To all the car dealers out there its a good place to buy cars and sell cars

The staff is incredibly professional and the lot is very secure. You have to check in and out through the security office which makes you feel more safe about visiting. Covid procedures are followed and the lot vision makes finding your vehicle a piece of cake.

Typical self professed high volume sales lot of high mileage, high wear vehicles. I think if they would spend a little time cleaning the vehicles they would have interested me more. Seen a couple vehicles and were there before closing that day, no one was interested in speaking with me.

Went to pickup a shuttle that was supposed to run, wouldnt start, the guys at the gate said they didnt have a jump box,cables or anything to start unit.

Went to get my car and the man was extremely nice and helpful. My car was in the same shape it left in and all is very good... Thanks for your service.

No parking for haulers guards that cant read to find a gate pass . Shuttle non existent now after you spend 20 minutes inside to sign in you get stopped at the gate . Sorry Manheim and Cox we are under a absolute 14 hour clock stop delaying us or stop getting cars. Now you get hit and run in the unsafe truck lot and security wont even look at the camera footage. Thank you for taking money out of my pocket

I cant believe this place this is the worst auction ever for picking up cars no Shuttle they allow car puller to pull after 10pm last night and Ive been here since 5pm yesterday and only have 4 units on truck out of 9 units and the cars the puller did are still on truck lot and I called puller to get mine and no answer so off to get another car

Theyve know come up with a covid 19 test..You have to stand in the office with 10 other people in line and touch a computer screen that no 1s cleaning off. Instead of avoiding Contact with by simply showing the pass at the guard shack and driving thru. Its more close contact by this new system. Ive now raised my transport bill 50 dollars for each car cause of this. Or I will not tow out of there. Manheim sucks.

It really isnt to terrible bad of a place. Some of the staff is friendly. Trying to find your car is laughable at best though. Cars stacked in huge rows and if youre lucky you dont have to dig it out.

I have purchased many cars from here as a local dealer. Most have issues as you would expect from a used car and not ready for immediate sale. Unfortunately i have seen a big change and purchased far too much junk from this company lately. I have no idea why they even have an arbitration department. Last 4 purchases 2 need engines and 2 had substantial undisclosed body damaged all with high cr ratings. You can not buy here with out looking at the car first. Also watch many small dealers unload there problems here. Cox automotive is a giant but giants fall hard and industry is changing rapidly so would suggest looking elsewhere. Oh and steer clear of their Floorplan next gear if you wish to stay in business.

Always picking up cars you get in and you come out fast

They have come up with this new Covid 19 so called survey where they want you to sign off to be tracked by your phone for the covid. They want your name, phone, email and ask you health questions before you can even get in the door to look at the cars you cant even test drive. Who knows where they are reporting your information to. We had to turn around and leave.Plus you have to pay extra 50$ for not signing the consent form if you buy. This is bad for their business and makes us want to stop supporting this business at all. 1 star.

This is one of the best auctions I have ever been to. The staff at this location goes above and beyond for its customers and make you feel at home. They have a great selection of vehicles and a very easy process of buying and selling. I can’t speak for all Manheim locations but what I can say is that if they are all like this then there is no reason to go to any other auction!

They have implemented a lot finder app. But the cars are not where the lot finder is showing them to be. It is absolutely a waste of time to go to try to check Car’s because he will be there all day. Man fees are too high for me not to be able to check cars.

Complete joke. This is the worst place ever to deal with. The post sell (mechanics) have ruined a number of sells for us with misinformation. We will find another auction. Cant do business here.

This is an Auto Auction which mostly has vehicles for sale on Tuesdays, but occasionally motorcycles, RVs, ect. Yes certain lanes are open to the public.

First of all I am a dealer, I go to Manheim and most of the time I have a good pleasant experience. But sometimes I have bad ones because of rude staff. I wasn’t going to write a bad review because I enjoy Manheim but today this Manheim worker really got on my nerves. I was checking out this nice car a Mercedes G-Wagon and these 2 workers drove by slowly and stopped and looked at me. So I ignored them and proceeded to check out the car. They drove away. Then I left the car for 5mins and went to go get my Dad so he can look at it. I was walking back to the car with him when I saw the 2 ignorant low life workers go to the car 1 came out the car and quickly grabbed the keys and went back in his van and drove off. Obviously he did it quickly because he didn’t want to get confronted. He had no right to grab the key put it in his van and drive off just so we couldn’t check the car out. Seriously what a rude lowlife.

First off you can tell all the other reviews are posted by employees. I have been buying cars for 17 years and buy probably 200-300 a year from Manheim. That has now ended. They have sold and falsely represented cars a lot as of late. They are in bed with these mega wholesalers and you can tell by the false and highly exaggerated condition reports. My stores will no longer buy, sale or even speak to as long as Im in charge which will be a long time!!! So disappointed in the attitude you receive also. Cox should have stayed out of the auction buisness

From the rudeness on the phone, and arguing everything I asked, to scheduling an appointment that ended up taking almost 2 hours (for a 30 minute appointment), to the overwhelmed and blatantly stressed out staff, the entire experience was terrible! Items missing from my car, but the worker refused to show me the photos he claims that prove that the items werent in my vehicle upon arrival... showing me couldve shut down any doubt, but ONE floor mat missing out of the 4 that it came in with? The only employee that was professional and easy to deal with was Lindsay.

