The aura in this place is so light and sweet. The owner is a pleasure to be around and talk to. Its as if she knows you and you feel right at home. This is sooo important when you are in the process of looking for you big day dress. I didnt purchase a dress here, but I did try on a few and took pictures and it was my first dress shopping experience. This place made me feel like a top priority and that is all any bride or customer can hope for. I highly recommend that people go here. If you dont see anything in there, she can order just about anything you can show her. She also has a huge amount to choose from that can be ordered. Check this place out. It is worth it!

I wish I could give a higher rating because the young sales clerk was so sweet and because when I called the store trying to locate them they were helpful in getting me to their location -- but the truth is, I never shouldve ended up there in the first place. I called earlier in the day to see if they had any dresses from a designers bridesmaids dress line in my size, and they assured me that though they only had size 12, if I came into the store I could try them on, theyd clip them up, and get an idea of what they looked like. After I walked in they asked if it was an out-of-town wedding and where the bride was purchasing the dress. Long story short, once she realized there was a chance the bride wouldnt be purchasing from them, the manager told me the dresses would swallow me, asked the sales clerk several times to stop showing me dresses and lectured her for letting me try a dress on because there are no advantages to that. I was so uncomfortable. If you dont want women trying on dresses unless they can guarantee theyll be making a purchase, you should specify that either on the website or should have mentioned that on the phone when they encouraged me to make the trip into the store to try on. Its not my fault they have customers ordering dresses online, but talking about customers not being a worthy customer to pay any attention to when theyre next door exposed in the dressing room feels horrible. If youre going to give that ill-informed advice to your young sales clerk, wait until the customer has left the store. If this had been a different experience I may have ordered the dress from here. And you should make sure that the designers you carry have your correct address on their respective websites. Very poor business practices, I dont know how places like this stay in business because I certainly couldnt refer anyone to this bridal shop in the future nor would I consider going back. Young sales clerk: if youre reading this, find another bridal shop to work in, youre valuable and can do better than work under this type of management.

The owner is very unprofessional. She also does not know how to properly measure. She measured all the girls for the bridal party and every dress was extremely big. She is also very unorganized and doesnt keep proper invoices for her orders. She wouldnt allow us to get a refund and they dont provide alteration services. WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEN AGAIN!

Alicia was VERY helpful & friendly. I didnt feel rushed at all. She took her time to show me dresses similar to what I was looking for, until she found the exact one. My best friend & I were really impressed. We were glad we stopped. Thank you again Alicia!

The customer service was the WORST ever. My friend and I went to look for ball gowns for the military ball. The lady wasnt helpful and rude because we were looking in $200 price range. She denied my friend of taking her 3 year old daughter to use the bathroom there while I was still looking! Really? Its a 3 year old. Then when I said I had not found anything and asked who they used for alterations she refused to give the info even though I explained to her I couldnt find anything (which was really because she was so unhelpful) and was going to alter the gown I bought from them last year. She then said she couldnt retrieve that info because the computer services was done so she had no way to verify I have ever bought a gown from there. I asked for a way to contact the owner and she refuse so I asked for paper to write the owner a note which she took and crumbled up! Good Thing I took a picture of the note and her. I dont feel its a friendly place at all! In sales you should always greet someone friendly, ask what they are looking for, what size (which in that line of work you should be able to look at someone and know what it is), and grab them gowns you believe would be flattering on them. I do not recommend this for ANYONE with or without kids. She also said we should just leave!!! Who does that? I want to speak to the owner for sure because this was the manager!!!!!

I came here a few months back to find bridesmaid dresses. The experience here trumped all of my other experiences. The young lady helping was extremely nice and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The place was clean and dresses were not thrown every where. I decided to order my bridesmaid dresses from here because all of the other places didnt impress me the way they did here.

Love this place the service is great and they have a huge selection of dresses.

Wowwww I went in lookin for a wedding dress I was online the sale lady was wonderful helpin me. I show her my wedding dress picture she know where to look she pull that dress out It look so beautiful in person I cry Im so happy with my choice thx Bel amour bridal shop keep up the work help bridal to be etc.
