my windshield, but also replaced my windshield pillar molding. I didn’t even realize that was covered as part of the insurance claim/deductible and him pointing it out saved me paying that additional out of pocket cost. So I got a new windshield, nice new pillar trim molding, and was on my way in an hour. Big thanks Joel and Safelite! My truck looks great! :)

Brock was my technician. I was updated throughout the whole process. He was earlier than quoted and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Very professional and did a wonderful job. It was also easy to have them work with my insurance company as well.

My back glass had been shattered by, looks like a bb gun or rock. Called around on Friday to check on a price and everyone said they could do it early next week because they had to order it. Called satellite and they had the glass on hand and could install it that day and was cheaper than everyone else. The guy took me to the back and showed me where the glass had been replaced before and the job was done poorly and enable surface rust to start, he took care of that for me. This is were you need to go, Im very satisfied with them.

Make my appointment online literally the day after hurricane hit and was able to get in 2 days later. I Pulled up and they were ready for me. I believe the guys name was Joel who helped me, extremely professional had a great attitude took care of me from the first minute I got there. Took about an hour and a half exactly as they said. Didnt even have to miss a day of work because they were right on time with their scheduling. Something that was a major headache they made it a smooth process for me. also was able to find a discount on Facebook they gave me an extra $40 off. It was approx 210$ for everything out the door.Thank you guys!

I needed a new windshield and didnt have a lot of time to go looking for the best place. I saw their sign on Seaway and just popped in to get an estimate.They told me they had the window in stock and could have me out in about an hour.I had to run another errand first but came back about 20 minutes later and they had my car in the back in just a few minutes and I was pulling out less than an hour later... and so for under $300. Great service and friendly people.

Gulfport MS - In the last two weeks had to have the windshield in my spouses car and my car replaced. The two Technicians name was Daniel they were awesome, the Technician that help us get everything lined up was Robert. Our overall experience was top notch. I highly recommend this location for all your windshield work.

This was the second time in a weeks time that we had to use Safelite. The first time, Safelite had to replace the windshield. An 18 wheeler thru something and caused three large cracks. The second time, a small rock hit the windshield and created a small crack.Safelite on Corporate Drive in Gulfport, fixed these problems, no hassle, no fuss, no difficulty what so ever. Everyone was polite, helpful and reassuring that the job could be done. I hope we dont need their services anytime soon, but if we do, the office on Corporate Drive is where we will go.

In over 50 years of driving, I have suffered 3 cracked windshields, and one shattered rear window. Safelite has replaced them all. One in Chicago, one in Mississippi, and two in Upstate NY. All of those shops were equally friendly, efficient, and top notch. Highly recommend.

You just cant go wrong with Safelite when repairing or replacing your windshield! Thet might be a little higher than your mom and pop locations but they are trained well and make the experience almost effortless!!

Took windshield frame off, took frame, glass and seal for install and cost $69 for 30mins of labor. disappointed in price, especially for such a small samurai frame.

Call for a quote, get a recording that said I have to do it on line, I did, way above the price, its not the first time having a windshield replace, going back to the place where I had it done before, why do they ask if its insurance or personal pay, why does that matter? My Insurance pushed my boyfriend . to use them for a Rock chip repair. I had to wait a day for them to come and it spread before they could get to it. The guy said it was going to be harder to repair it. Next time Ill make sure to call someone local that can get to it faster.

Ive had bring my car to them and use the mobile service. The customer service is great, they went out of their way to save me money as well.

Total waste of money. My insurance company told me to go to Safelite for my repair. 4 days later my windshield has another crack in it. After paying $288.00!!! They send some kid out to inspect my windshield and he gives me the run around saying a rock hit it and cracked it. Nope. Not what happened but who am I to argue with him. Thanks for nothing Safelite!

Safelite is fantastic, from the call center operator I spoke to in Phoenix, to the technician in Gulfport who had me in and out in fifteen minutes! Long story short, I was driving on Saturday to my nephews graduation party when a passing truck kicked up a rock that left a quarter-sized pit in my windshield. Afraid it would spread if left untreated, I quickly called Safelite and explained my problem. They quickly booked me an appointment for their Gulfport store which I was closest to. I drove straight there, showing up an hour early. I explained my dilemma to the pleasant young man behind the counter and he immediately attended to my car. Fifteen minutes later, I was on my way and so grateful for the outstanding service!

Ive been to the Gulfport location several times, unfortunately. Every time I get a rock chip, and the one time I needed a new windshield, they have gone above and beyond on customer service! Ive dealt with 2 different guys at the front desk and they both have been really nice and eager to help. The location is really clean every time Ive had to go. I do recommend SafeLite to anyone that needs their services. Though I cant guarantee that your rock chip will look as good as mine, I can say that they try their best to make sure you dont even remember where your windshield got hit at! Thanks again guys for saving us in a pinch!

First, the guy orders the wrong part and I have to reschedule. Then on that day I was scheduled between 9am and 1pm I get a call at 1230 with him saying he will be there in an hour and a half. I tell him to call me when hes an hour away because I need time to get to my vehicle. Over an hour passes so I call and he tells me hes fixing another vehicle.... ? Why would you call me to tell me your on your way and you still have another vehicle to do? And then finally I get a call saying he is 15 mins away ????? I just told you I needed an hour heads up ? So he says he will go get something to eat.... I talked to so many people and they are all rude. Never again will I use them. Poor customer service and the people dont know what theyre doing !!!! Its 3pm and still nothing

Offered beverages both hot/cold, a kids play area was neatly off to the side, the building itself (inside) was very clean. But, more importantly the staff working there is the Awesome(to my) sauce!! Lol...and I pondered on this review most of the night and it finally hit me....Drum roll please[cant find a drum emoji]😔...but anyway, these guys are like the Chick-fil-A customer service [Gurus] of Windshield Repair/Replacement!! 😁😁😆... Took my car there to get the windshield replaced and had OUTSTANDING customer service. Ordered an OEM windshield (with 3rd visor, black frit, acoustic inter-layer, and rain sensor) with the hopes of it being covered by my insurance (USAA), but it wasnt. The OEM windshield came in and the store manager, Joe, was able to give me a side-by-side comparison of the OEM version to the aftermarket version which he happened to have in stock. It was identical (quality, thickness, color, etc.), and this is coming from an engineer with a military background, so attention to detail is in my blood. They installed the aftermarket one and returned the OEM one with no issues or hassles. Quality of installation was great; no scratches, or visible sealant around the edges.Further, I called to pick up my car, but didnt realize the shop had already closed. The employee/technician, Jacob, turned around on his way home and re-opened the store for us so we could get our car (over half an hour after they closed). Not many places will provide such great service these these days. If I ever have a need to get my windshield replaced in the future, this Safelite location is at the top of my list! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

When I called to set up an appointment to get my windshield replaced I asked the sales rep if I needed anything special since my car has a lane departure warning system. She told me that nothing was necessary. I stressed this again, and once more she assured me that she had it right. I then drive all the way to Safelite for my appointment to find out that I have to reschedule because the windshield they had ordered for me was incorrect due to the fact that my car has a lane departure warning system.
