Love love love love this store. Was very surprised by the quality of clothes and the cheap prices. I got two amazing pieces yesterday First time in. Great custom service. They really have a great selection of everything! Avoid the lines and attitude of the big store near by, shop at this store!!!! This will be my new to go thrift store in this area!

Brought my clothes in early and the worker sorted through them in like 20 minutes. Took most of my clothes for a reasonable price. Lots of cute, trendy clothes in the store for good prices. If my closet wasn’t full I would’ve bought a lot. New go to consignment shop for sure!

Times are hard right now for everyone so clean out your closet and take the stuff down there. Help support small businesses and make a few $$ while doing it. I used to love this place when they first opened always sold and bought stuff! I went in today with my friend and daughter to drop off a box they said it would be about forty mins. When we come back to pick up me and my friend took turns going In so we didn’t have to get my daughter out of the car. My friend comes back out with the money from my buy $4.80 I was like well I want to see what there taking if they only are giving me that much. A $40 stussy hat from compound and two other smaller items for $4.80 I told them no thanks and gave them the money back. They told me sorry they cant do anything because my friend signed off which I gave no permission for. I left the money on the counter and grabbed my items. The girl behind the counter told me I don’t have to yell at them. I didn’t yell at anyone but I was frustrated for them trying to tell my I can’t have MY things back when they let someone else sign up for it. Long story short I’ll be sticking to Plato closet from now on.

Having operated my fathers small business for nearly 15yrs., I have a great appreciation & mad respect for all the hard work, dedication, & passion that one must have to keep doors open & business flowing.... I love this store! They sell cute, high quality clothing at excellent prices. They are picky about what they buy. I consider that a very good thing. I have had excellent customer service and see many people in the store happily shopping when I go in. I have purchased several things on several occasions.

An amazing Clothing Exchange store that has barely used clothes at a very reasonable price. The staff is always friendly and helpful when trying on clothes or for any questions that you may have. When it comes to them buying clothes that you may want to sell them they are very picky, they dont accept anything with any spots or any sort of defects at all, and also they dont accept anything on hangers or in plastic bags. But if youre going to buy clothes there you can always count that the clothes are going to buy or an excellent shape and in the current style trends...

This place is hidden but such a gem! Great name brand stuff, lots of styles and variety, high quality items. This is my new favorite second hand store! They buy clothes as well and only take things of very high quality.The store owner was very welcoming and seems to truely care about her community.

They do have fantastic clothing here, and the prices for some items rock!! My favorite is their 50% off aisle. Good stuff for super cheap! Love shopping here. Good brands. Good variety.

I gave them a big bag and they took all of it but one piece! They take good care of the clothes you bring in. And they take time to review each piece of clothing, and they also examine each piece of clothing to make sure it’s good or not. I felt good leaving with only one piece and I think they are pretty good at pricing. Can’t wait to go back, I have another pile starting :)

I have been here twice the first time I was helped by a store associate and she was amazing! She bought half my items which was totally fine. The second time how ever was the manager and she was rude and cold and I felt as if she didn’t even look through my items before turning them all down! Like the store, but don’t really like the owner and her attitude.

One of my new favorite places to shop, I sell and buy clothes from nextt not only because they have really good brands, but because the owner is amazing. I stopped selling and shopping at other local thrift stores because of her!

Wow! I cannot believe how much I like this store and the people who work here! I think this is a cute little store. The employees are always nice and even if they don’t by all of my clothes. PROS:1. This little shop is clean and neat. Well organized and you can tell the clothing/ apparel are handled with care.2. Prices for clothing are affordable.3. Dont bring your clothing or shoes here, the owner (Jana Volk) is hyper sensitive and cant handle questions about her policy on what exactly is gently used an embarrassing and humiliating retail experience. None of my clothes or shoes were worn more than 3 times and are all high quality. Avoid.

