The employees are very friendly. They always do a good job. Their prices are pretty reasonable and they will actually even work with you. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on new tires. They are the cheapest around on tires, even cheaper than Walmart! I love outdoor world!

Had the car for 5 days. We told them exactly what the problem was and they still couldn’t figure it out. Only found the issue on day 4. By this time we need to get the car back. My husband and brother in law went to pick it up (they also dropped it off) They refused to release the car to them since it is in my name. When I go there they don’t even confirm my identity just hand me the keys. I was forced to get up early after working late to get a car they didn’t even confirm my identity over.

This was our first time to Gulf Coast Outdoor World and our experience was overwhelmingly good!!! Mr. Chandler waited on us and even though I called and made an appointment someone forgot to put it on the schedule but instead of making me reschedule he fit me right on in. The whole staff is welcoming and polite, everyone speaks to you and made us feel comfortable. We will be back. Theres nothing like feeling at ease with the people who will be working on your car and Mr. Chandler and his staff did just that. Thank you for your great service

It was a place recommended for warranty work. One of the guys, Keith, was straight with me on the fact that my problems were going to take awhile to get fixed correctly and that they would work to get them resolved. My only issue was the length of time it took to get my truck back. I dropped it off and, due to issues beyond their control, mainly the warranty people. He was upfront about the issues and apologized for the delay.

These guys are great.i bought my paddle boards their, maritime maps xx multiple rods and reels, clothes,etc. These are professionally shopped items by ppl who know, unlike major chain store where guys leave automotive to run outdoors or what have you.. they are expanding w new product lines all the time.

I have a Husqvarna hedge trimmer that was defective from manufacturer. After bringing the trimmer in for repair, Sumrall Sales and Service contacted Husqvarna and replaced the defective part at no charge. They were professional, communicated with me throughout process and performed work in a timely manner. I will definitely do business with them again.

My husband recently went there and we usually have no problem. But this last time we had a horrible experience with a new mechanic that w as working on the truck. Also, when we brought it home, it had more problems than what we took it there for. They also let water into the truck via window or leaving the doors open. The whole passenger side was soaking wet and its been days since we had it back and it still wont dry. We are no loknger taking out business there.

With full service and 3 weeks in shop, you would think that some one would see that my mower had 2 tires with very low pressure, 1 and 2 pounds.
