Shop was closed on Saturday when I went. Im not sure if this was FedEx or Googles error.Edit: They have temporary hours posted. They are closed on Saturday.
Cameron was very helpful at the FedEx inside Wal-Mart. He was the only associate at the moment and was able to help customers in a very polite way. He went above and beyond to take care of me even when I was missing some information.
They said they were open when they were closed 12pm on a sat.....

I’ve spent half of my day on the phone with FedEx. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful except for an employee at this location. This employee refused to help me. He didn’t ask for a tracking number and would not look into my situation, then refused to let me speak to a supervisor or offer any further assistance. He claimed “my supervisor would tell you the same thing, I don’t have your package.” (I understood they didn’t have it, I needed someone to help me find out who did because it’s shown as on the truck for three days.) Everyone else I spoke with at FedEx, from the print and ship center in downtown Columbus to the customer service representative on the generic number was so kind and really helped ease my frustration. Unfortunately, they all recommended I call the Grove City location to get the information needed. Thankfully, the downtown location was able to transfer me to someone who could help. (This person also recommended I call Grove City but ended up working with his Supervisor to get the information needed.)P.S. Someone should offer Cameron some more training.
Employee I talked to was not helpful. Not willing to go out of their way to be helpful whatsoever. Frustrating to deal with.
My package has been sitting there for 3 weeks now. I tried calling them twice now and all they do is say sorry and we will give you a and get back to you. Then they never do. No help to me at all. I cant return the item or get a refund until I get the package which at this point will be never!
The staff was very helpful I wanna say his name was Cameron, I was having a hard time finding an address and he was so patient and helpful.
First of this may not be the FEdex location to complain to but I cant find and actual Fed ex site that allows reviews. I was supposed to receive my package today 4-25-20 by end of day. Stayed home all day waiting and watched the FEDex driver drive right by my house between 2:30-3PM figuring he would come back later to make delivery. 5PM comes alone and I decide to check on status of my delivery and it stated that they attempted delivery @2:53PM and I was not at home so they will try to deliver again on Tuesday 4-28-20. Its really a shame that the FED ex driver lied and documented that he attempted a delivery when he never even stopped at my house. If they are hurting for good help this bad then maybe Ill go down and work for them for a little while.
I was entitled to get my tv dec. 6 and still waiting on it and also my inflatable couch that folds into a bed very unhappy
