These guys do a great job! Showed up and they put 2 new tires on in less than an hour. Theyre a small shop so if you need an alignment done youll have to go else where. All your tire replacement needs/fixes they will have your back. The price also was too bad for tires and a rotation.

Dave is respectful, worldly and affable but most importantly he and his staff know tires. I have had my tires replaced twice there (two different cars) and both times I have gotten better deals than I thought possible, and extremely quick service (the second time was under twenty minutes for four tires.) I dont often recommend businesses but AWC is an exception, just because Dave has been so great. Highly recommend.

Sent my wife to get tires and rims put on her vehicle, they started the job, it got close to closing time, owner said to my wife they can finish the job the next day. Wife let owner know it was her mothers day gift and owner did not care. Charged a lot and didn’t complete the job. Customer service was awful and communication as well. First and last time we visit the shop. 1 star is a gift. Don’t waste your time at the shop, they are not going to finish the job.

Best, easiest and fastest tire replacement experience I’ve ever had. I wish there was a place like this where I lived in Maine. I’ve never gotten my tires replaced without having something else “wrong” with my vehicle. This place got back with a quote within 24 hours through email. I called to have the tires ordered one morning, they called me back later that day to let me know they had arrived and I could go whenever to get them installed. I went the next morning with my son (2 yrs old) and we sat in the car with the heat on while the two guys changed my tires in about 20 minutes. I never even had to get out of the car to pay.Can you please open one of these with the same awesome service in Maine?! Thanks :)I know it seems like I must have been compensated to write this review, but it was just that good of an experience which is hard to come by these days.

Went in hoping to get my tire plugged but it was not salvageable. Got 2 new tires mounted, balanced and installed within 15-20 minutes. They were fast and professional. Went to get 4 new tires and he didn’t tell me the price of the tires until they were already on the car. Also when put two of my tires on he stripped two of the bolts so now when they get changed again I’ll have to buy those bolts again. I feel like he is always in a rush when he needs to take his job a lil slower so the work can be more effective.

I am SO THANKFUL for Dave and Accessory Warehouse Corporation. A few days ago, I had a flat tire that I tried to fill up with air at a gas station, but it was unfortunately too far gone to do so. I wasnt sure what to do, as I was trying to get to work for an important meeting and didnt really have time to call AAA to get the spare on, and I was almost driving on the rim (obviously a bad idea). I was referred to Accessory Warehouse and was able to get down the street to their shop. Immediately, Dave sent me inside to stay warm and said they would take care of my car in a jiffy. He sold me a used tire at an amazing rate, and had the tire changed in 20 minutes, despite being very obviously slammed busy. However, what really stood out was Daves kindness. He went above and beyond to take care of me, and really turned my whole day around with his approach and how nice/nonjudgmental he was. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Hands down the kindest person Ive ever encountered in the business. Thanks for everything!

They were FAST went in for 2 tires mounted and balanced they were working on 3 cars when I got there in between 2 guys and still managed to have me in and out within 15 minutes !!! Definitely great service

Pulled in, asked for 4 specific tires (and size) for my wifes Jeep, he had them in stock. I asked how long before I could get them balanced and mounted. He said leave it with him NOW and return within the hour. We went for dinner nearby and returned 45 minutes later. Done and at a price I really doubt anyone around could beat. Thank you!

Has a push to release the shop thought it was just a pull off they took it off after ripping it off then said i need a new one because it was broke but then talk to the shop who put it in n its right how would it have been broke, one tire would of been flat n 2 no broke piece but the pull of it $65 dollars in the hole with a $40 dollar cash back from shop big mistake work done im out $25 cash 4 something that never had to be fix n only wanted two change two tires 😒😒😒😒

Dave is the owner. He is there working hard every business day. He is open earlier then everyone else and stays open later then them. He is fair with his prices, honest and to the point. I go there almost every month as I run a lawn care business and have lots of tires that need repairs or replacing. I will continue to support his business and he keeps mine rolling as well.

I have had both my cars tires replaced within the last month and i spent maybe a total of 1hr waiting. If your not getting your tires from here then you are making a huge mistake. Went there to get a quote for tires. I was greeted promptly and professionally, and was out the door in 5 minutes with a quote for the three tire brands I was looking for. The quote I received was very competative and did not have any extra or hidden fees. Would absolutely recommend this place.Update: after some research and finding the tires I wanted I went back to have them mounted and balanced. The team here worked like a well oiled machine! Watching these guys work was seriously a thing of beauty. Blew a tire on the highway on very rainy day. My client recommended I go there. They matched the tread on my 6 month old tires, quickly changed the spare out and I got to sit in my car and listen to my music and stay warm while they did. Amazing, went in with a leaking tire. Only two workers there, with four cars being worked on. The guy was like a Nascar pit crew. Almost ran to the car, lug nuts flew off, quickly rolled tire to the inspection table, leak found in sidewall, new tire on ten minutes after arriving. Good prices

When here to have my car check after my brakes stopped. 3 weeks earlier I had 2 brakes lines replaced at Dream auto in Norwich they did a really bad job. They didn’t hang the brakes line the right way left them hanging agains my axel that broke the brake line and almost caused a accident. Came here to accessory warehouse to check it out they told me what was the issue I told to please just pinch the lines for now so I could make it home and I’ll bring it back when I have the money. When I when to pick up the car the owner and mechanic said we can’t have you drive like that it not safe. They when ahead and fixed the break line the right way the professional way and told me to pay them Thursday. They didn’t had to do that but they did and now am a loyal customer so if you need anything done to your car or new tires this is the place to go they won’t let you down thank you guys

Was recommended this place by a friend who was with me when I blew a tire on high street in mystic when the town was replacing. Had to get my son to swimming lessons and didnt have much time. I put my spare on, called these guys and asked if they were open and could change a flat tire on a Volvo. Tire popped at 445 got the spare on and drove over there. Arrived at 505. They had the spare off and replaced under the car, got the flat off my rim, got another tire on the rim and back on the car and I was driving away at 515. $48 for a used Perelli tired put on and in better shape then what was on there. No hassle. Very friendly. Awesome. Thank you guys.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They need to stick to tires because they couldnt do a simple repair on my car. Went to do an easy alternator installation and they arced my battery and blew my maxi fuse. Drove my car in fine and now it doesnt even drive. LOWSY mechanics and even worse service. I wouldnt trust them with your car. Confronted them and they denied they did anything to my car....when I couldnt even drive it off the lot after they messed with it. Very Terrible business. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I “NEEDED” two front tires! I went to this great place in Groton just NOW. I kid you not, I was in and out of there with two new tires mounted, balanced and no hidden fees in 10 minutes! NASCAR?! 🏁 That was so awesome! Not having to wait to get in with an appt. then sit in a waiting area for and an hour was sooooo worth it! I was quoted a bit more from the place that “Nobody” can beat, I wasn’t willing to even let them beat the price cause the wait would have put me over the edge today! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Dave was so very nice and informative!