Very frustrating they have u doing are the cov stuff view on Monday only the u get there and have to cars are no where to b found

This company have very poor coummcation with the ppl they are served... Company gave me the run around till they where close telling me lies........I only give on star to write this review. I figured this company is bad when they deal with other poor company.

I just got back a red Mustang last week from their detail shop. it was a clean Florida car but the paint was badly oxidized from the Sun. Their new detail shop that just came in a week or so ago did such an incredible job they made it look like new. This is way above what I expected. This auction may charge a little higher fees on their less expensive cars than I would like but their overall setup is excellent and their online services and payment methods are the best Ive ever seen. Funny that I have been buying cars here as a dealer since 1992 but it only crossed my mind this morning to actually leave them a review. Also an honorable mention to one of their top managers Jen Meyer. She takes a personal interest in the satisfaction of every customer that walks through the door!

If I could give 0 star I would. Horrible customer service. I’m a buyer and a seller from the auction but I got treated differently. When I buy cars and have issues with it they cover the big sellers like Volkswagen financial, Bmw financial and etc. and tell you there is nothing they can do about it even if the car has issues. But when I sell cars they want me to take the cars back right away like I’m the one who is wrong. The arbitration manager Tim is wishy washy and takes different positions depending on circumstances - no type of standards or equality. When I returned a car that I purchased (no title in 21 days) and drove the car 1000 miles they charged me almost $.50 per mile but when I sold a car and someone drove 600 miles I didn’t get any money back and they didn’t void the arbitration.

Absolutely one of the worst Manheim locations. Staff here could give 2 turds about any customer dealer/transporter. Was told 3 times today they had a jump truck headed to my car to jump start it 1 hour goes by still car isnt started. Call again yes they will be there in 5 minutes waited another hour still not started. Called again they should be down there now let me send them again. Guess what never did they show up. Meanwhile they are up sitting under the canopy talking to each other not even working. This auction also leaves cars running to run the fuel out of then as Well as siphoning fuel out to put in their tanks.. They do not care at all about their customers. And the security office what a joke that is. Dont even want to get started on those guys. Look elsewhere dont even mess with this place.

Sexual Harrassment towards other people being observed by myself and friends here at live auction time. Jennifer deserves better than that working for a rude bunch of people....THE WORST UN ORGANIZED AUCTION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO !The place if filthy and they cater to DEALERS ONLY - IF you are a public buyer they will make you feel inferior and less of a person by wearing a PINK VEST so you stand out above and beyond everyone else. Bought a car with 3.7 CR a 2017 Toyota bring to NJ Manheim get CR 1.8 try to return or get any help at first it was we can’t help u then I was instructor by Ohio Manheim to run to see what it does here in NJ car did 2100$ less due to CR 1.8 called back I was told 500$ that’s all I’m getting this was Fraud 1.8 CR sold as 3.7 !! It took me two weeks to bring to car to NJ from Ohio but little I drove 400miles that’s all it was more they told me I can’t arp this it’s too late where there is no such things in Arb rules to Arb a vehicle for the CR no such thing! At the same time they saying I’m out of Arb time how ? No such rules CR grades don’t Arb ! This was commercial Hertz vehicle ! I bought it Simulcast live auctioneer said it’s 3000$ Behind the book lied due to the fact CR was higher don’t buy cars from this people Fraud Fraud !!Very Unprofessional !! The reason I give 2 stars cuz of Tim he really tried to help me out but his ability are limited I couldn’t even get 150$ run fees back. After I was instructed to run n see what it does in NJ !! I even had someone call me to get a review to see how was my experience first time buying at Manheim Ohio I was told for sure I get a respond in regards but No calls still waiting very unprofessional I would think twice don’t buy car from commercials accounts they purposely raise they CR to get more money fraud not once they said it was a mistake instead they Accuse New Jersey doing CR wrong So I request a second time to go over the car n redo CR it actually gotten lower grade originally a car got 1.9 second time it was even lower 1.8 that kind of mistake is ok 0.1 off not 3.7 to 1.8 !!

Good place to purchase IF you can get in with a dealer with whom you have a good working relationship! They have vehicles of varying price ranges & ALL types from repo clunkers to top of the line trucks/sports cars/luxury SUVs etc. Best time to buy anything if price is an issue would be off season.

Manheim is running via the same software so basically it is guided by COX company the owner of the auction and many other automotive companies.Now Manheim Ohio has a chronic issue which is Management, they have a guy and couple ladies by the front desk these people are specialized in hard time.It is broken bone business. So they force to pay and they try to hold cars or titles for no reasons.. dealers and public should start thinking about independents auctions again..

Bought a vehicle online for $12,500 and requested a post sale. It passed and I got it shipped. It got here and it has a bad turbo plus the whole air suspension system has been taken out. Call the auction and they say that we only requested a sale day inspection. If you are a small dealer do not use this auction, they WILL do you wrong especially if you are buying from a new car dealer. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!
