The doctor and the lady that does the exams are sooooo nice and personable, very friendly and professional. They are so helpful and patient and because of them I’d recommend them! However the front desk lady Keri is super rude and nasty, she won’t even look at you when she’s talking to you.

Awesome place and everyone is so kind and helpful. Came here due to insurance change, will stay regardless of insurance due to the staff! Highly recommend. I went on vacation and forgot contacts. Called the office and they shipped some to me. Always quick to provide help.

I went in at 1pm on a Friday, I had an eye exam and bought a complete pair of glasses. I was in and out in no time. The convenience and service was top notch.

Have been going to Grove City Vision Center for my exams and glasses for quite a while. Always fast and friendly service with a professional staff that is willing to listen to me and answer my questions.

The staff are friendly. They use an eye scanner than forgoes the need for dilation solution. Frame selection is decent.

Tried calling and even left a couple different voicemails trying to set up a time to come in and get new glasses and nobody ever reached out to me. So I just got my glasses prescription and took my business to Americas Best.

My lens fell out. When I called to make an appointment to put back in, they called me right back to come in this morning. They took me right in and fixed in ten minutes.

Very nice staff. I was hesitant to transfer from my existing prescription to progressive lens, but they reassured me that its the best thing to do. They were right. I had a wonderful experience at my last vision appointment. I was treated very well from my screening through my Optometrist visit with Dr. Fries. This office has always kept me up to date on any vision changes that I have had and I appreciate their thoroughness.

I am so glad that I have found this office! The staff has been consistently nice and helpful with every visit my family has had in the past year. They even have later appointments one night a week so that we dont have to take off of work or miss school!

I went to a few other places looking for glasses for my 13 year old son and couldnt find something that he really liked. Walked into this store and they not only provided excellent customer service, but they had several glasses that he liked to choose from. Great experience!!

Dr. Fries and his staff are very kind, patient and welcoming. The staff was very patient with our family of five, which includes three children under the age of six. Dr. Fries was great with the children as well. Our 3.5 y/o was hesitant of the process at first, but Dr. Fries knew exactly how to handle the situation and ultimately was able to check her vision and the overall health of her eyes.

I read the reviews and I was hesitant to make an apppointment but it is so close to my house I decided to give them a try. The negative reviews are inaccurate! I loved this place. The ladies in the front were very welcoming and polite; as well as, the doctor I seen. I was seen right at my appointment time and told all my costs upfront. Not to mention they have a great selection for women! Found the cutest glasses! Will definitely be back!

We tend to be loyal with wherever we go unless there are issues and we have been going there for years. Some glasses and contacts are slow to come in but beyond that we have never had any issues. The doctors have always seemed knowledgeable. My only complaint is the hours. It would be nice for some early Saturday hours even if just once a month. It is hard to get in for adults that work the typical 9-5 hours.

Ive only had positive experiences at Dr. Fries practice in Grove City. Ive learned quite a bit about my vision issues from his expertise, they have very modern equipment that makes the experience more comfortable and informative, and they have a vast selection of quality frames. Their staff has been very courteous over the phone and when I visit for my appointments. When I order contacts, they show up at my house within a few days which is very convenient for me. We cant recommend Dr. Fries and his team enough.

I recently visited Grove City Vision Center for my annual eye exam and have to say I have never had such a great experience and such fun picking out glasses! For the past 25 years I have had my eye exam and when it came time to pick out frames I have walked through the frames section on my own looking for that perfect pair of glasses. With the wonderful staff at Grove City Vision I had Melissa and Rae searching for frames that will look best on me and making the experience so much fun! With their help I had so many different types of frames to try and the hardest part was deciding on which ones to pick because they did such a great job and not to mention the best selection of frames that I have ever seen in the 25 years I have been wearing glasses. The staff at Grove City Vision was very professional, fun to work with and extremely attentive to all of my needs. Working with this team makes me look forward to my appointment next year! I have vsp and have been around the block and back to different vision places and drive by here all the time shopping so I knew the location just didnt ever check them out. End of year and trying to maximize balances on benefits last week of December was able to get appointment for my wife and I. Walked in and was a bit put off by the many designer glasses posters all over the place. I thought uh oh they are going to hard sell us some high end overpriced stuff. Well nothing is further from the truth. They were great from the waiting area to the exam room. High tech equipment and beyond knowledgeable professional eye doctors. Of course some of the technical and anatomy and physiology terms went way over our heads but I get the context and understood in the end. Staff worked hard to meet our initial needs with insurance and as a test of being new customer we will be back. Im not blowing smoke as a shill, they are not perfect but I appreciate good service and glad we found them. Convenient location hours are a bit short for people who work normal hours.

