I have used this UPS Store for almost 2 years and each time I am there they are helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgable. I appreciate their consistency and professionalism. Even with Covid restrictions they remain attentive and do all the can to ensure quick and efficient service.

There was NO clarity at the color printing prices. I paid at least 4 times more than I have been told before printing. It seems a sort of dishonest that was really disappointed. The manager said: either to pay the highest price or to shred the printed papers. Shredding the printed papers is really wasting for our resources so I paid at least 4 times more to save the resources of our country: USA.

Mailed 8 sheets of paper paid $2,00 for an envelope and $12.00 to mail it. Very expensive. Like really. After reading the reply from the owner I am convinced the owner has no clue. I was not offered any other options and did not Attack the business. I simply shared my experience and will not go back.

The employees were very nice and helped me with what was needed. I sent my documents through their store email which is the one that appears on their website ([email protected]), had to resend my documents to the correct email which is [email protected] for them to be able to print the documents needed. I had to go back to the store because while I was organizing my documents I noticed one was missing, the most important one.Had to go back to the store and retrieve it. They didnt print that specific document and I didnt verify before leaving so, CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS before leaving the store. Other than that wait time was less than 5 minutes, it was empty the first time I went. The second time I had to wait a little over 5 minutes for them to print the forgotten document. Other than that their service was good and quick.

It was an okay experience- I got everything done there that I need to. But Terrence I think his name was, honestly was pretty annoying and rude. I went in to return something to amazon which I never do and unaware of all the different return labels that amazon has. I never return things to them but when I do, the label is scanned on my phone. Well, I guess not this one which I didn’t know. So Mr. Terrance tells me I need to print there at the store with an attitude and then tells me it’s gonna $2.50! And that I should’ve already had it done! Really?! Okay. I understand that but you can be more kind when you talk to customers. There was more but I’ll leave at that.

This is a fantastic UPS store. Very easy to get to and ample parking for quick in and out trips. I actually didnt need to ship this time but was searching for a store that offering customer printing and copying service on the Westbank and this is literally one of the few places that offer business center type services. Great customer service and def my preferred UPS store.

I came here because I needed a notary. The manager called up a guy and had him to the store within 15 minutes. The service is quick and everyone was very friendly.
