The hours in the google site never match the store hours. Which causes me more time and money waiting or driving to another location.

Went to Ohio mulch to get 20 bags they load them up and I was out on my way back home within 10 minutes

Bought 120+ bags of mulch was two different colors went back to get more(for free) to cover up and make one color covered up that part and now have 5 beds that are 3 different colors now i have to do it all pver again but not with their mulch

Never ever have Mulch in stock. Advertising is false. Advertiser sales and good product. But they never have any mulch. DONE don’t go there.

Out of lawn bags last visit

Disorganized customer service. Low quality product. My husband is owed a small refund and instead of taking care of it they have been giving him the runaround for several weeks. Go elsewhere for your mulch needs and dont fall for any gimmicky offers at home and garden shows.

Just ok nothing special

I went to Ohio Mulch for a truckload of topsoil for some low spots in my yard where I was going to seed. Much to my disappointment there topsoil was more like mulch. Very disappointing. Should have known better from my previous experience but went there for convenience purposes. Will go to Jones next time.

Such a great experience today!! Great customer service from the front store to loading in the back. Couldnt have asked for better a experience will be returning!!! Millie* in the front was so welcoming and put a huge smile on my face with how out going and personable she was, and the two twin brothers loading were so nice and kind. Awesome place!!!!!!

Back when I was still touring with my band Vern Velvet & The Unwanted Public Orgasim we decided to make a concept album. It was a remake of Cindi Laupers classic album Shes So Unusual, except instead of instruments we were going to make all the music by rhythmically throwing handfuls of mulch into a steel wash basin and instead of her orginal lyrics it would be this girl I know Darla angrily reading the original NAFTA documents from 1994. I tried 8 different lawn places but their mulch just sounded gross on the play back tracks. We were about give up on the whole ideal when I found Ohio Mulch. If you want to lay down a mulch heavy beat there is no other options in my opinion. I dont know if their mulch helps plants but it got our cover of Bop She Bop to number 78 on Lithuanian hot 100 pop charts. So Ohio Mulch, me and the people of Lithuania are in your debt forever!

Wow! They really clean this place up! It is huge. The only disappointment was they didnt have comtel. But that is because its such a high demand product.

Very neat and tidy I got a yard of topsoil and they quickly loaded it in my truck and were very helpful

They are ok. Weve had a lot of issues with their deliverys not showing or being on time in the past. Prices are ok if you stick to sales and bulk products. Pleasantness is hit or miss. Sometimes they are very helpful and assist and sometimes not so much. We continue to get our mulch here as nothing done in the past has been a deal breaker for us.

Terrible customer service !!. The kid loading my brand new drop side dump trailer ran the bucket right into the side. After several weeks of run around from the ower and management. They were unreasonable and basically said sue them.

Friendly staff, good prices. Could use a bigger lot in back for loading. Sometimes it gets a little crowded & difficult to turn around w/ a truck & trailer

During the busy season you can be in line for a bit. Still a pleasant experience. Good product.

This starts with taking wholesale away with no notice. It then turned into me coming to the grove city store with no one in the store for about 30 minutes then the manager comes in he was a nice guy don’t get me wrong but then went outside loaded me up out of there in an hour (which is crazy.) not to mention grove city always says check Roberts road. Horrible also no place for trailers to turn around you have to get creative. I then went to Roberts road for pine bark we loaded half the load of bags with no help from employees. Then the employee comes out and says he was eating and gets mad at me. Also the bags are not full a little over half. I highly recommend Kurtz bros. Free dumping Ohio mulch has gone down hill in a short period and it’s sad.

Horrible experience. ordered on April 16 for mulch to be delivered May 10. Called on May 8th, no record of my order but they sure charged me on April 16. They were going to research and call me back. No call. I called again that evening and confirmed we were on delivery schedule. Called at 6pm on May 10th because still NO mulch. Said they were still out delivering. Today is May 11th and I still have no mulch. Sure hope they waive that delivery fee!!

I ordered some topsoil through the website on 5/13. On 5/14 I received a confirmation e-mail, which expressed that my order might not be delivered on time, which was fine. However, on the 20th and the 22nd I sent e-mails inquiring as to when I would be notified of my delivery expectation. If they had told me, Well call you the morning of. I would have been fine, but no. No responses, no follow-ups. I had to call three different locations this morning to be told by the first two of them I would get a call back. No such luck. The third call, to the Grove City location, advised me, I think our truck just left... followed by an awkward silence. Im still waiting now, and my morning is gone. No courtesy, no know-how, no professionalism.

Good place to get mulch but color doesnt seem to last

Prices are ok, my only two issues with this place.. both in 2017. In my delivered garden soil i found large pieces of broken glass(about 3 or 4 pieces at 3-4inches), 2 metal rods, and some kind of fiberglass insulation. Plus once it was delivered to my house the driver swept his truck on top of the soil pile. I heard a sweeping sound and when i came around the corner after he left. There was what ended up being 2/3 of a homedepot bucket of absolutely clean gravel sitting on top of the soil.Would had called store but when i was in there before, the manager got an attitude with me because they sold me something they no longer carry. Was very rude actting like i was trying to pull a fast one even after he had my receipt . Once we walk back inside and the register girl told him she sold it to me, his attitude changed. But between those two things its enough to take my yearly spring and summer business elsewhere.One star for no past problems before 2017, and soil was delivered where i requested and all on my tarps i laid out, and one star for their sale prices.

Was charged $22 for yard waste. It clearly says on the Columbus website free of charge for Franklin county residents. The kid said this isnt Franklin county lol. Ive never been charged and was told they have been doing this for over 6 years. Going to contact the Columbus City to find out if they get subsidized money from the city for yard waste and report them.

Not what theh say they are treat employees terrible as well as customers. I look for this place to shut down in few years or have a massive safety lawsuit an or violations. But the owner always greases his way out of it an gets away with it all
