Richard was very friendly and helpful! He didn’t try to oversell the bed, offered me several cheaper choices and let me pick and choose what worked best for me! I really appreciated that, as well that he was able to get me a next day delivery ( which I’m anxiously awaiting for right now) which was awesome. I first went in to the store during the Memorial Day sale. I was relocating to Grove City in the fall and wanted to purchase a new bed. Rich was working that day and spent all the time I needed explaining the different mattresses and adjustable frames. I left with lots of information and told him when I was ready to buy Id give him a call. I think he was surprised when I called the end of August and ordered my bed. Again, he took time on the phone to help me with my purchase. I am excited to get my bed and I can honestly say it has been a great experience. I will be happy to recommend Mattress Firm...especially Rich...hes great!

It was good! Wish I would have gotten another bed tho it’s still a little firm even tho it’s memory foam but that’s my own fault getting a clearance one with no returns! Service was good

Great service at Grove City location! I searched online for box spring that I needed immediately- waited several months for a sleigh bed and when another company sold it to me they said it didn’t need a box spring- went and they were very friendly and helped immediately! I finally can get a nights rest on my new bed! Only negative, the online said it was in stock at the store, but we had to go to their warehouse on the other side of town to pick up- it all worked out in the end, and the warehouse team where very efficient and kind as well! Good service and product- I would shop there again.

We bought the deluxe frame from Tempurpedic frame with all the amenities . After one week, both motors went out on the bed to provide a raised bed and massage features. We spent 3800 with a no refund policy for the frame. We are still awaiting another motor replacement and have had our bed frame for less than two months. I would not recommend going here.

It was really quick, we told our salesman what steered looking for explained the mattress. I was satisfied. We were not planning on buying it today, then we asked about the Purple... a little expensive... it’s going to be here in a week. I doubt we were I the store more the a haft an hour

Roy at the Grove City location was absolutely amazing! He greeted us upon entering the store and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without any of the typical hard sales pressure one might expect. He seemed truly interested and sincere in helping us select the perfect mattress. Not once did we feel rushed to make a decision. We expected the process of picking out a mattress to be timely and grueling. Roy asked us several questions up front which really helped narrow the search. We were in and out of the store in 30 minutes with the perfect mattress being scheduled for delivery in the next two days. Roy seemed to really enjoy his job and made shopping for a mattress fun!

Matthew S. Reed was very helpful when it came to picking out a mattress. He even assured me that the mattress would fit in my car (its new and I didnt realize the back seats went down). A few days later, I decided to also buy a new box spring and Matt helped with that as well.

Went to the grove city location & the staff was awesome! unfortunately i cannot remember the name of who helped us but he was great! they made it so easy. we walked in and they asked us our preferences then showed us the options that would suit us best! they helped us work together to find a good price & even helped load it in the truck for us! definitely recommend!

Rich was our salesman. He was very thorough, and took as much time as we needed to find the perfect mattress. He was very helpful, and gave us a lot of information, but didnt overwhelm us with it. He also gave us all the options they had available, but wasnt pushy or pressures us into anything we didnt want. I would definitely reccomend stopping in if your in the market for a new bed.

My wife and I were in a desperate need of a new mattress. Searched online everywhere and came up with more questions than answers. A mattress is so personal you have to try it out in person. Our sales person Marco went through a questionnaire first that helped narrow down our selection to 3 recommendations. He was completely knowledgeable about the materials and construction of every mattress we looked at. We bought a great Sterns and Foster! We are absolutely looking forward to getting it in the couple days!

I went to Mattress Firm to buy a new bed for my mom and dad. Because of COVID it is taking them a while to get beds to people.
