I went to the Ulta store in the Oakwood Mall today. The ladies working there were helpful. I bought a nice lip stain in a pretty color. Thx ladies!

I love love love this Ulta! Arman is my absolute favorite associate on earth! They are always willing to help! I just wish I had more money to spend. The only things I would change are the parking and the lack of inventory at times.

Im always at Ulta, for me its like a kid in a candy shop. The people that work there are great and they are very informative. I love coming here because Ulta has a bit of everything when it comes to make-up, hair products, a place to get your hair done, you name it they have it and if they dont they are going to try their best to get something close to it.

Got my hair done by Alex in the salon and it was wonderful! I really liked her, she was kind and willing to work with me when I had to breastfeed my son in the middle of my haircut. And my hair turned out great!

Got a face fit facial with Lauren. She was very nice, asked questions and tailored products she thought would best suit my skin. She wasnt pushy as far as buying the products. She did a great job and Ill be back soon for another facial with her!

Went in for a haircut. The people were friendly. I just got a shampoo, cut, and curl. It looked great curled when she got done with it. It hadnt even been an hour yet and my curls started to fall out, like it went from curls to straight. She didnt give me layers like I wanted. (I didnt see until I washed my hair) $103 down the drain. My husband was pissed and so was I. They lost my business.

Lynn has been my stylist for many years. Finding someone who can cut curly hair is not an easy task. I have been through many and many awful cuts. Lynn has been awesome!

Worst experience ever, not for the first time. Will likely be my last time there. The inventory was a mess. I had several people offer to help me during shopping, but when I went to check out, only one person at the register with at least 20 people in line. Left without purchasing anything after I was told there wasnt anyone else to check out customers.

I went to find produces for my bread and the women helping me were veerrry friendly.

When i walked into the store i was not greeted, which didnt really bother because the cashier seemed to be busy ringing up sales for other customers. However, there were 3 workers standing by the higher end makeup section where the too faced products are located Gossiping. I proceeded to walk where the Buxom lipglosses were & look for a particular shade called Maria. I saw it wasnt available and another associate comes next to me & asks did i need help, i asked if they had the shade in stock & she looked in the area i looked in & didnt see it. I told her i would just get a different shade that was available & that was all the help i needed. However, she proceeded to hawk over me & watch me the whole time that i was trying out the testers, which made me completely uncomfortable. I didnt even look for the other items i intended to buy because i was so uncomfortable. I dont believe i will be shopping at this Ulta location anymore.

The salon just cant seem to get it right ... Ive been badgered to come in for an appointment I didnt make and made appointments that the salon cannot fulfill. I left ulta today without a haircut and Ulta has one less long-time customer.
