Purchased my 1st side by side from Ask on 8/17/2020. I had no previous experience buying or even owning a utv besides quads. Id like to personally thank Scott Wilson, Melissa Wilson, Julie Anderson, and Tim for making this more than just a purchase. Very welcoming atmosphere and no pressure to buy anything. The team there wants you to feel good about what youre buying and make sure its the right vehicle for you and your needs. They went completely out of their way to find me EXACTLY what I wanted and had it brought in the next day. 5/5 experience for me. I will ABSOLUTELY be a returning customer. Hey guys, find me that turbo 4 seater!

Didnt have much. Spent almost an hour in line waiting to ask for a price on a motorcycle. They didnt have much to choose from whatsoever. We went for a helmet and a bike. They had a helmet we wanted but they had all sizes beside the size we needed and all the helmet boxes were mixed with other kinds, stacked on the floor. The motorcycles were very close together so we couldnt get a good look at them.

I just bought my first bike from them in April! This was the 3rd time I visited Ask and the second time at the Grove City location. Everyone at both locations I death with were extremely friendly and helpful. Rockey was able to work out the deal I wanted for the bike and the ladies at the store were awesome! I left happy and learning to ride my awesome Suzuki Boulevard has been great so far!

I called 7 times in 4 days and they were supposed to call me back with a price on a bike, but never did call back, the manager who was some female, was too busy to talk about price on the phone, so after 4 days of calling her and giving her my name and number each time. Im going elsewhere. This place has the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. Stay away!!! Or u will be disappointed .

Worst dealership i have ever dealt with. I was told it was under new ownership...well just a heads up just as bad as it was before. Took a month and a half to get my machine in...i was told that they would have it back to me in 5 to 7 days. Poor customer service. Lied to me for 21 days about parts being ordered for my machine and they were just waiting on the manufacturer to send the parts. I called like 5 times and every time I was told yep just waiting on the last part to come in and we will be finished...Just a dirty sad excuse for a dealership. I will go to a real dealership and have my machine worked on. Iron Pony is way better to work with. I can not wait for this hole in the wall to go out of business for good. Boo ASK...just Boo. Thanks for wasting the last good part of the riding season for me.

Was in there 2 weeks ago to buy my son a dirt bike. Guy behind the desk asked if he could help me. I said my son outgrew his dirtbike and we are looking for a bigger one.. He said Ill be with you in a minute.. 25 minutes later we left due to lack of service. Amazing thing is....we were the Only customers in the store.No problem, drove to Iron Pony Motorsports and bought my son a new dirt bike. They were happy to sell me a motorcycle.

THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULDNT HAVE THE PART I WAS LOOKING FOR SO I HAD TO TELL HIM THAT THERE OTHER LOCATION SAID THAT THE GROVE CITY LOCATION HAS IT. SO THERE COMPUTER SHOWS THEY HAVE THE PART BUT SINCE THE GUY WANTS TO BE LAZY AND NOT DO HIS JOB AND FIND/LOCATE THE PART ***GUESS WHAT HE SAYS, THAT IT COULD TAKE DAYS SO HES JUST GOING TO SAY WE DONT HAVE IT. They have a large selection of both new and used motorcycles. Their sales staff are very nice and friendly but be careful when applying for a loan. In the space of 1 day they had pinged my credit score 6 times with hard inquiries.

In the last 18 hours I have spent nearly 2 hours trying to reach a human being in the service department.I just tried again and held for 14 minutes before being dumped to a a voicemail box that announced it was full then I was disconnected.I find myself ASKing why I wasted so much time with a business who clearly doesnt care less about MY business.If you wont service your customers, there is always another waiting to take that business from you.I will NOT waste a moment more of what little time I have free on this business.

I had reached out to the dealership 4 times. Only heard back from them once. The wouldnt tell me when there were opening back up after covid 19. As all states are different and I was having to travel to pick up the bike. The only email I ever got back was short and rude! They didnt even give me the decentcy to let me know they are open nor that the bike was sold.

I love this place my son was looking at a GSXR? And didnt know if it would sue him or fit him just right they let him set on the bike he was looking at and then set on a cruiser ultimately he ended up getting a Yamaha V Star 650 for his first bike. And I credit ask Motorsports for helping him make that decision. Would definitely recommend this place for any of your Motorsports needs.

