Great experience, I purchased the lifetime warranty on all my watches a while ago. Today was the first time I took them in to have the batteries replaced, I walked in dropped them off, Kyle called me the next day to let me know they were ready to go. He was super friendly and energetic on the phone, I showed up to pick them up and less than a minute later I was out the door with 5 watches all working perfectly. The experience was amazing because it was so fast and simple. There is really something to be said for good service, I know a lot of other companies that could learn a lot from this place. Very impressed!

Brought in my Galaxy S9+ for a new battery and charge port repair. Was not disappointed. Not only are they cheaper than the certified alternatives in my area, but they were very professional as well. The repair only took about an hour and a half, and everything works perfectly now. Physically cant even tell the phone was messed with but all the problems were fixed expertly. Will definitely go here again in the future.

First time using this place. Bought a 2004 Mustang convertible for oldest son. Only had one key and fob. Called and spoke to Kayla. Very detailed, stated they could get both. Went into explaining the process in detail, how long it would take, etc. Last Sat., my wife and son took the car up and they were handled very professionally. The key fob actually works better than the one we got with the car. I highly recommend this place and easily will look to them first anything related to their products.

I brought in a malfunctioning aquarium light. Keith listened to my story, and suggested that the issue might be a faulty power adapter. He measured the connection, located the correct item on Amazon, and gave me the information I needed to order it. I ordered the adapter, and that solved my issue. Did a battery warranty swap without any hassle. It was an expensive battery and purchased in Colorado so it was nice to have it replaced after the test showed it was bad and not get any pushback for doing so. Parking is a bit of a challenge at the location but the store and staff itself get a 10.

My phone wouldnt charge because (I thought) the port was loose & charging cord wouldnt stay in. I took my phone to several places that couldnt help & last place that did phone repairs said I needed a new port (over $100) and was acting sketchy it made me uncomfortable to have them work on my phone. I took my phone to Batteries Plus with the thought of finding another way to charge it without using a cord. Chelsea took my phone to look at and after a few minutes with a tool, she was able to use a charging cord & it works perfectly! She said there was a lot of dust and junk stuck in the port & a charging cord couldnt get a connection to charge. (Something I hadnt even thought might be the issue.) Chelsea even took the time to show me what she did & the right tool to get so I could do it myself if I want, but Batteries Plus does this service for FREE! I was so happy that she did this simple thing I was about to cry with joy! Bless you Chelsea and bless Batteries Plus for being an honest & upstanding business that doesnt try to take advantage of customers with unnecessary services and price gouging.

Stopped in on a Saturday around 3:30 pm to inquire about a replacement battery & kit for my Galaxy s8+. I know I can order it from Amazon for about $45. The helpful lady said they only had the battery for $70, but if I made an appointment...they would install it in 1 hr with a 6 month warranty for $60.I asked if they could do it today...she said yes. I filled out some quick paperwork, and she said well see you in an hour.I returned at 4:30 pm and it was ready! Apologetically, she explained that they broke the back glass during its removal. That was our fault, she said, and we have replaced the glass free of charge, and your battery replacement is reduced to $35! Wow...all this without complaining!I thought good Customer service was a thing of the past!Hats off to the folks at Battery Plus!

I had a cracked screen on my Samsun Note 8. When coming into the center Cole originally helped me and fixed my screen in only 1 1/2 hour. It was amazing service and he was very professional. When I got home the forward facing camera was blurred. I took it back into the store and between Cole and Ben I was out the door in 30 minutes. No questions asked. My mom needed a new battery holder for her safe and no one had them. She sold her mobile home and needed to get her title out of her safe. I went in to the store with the battery holder and explained to AJ what my delima was and he said let me see if i can temporarily fix it. He did fix it and it worked im so thankful that he went above and beyond to help me as some people would have said we dont sell those and sent me on my way. Went in with a nondescript remote that had no indication about the battery it required. The young woman that helped me saw the battery opening and knew right away what size it was and grabbed them for me. Before checking out, she opened the package for me to confirm it was the right battery. Very easy experience.

I typically have a great experience at this location with their variety and professionalism however getting a new battery installed on my Android phone was a disappointment. I went back after 2 weeks with faster battery drainage then before I took my phone in and they agreed to replace it again, however once this second battery was replaced there was still absolutely no improvement in my phone. I can not recommend this service.

Ive shopped there a few times, now. Tony has helped me every time and is an incredibly helpful guy. I really appreciate the effort he put into helping us out. Also, Cory from the WeFixIt side is amazing. While I was battery shopping, Cory fixed my sons iPhone. Fast and convenient service, and good prices, too. We couldnt be happier!

I had new battery installed for less then $53.00 in less than an hour.

Had the store order a spare key fob for my car, which came in about 5 days later. I had them program it for me over the weekend and what usually can take a long time to do, (for my particular type of car) only took just minutes. The young man that helped me could not have been more attentive and dedicated to getting the job done right. I have had several interactions with this store and they have all be 100% positive. Fan for life.

I ordered a motorcycle battery online in the morning. They called me later in the morning to find out when I was going to pick it up. Arrived in the evening and they had the battery fully charged, and ready to go. Staff was friendly. Price was good. Definitely would buy a battery this way again.

I brought my cell phone in for repair of a cracked screen on Friday. It was ready the next Tuesday. It was ready one day ahead of when promised. The young man I dealt with named Corey was very friendly, helpful and professional. The charges for repair were reasonable compared to the price of a new phone. I highly recommend this store for cell phone repairs. I would definitely go back in the future should I need cellphone repairs.

Great same day service. It only took a few hours.Not sure what going rate is for repairing cracked cell phone screen for a Galaxy S7. The place was recommended by Verizon but cost double what they claimed. It seemed a bit costly at 250$ but cheaper than buying a new phone which I would of had to do at over 600$ if not fixable but thankfully was.

So handy to have new batteries put into my watches. And for a little more, Batteries Plus guarantees them for life. Also, I am happy with the flashlights that my husband bought there.

This place is a perfect example of why Amazon is destroying brick and mortar stores. Picked up 2, 5 packs of LR41 batteries and was told that they were priced per battery. There was a discount for buying a certain number of batteries. It really was shady and in the end 10 tiny batteries would cost about 20 dollars. I bought 20 of the same batteries on Amazon for 5.99. A single LR41 battery from Batteries Plus was 3.99. I wish I could support a local store, but when you make stupid decisions like insanely marking up your products and pricing packages per battery you deserve to go out of business. Dont waste your time here.

I needed my car battery checked. They did and it was bad. They replaced it for me as part of their service which was friendly and cost effective.

I went in twice to get my phone screen fixed. The first time I made an appointment and when I got there was told that either I could leave my phone over night or bring it back in the next day between such and such time, seeing as the guy who was trained to fix my particular phone wasnt there this day but would be there the next day. I was told if I came in between those times my phone would be done. OK, cool but when I went in the next day, between the times I was told by the first guy, a different guy told me I would have to leave it overnight and it would be done first thing in the morning. Again I didnt want to do that. I am not going back. I have to drive half an hour to get to this place, not to mention I wasnt able to come in the two days until after work. Even after I was told it was going to get done the next day, I was told I had to wait another day. Ridiculous.

I got a really bad experience with these guys .I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there and let there things repair by these guys.Its better to let your electronical Gadget repair by a 5 years old kid.I am still shocked

They did a great job replacing the screen in my LG-V20. Call ahead and notify of your model to assure they have your screen when you take the phone in. They typically carry Samsung and IPhone but also do other models.
