I went in to get acrylic powder for a friend for her birthday and the worker told me that if I signed up for their reward program then I would be getting a $5 off. The worker made it seem like I was getting it off of that purchase then signed me up for it and told me it would come in my email. I waited for over a month for it and nothing came through. I called the customer service and they said that there wasn’t anything they could do about it unless I had the store number, purchase number, date, and the amount of my purchase. This is bs. It’s an over priced store with terrible customer service.
This place is okay. Not always consistent in what they carry. Brands seem to come and go more than they use to.

I returned a curling iron I bought yesterday that I purchased in Springfield at this location today. I am from Springfield, but live in Columbus now.I didnt want the curling iron. It was overpriced and had terrible online reviews; I walked right across the street to T.J. Maxx and purchased one with a better brand name, more features, and HALF the price. The Sally curling iron box was unopened and still sealed.Upon returning the curling iron WITH receipt and as a Sally Card holder, I got fed a line of, Our policy is that you typically return electrical appliance to the store where you purchased it. Well guess what? The associate wasnt stating their policy verbatim...Im not driving to Springfield to return an unopened, unused item with receipt. Below is their policy; dont be fooled by them! Know your consumer rights!Electrical items and shears: May be returned for refund or exchange with an original receipt only, and dated within 60 days of purchase. Without original receipt dated within 60 days of purchase, we do not offer in-store credt or return. If product is defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to take advantage of their warranty.