I have never in my life witnessed such a poorly ran dealership. Can’t find parts you ordered. Takes a month for a oil change on a side by side?! Employees standing around with their thumbs in there a**. Sweep the floor, wipe the merchandise! Waited for hours to get ours after it had been there already a month!!!! I would drive to another state before I came here! You will get what you want faster

I can beat everyone! I bought a new Radian a long time ago 87 or so. Put down $3600 cash, took back $200 next day, they brought out a totally different bike like I wouldnt notice! Gets better. My wife bought me a bike as a surprise, 45 days later I finally got a title. This place is shady as hell!!

Just wanted to let you know that your Grove City location is a total disappointment!!!! Ive been in there several times for parts (for a newer model, common bike) and they have NEVER ONCE had the parts Ive needed in stock. Despite this, last weekend when we were ready to purchase our next bike, we stopped in to check out the inventory. I had cash in hand & was prepared to purchase THAT DAY. From the moment we walked in and had to wait nearly 25 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us or offer assistance, I felt we were wasting our time. Finally a young man greeted us. I asked him what was available in my range immediately. He started to show us a great bike, then another guy told him they wouldnt sell it for my price. (Maybe you should put a price on your bikes and tell the salespeople the same information so they dont look so confused & misinform more customers). We finally ended up talking with Rocky - another HUGE waste of time. He was determined to force us into financing something over our budget instead of paying cash. He also couldnt show us pics of bikes at your Lancaster location that were in our range after telling us they had a great match for us. (If you want to increase sales, have pics of all bikes at all locations available on a central website!!) We waited over 20 minutes for someone at Lancaster to text him a pic, before we gave up & left to get something to eat, telling him to send the pic to our phone & we would be back to purchase it that day. Never got the pic (probably because Rocky wasnt going to make money from a cash deal a different location). After this, I doubt Ill be back to ask anything of anyone at ASK. I bought a great bike that day somewhere else, and Ill get parts & service elsewhere, too.

Where do I start, first I tried to order parts for my wifes bike, the kid hung up on me twice. Then I heard him talking about not charging a credit card all day, then hung up on me again. I called Yamaha to hopefully get a closer place, they said no. So I had to call back. Finally the kid took my order for parts, as I needed them by Friday and it was ordered on Tuesday. I paid extra for the shipping. The kid told me he would call me when it comes in. Friday came and went. Monday came and I called to see were my part was. The same kid takes my info and then hangs up on me. I call back and as if he didnt hang up on me he says I called and left a message that your part was in Friday. I told him I would be there in a few minutes. Walking into the store no one was behind the parts counter I asked for help and everyone just walked by. Then a kid walked in sounding like the kid who I ordered with, stated he doesnt work there and people are busy doing credit checks. Finally another kid maybe 17 walks in, I asked do you work here, he says yes. I state Im here to pickup my part I should have got Friday but no one called. He found the part, gave it to me. No receipt, no sorry for the issue, no customer care. I walked out realising I just paid for shipping that I didnt get, I also had the worst customer service I have ever had. Never going back.

Terrible service department. Had to call several times to see if my part is in and they finally found it after I called to have them look. Took them over two months to fix a simple part and the customer service was terrible. I do not recommend for any simple service task. Just to show how incompetent they are, they couldn’t even plug in my turn signal when I picked up my bike.

I purchased a battery for my Honda Motorcycle on April 13th 2019. I rode the bike 1 time after initial installation approximately 3 miles. I try to start the bike and it was determined that the battery was a bad battery and it would not accept a charge. Sandy the owner would not refund the purchase even though the battery was obviously bad and it was purchased only 4 weeks prior. She stated I dont stand behind electronics She offered a new battery at 1/2 price. So this purchase cost me $100 for what would normally be $69. My advice, purchase your battery and parts elsewhere. I purchased a used Harley Davidson from this shop about 2 weeks ago. Approximately 100 miles later its in another shop getting $ 1,900 in repairs for among many other issues no transmission oil (completely empty). What dealer sells even a used bike without making sure the fluids are checked. I took in the repair bill from the other shop and Asks response was basically sorry about your luck. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY A BIKE FROM THIS DEALER!!!! From top to bottom this is the least professional business I think I have ever dealt with. Might as well be a flea market. I would recommend going anywhere but here. Wish I would have read the reviews first.