Very strict on time, I work all the way out in Hilliard Ohio traffic is always bad, I made a phone call telling them I will be seven minutes late but they said they dont take late appointments that sucks! Normally you at least a 15 minute window but whatever always be gladly to find a more customer friendly eye doctor. Did I mention how bad the traffic always is no matter what time of day it is?

When Dr. Lawrence sold his practice to (? ~ so personable that I been going there 4 - 5 years and have never heard his name mentioned) But, for the past 4-5 years I have been treated with less and less courtesy until it has gotten to the point that Id just Had enough !Their policy is, if a pair of glasses break, or need adjusting, everything is covered. Good deal ? Right ? ~ It used to be. I took 2 pair of glasses in to be fixed. One pair only needed the nose piece adjusted to keep them from sliding off. (No problem, they were fixed in about 10 minutes) The other pair I had sat on and the lense popped out. So, I needed a new frame. So, I picked out a frame and was told they should be done in a week. I didnt understand why - all they said was needed was to put those same lenses in the new frame, - but, (not looking a gift horse in the mouth) the service wasnt costing me any money. After 2 weeks went by and no call; I called them. I was told that the frame had to be sent out (somewhere) to be repaired. (??) Well, now its been 26 days. I just called them and was told the same thing We had to send the frame out to be repaired, and well call you when they arrive.If I had been told that it could take up to a month, I most likely would not be upset - I might have questioned them about it, but I wouldnt be upset. But, I was told a week therefore, I expected a week.

I recently visited Grove City Vision Center. My son Henry and I both got an eye exam by Dr Fries. He was both very professional and friendly. As well as patient with my son. He got us in and out of there quickly. With picking out the frames, Melissa helped us tremendously. She got us the best looking frames and Henry says he has cooler glasses then all his friends. I would highly recommend this office to anyone I know. A wonderful group of people.

Terrible. Ordered lenses in August. Its October 3rd and they still dont have them. Not sure when they will. Two times now they did not pass inspection. Who is making the lenses???? Im getting my money back and never going there again.

Made an appointment, ran a little late due to weather and traffic, call them to let them know im in transit less than ten minutes away. I made it there, just to find out that I was bump by a family of kids. Even though I was in lobby. They still let them go in front of me. Why even take appointments? I tried to call back get some resolve instead nothing. They dont care about hard working people. Bad service from start to Finish. I imagine the doctor is bad if they let b.s. goes.on

Called to get prices ranges, brands carried and a couple of other questions and the receptionist was really rude. Told me that if I wanted to get more info that I needed to come into the store.

I purchased glasses early in this year. I had to return many times to try to get them fixed so I could wear them. I finally accepted the fact that I am old and my eyes had changed and I would never have perfect glasses again in my lifetime. Luckily I scratched one of the lenses, instead of going back to this center, I went to WalMart and paid for an exam and new glass frames. Found out the prescription from the GC Center was WRONG. Of course after two phone calls I was told that I could bring in the prescription from WalMart and they would change the lenses, free of charge!!!!!!!!!!!! I have lost hundreds of dollars by going to GC Center. Lesson learned, I will be going to WalMart in the future. They stand behind their glasses.

They have great quality brands....as well as very great friendly customer service!! I would recommend them to family and friends any day!

No Hours for working adults. I work and cant get to Grove City until 4:30. Even to pick up a script i can not be there before you close but maybe wednesday is the only day that i can go. i prefer to go else where due to limited hours.
