Sports store they have all the new stuffThat just came out

We stopped at champs to buy some winter gear. As I was trying on a hoodie I set my sunglasses down on a shelf. After we got in the car I realized what I had done. I thought for sure my $350 Maui Jim glasses where gone. I still ran back to the store but wasn’t very hopeful. When I got there as I figured they where gone. When Tyree spotted me she said I got them for you. She had put them behind the counter. I just wanted to put her name out there because I sure appreciate her

Customer service was POOR. I WATCHED AND WALKED AROUND FOR 5 MINUTES LOOKING FOR SHOES. THEY ASKED EVERYONE ...MAY I HELP U EXCEPT ME. Well, their loss. Another store got $500. 😆

One star for Jordan the customer service rep who was able to get my return processed. Champs should definitely be mindful of who they put in management positions. Lamont whos a manager at the store refused to give me a refund because my purchase was more then 30 days old when my receipt advised me that I had 45 days. I was told it didnt matter what the receipt said the return policy is 30 days. I asked for the customer service number and was told to look on my receipt. I had to Google Champs customer service who had to call the store to get them to process my refund. Lamont needs more training if hes going to manage a store and deal with paying customers because his attitude was horrible. I will never shop at this establishment again. If the receipt says 45 days HONOR IT! Its YOUR POLICY!....... Photo of return policy attached.

Let me Start off by saying I wish I could get this review no stars at all that’s how horrible it was!!! The staff was so rude it was as if nobody wanted to be working there! Every time I asked to see a shoe it was an issue for the lady . She had an attitude she did not want to go and get it . It was as if I was bothering her then she was eating the entire time .The staff refused to give me a receipt for the purchase I had made . I have never shopped at a establishment where they refused to give me a receipt for my purchase . Do yourself a favor and run when you see the store! I have contacted customer service and I’m waiting to see what they’re going to do . Please also keep in mind that I spent nearly $500 !!!

Champs sucks if you have a return. I tried to exchange them to the champs store and because they dont have the shoe in stock I would have to ship them back in. Unlike Nike. At nike you can do exchanges if they dont have the shoe and refunds if you want to reorder them online.