Most of the staff was great....Really enjoy our new machine!....Had a problem and called Ask and was connected to sales manager by the name of Mike ?, He was really unprofessional and frankly he was a smart ass that didnt want to do his job!....If you have any problems I would not recommend talking to this guy....If hes the only one that I can deal with I will go elsewhere!

1st visit, cash in hand, could not get a price on the motorcycle I wanted. Left phone and e-mail and never heard back.2nd visit, cash in hand, motorcycle still there... No one cared to ask if I wanted help... Left after 15 minutes of waiting.3rd visit... Ready to try again... Cash in hand.. Motorcycle gone. Waited 20 minutes to talk to someone... No one even acknowledged my existence.Guess the service department makes all the money.

Ask Powersports ROCKS. Bought a new CAN-AM X3 had an issue after 25 miles and 4 days before the long holiday ride, they overnighted parts in and had me out the door in plenty of time to leave for my trip. Sandy, Mike and Rocky made it all possible.

Called before I drove 40 minutes down to get a quote on a side by side. Sales staff encouraged me to stop down, then refused to give me a price when I got there. Finally talked them into putting a number on the machine, and they simply quoted me MSRP plus tax and title (and tried to hard sell me at this price), but assured me they were price competitive and would match someone elses quote. When I gave them the best quote I had, the woman that was waiting on me started stuttering and said theres no way, and all the sudden refused to even tell me what she could sell one for. I finally thanked her for her time and she shook my hand and asked me to let her know. Im still extremely puzzled by the entire experience. Two hours of my life Ill never get back. Consider this official notice: you lost my business.

I only have experience with the Grove City store. They have unfriendly, condescending service. I ended up buying a bike from them only due to convenient location, but it was like pulling teeth having to deal with the poor service.. Never again would I walk in there.

I agree. They run scams there. If i had to rate this place from a 1 to 10. I would give it a minus 1. I went in to look at used bikes. They didnt have what i wanted. The saleman showed me new 2015 v star 950. No miles on it. Said it was $5995. i loved the bike. Told him i would be back the next day. Well the next dayhe said i was wrong that was the Bolt. Vstar was 8995. Thought maybe my old ears heard wrong. But i remember sitting the bike and ask him again the price. He said 5995. Then i saw same bike forsale for 5995 in Madina. But i had already started paper work I asked Her about price & me getting ripped. She its like a gas station. You didnt get gas yesterday & the price went up the next day. I paid 8995 I will never walk in that store again.

I bought a Sea Doo spark from Ask. I had quite a few questions and they were able to answer some of them. Others they tried to call down the Lancaster office to get answers, so i will give them credit for that. I told them upfront that i wasnt going to pay for any destination fees or assembly charges, so if they couldnt waive them, let me know now so we dont waste each others time. After i got confirmation on that, i finally bought it and it was a little past closing time and I was trying to get it all done so that i wouldnt keep the employees from being able to get out of there on a Friday night at a decent hour. My big mistake was not doing the math for myself, as a $250 document fee was added to my invoice. I didnt catch this until a few days later. I get that they have to pay a secretarially person to notarize titles, but $250 is way too much, in my opinion, especially for just a wave runner! Then add a $15 filing fee, and I guess i feel like ive been nicked and dimed by fees. Upon picking up the wave runner, they were nice enough to help me load it on my trailer but overall i fee like the bad taste in my mouth over hidden fees will give me a reason to look elsewhere next time.**Update - originally rated as 2 stars, but after looking at my invoice a little closer, i realize that the $250 documentary fee was added to my price before charging a sale tax, so now im also paying a sales tax on the fee charged to do my paperwork? Im guessing this practice is common in this industry, but without disclosing it to customer, Im very disappointed. Changing my review to 1 star.

Was going to buy a motorcycle there decided to buy a helmet for the time being till I decide which bike I wanted bought the helmet and was charged twice I noticed and the lady acted dumb and made it seem like she didn’t notice lucky it was only a 150 dollar helmet which turned into 300 and not a bike thousands of dollars she said she didn’t charge me twice but the bank told me she did and she acted confused no longer giving my business to this place but I will say Rocky and the lady up front with the curly hair are very nice people