The problem I had was when I pointed out that they didnt take a Forever Twenty-one tank top that had never been worn they said there was a pen mark. I thought oh maybe I didnt see it when I bought it. So I take the stuff they didnt want to my car. Curious I look at the tank top to see what the mark was because I knew it had to be small because I wouldnt have bought it otherwise. I look at and theres a blue ballpoint pen mark thats a 1/4 of an inch long and it’s wet like someone had tried to get it off if they could.I know for a fact that that mark wasnt there when I folded the shirt this morning. It is really low quality of character to mess up some brand new clothing and not own up to it. The fact that it was the owner of the store makes it that much worse. I will not be going back or encouraging my friends to buy or sell there.

Owner is so nice and love this store very unique and has alot of treasures, at great prices a lot of stuff are still with original tags and gently worn items.

Brought some clothes in to be sold. The jeans and scarves were folded together (about 8 items). I told her I had clothing on hangers in the car, and I was going to run out to get them. The employee tells me that they do not take clothing on hangers. They only take clothing in containers, because they do not want to get the clothes mix up with other clothes. I found this to be dumbfounding! If an employee can not look through, and price clothes without mixing them up, then there is a problem. I had nice, clean, and organized clothes which werent even looked at due to a very odd store policy.

Don’t recommend selling your clothes. From my experience and other people experienceI honestly feel like they are racist towards people of color.

Rude and judgmental. Very uncomfortable as soon as I walk through the door my first time and everytime. Drove 16 miles in heavy traffic arrived at noon and was turned away because they couldnt handle their work load. Smells like Goodwill and yardsale. Clothing is outdated and limited. Manager is rude and needs to get a new job

I wouldnt listen to these reviews for I feel they are liars. Im sure most people thought they could bring in their garbage they call good clothing and get a bunch of money. Thats what makes them lairs. So instead of just accepting that, they wrote bad reviews. The same with the people who sold their clothing, and didnt bc it a lot of money. This is a business, and its used clothing, dont expect to get a lot of money for used clothing; because its not worth a lot no matter what kind of clothes and it is. Thats how they can sell it for the prices they have. So again these idiots with their mean reviews are full of lies.Now that I have done the ranting of the reviews I can give a honest review. This place is pretty nice and a lot better to deal with then say Buffalo Exchange or Platos Closet. They will give you more money then those two and sell the clothing for a better price. Though the location is a weird spot its not hard to find. Though the female section it huge, the male selection is a side of the store. The selection of clothes is everywhere. They have basic T-shirts to snowboarding pants! The last time I was there, there was a good selection of Jordans; which were nice and clean, not that worn at all, for a good even price. Overall if you want to be like Macklemore and get some designer clothing thats clean and a good price, this place is a good place to spend your dollar.

Second time coming to this store. The first visit was pleasant although I didnt purchase anything. I had witnessed the owner purchasing armfuls of Miss Me jeans at Coastal at a huge discount to put into her store at a huge markup. This is not Nextt and it appalled me. There were girls not able to buy the jeans because the woman had already taken all of the sizes they needed. I posted on their Facebook page that I found this rude and bad business. My daughter wanted to stop in today to see what they had as she likes some of the clothes although finds it expensive. (She also knows the owners stepdaughter). The owner Jana recognized my daughter and then asked to speak to us. She said why would you bash my business all over FB and then shop here. I dont want your business. She then attacked my daughter who has never publicly spoken against the business. I said I stand behind my comment. The practice is appalling. Then to have her attack both my daughter and myself in the store while shopping is extremely inappropriate and very bad business. She tried to excuse her behavior by saying how do you know they werent Christmas presents? Really? Ok! I laughed out loud at that one. I have no issues with small businesss making it in this large corporate world but not at the expense of the people trying to support them! There are too many other options to support this dishonest person and unprofessional business woman. Will not be back and will never send anyone to them. If you cannot do business without being dishonest, you shouldnt be in business. If you dont like what people are saying about you, then change your practices. The store was completely empty and its obvious as to the reason.

Its always a hit or miss here. Been here about 3 times, have only made a purchase once. A lot of items to choose from just a little too pre-teen.

I went there to see how much I can get for designer shoes I had. While the cashier was looking up the buy price she was on her cell phone the whole time. Im talking about ten minutes on the phone talking to who I believe was her boyfriend. She never apologies or made any excuse, she didnt even acknowledged me.
