Was good. Just took awhile. I like the eye doctor he is always nice and seems to check everything. I brought my own glasses and they are putting the new lenses in them for me.
They always take great care of my daughter! Weve never had any issues and Chrystal was wonderful and very very helpful!
I wanted to give the people at this location a shoutout; I just spent about a half hour calling different locations to figure out which one I last visited, since the record of my *last* visit wasnt found at the one I thought Id gone to. The other 4 locations said Not here and passed me to the next location, which is totally fair; theyre busy, and some of them I think had in-person customers too, which obviously takes precedence. When I called here though, they said I wasnt in their records, then they also went ahead and checked on about 10-12 other central Ohio locations using the lookup tools available on their end. They were able to confirm that I was only ever at a single location; the one Id called first. So yeah, Ill probably still have to go in and do another exam, but the person I talked to probably saved me about an hour of just calling around to different stores, and I really appreciate her help! Thank you!
Shelby helped me choose glasses. Never have I ever had such an amazing experience choosing glasses before. Shelby provided me with such great options that I left with two pairs rather than the one Pair I intended for bedtime. I now wear my glasses out in public and my eyes can breath from contacts once in awhile. I only wish everyone could have someone so amazing help them choose glasses. The product has lasted well too. Employee very rude. Im from out of state. No I didnt buy my glasses at Walmart. But the female that waited on me was just plain rude.
I walked in and no one spoke to me or even acknowledged I was there and when they did ask me what i needed they acted like I was bothering them. I left and went to a different Walmart and got much better service. i do not recommend this Walmart EVER
Was customer for a couple years due to insurance network; service always dreadfully slow (under staffed?) and last straw for me was when they used my contacts prescription for my glasses — which explained all the headaches I was getting. Service, convenience, and quality not worth sacrificing for low prices.
Dr. Buckland is the best Eye care doctor around. He is very knowledgeable, down to earth and explain everything thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone. He also has the best staff that makes the process so easy!
Worst experience ever. That old blonde working said she will not fix glasses again because I need new ones. Well excuse me i can’t afford new glasses!!!!! So screw u I not coming back here again
Chrystal at this store was rude and treated me like I was stupid. I’m not aware of policies and requirements of contact lense purchases. She seemed to be a “know it all” kind of person. She also seemed to flaunt that attitude. Flora the other associate gave me a business card and explained procedure. Two thumbs up to Flora!!!
Great experience. I’ve got an eye problem where if anyone or anything gets near my eyes they start irritating me and making me close them. They respected that and tried their best too Accommodate that and still get the eye exam done. Then when I picked my glasses up they were very nice and graciously answered any and all questions I had.
Best eye exam Ive had in 15 years - comprehensive, thorough and inexpensive.
Dr. Buckland is the best optometrist ive dealt with in my 54 years getting eye checks. Very smart, professional, and polite. Fortunately he doesnt bill me anywhere close to what hes worth.
I was quoted one price when scheduling then after services were rendered charged for services I did not receive. I was given 3 different prescriptions all different from the trial pair they had me try because they dont carry my brand, only offered a color chart when I wanted to order a colored lenses and when I ordered contacts they never ordered my contacts when I tried to get my yr supply. Now not only did they use my insurance benefits, and charge me an extra $50 but I have prescriptions I cant use and have to go elsewhere for service. Horrible experience!
Dr. Buckland and the others offer one of the best health care experiences. They are nice, answer questions, and try to save you money.
