The Gresham location was well staffed and got me in and out quickly despite getting several services. They did forget to top off the air in my tires as the light was on but I came back and they did it right away. I will definitely come back to this location.

The men who worked with me were very informative, professional and extremely polite. I haven’t experienced customer service like in a very long time. They did a great job and got it done quickly.

I came here to do an oil change and get some price comparisons on services I needed (or what I thought I needed because of what I was told at another place). I was looking to get shocks/struts done and brakes/rotors for my van.The place I had originally went to for an inspection quoted me a price just under $2500 for full brake service and front and back shocks/struts. I was definitely shocked when I got that quote and could see spending that kinda money at this time so I left to see what other prices I could get from other places.Im glad I stopped in to the Jiffy Lube by my house as I was most certainly able to get a more affordable car repair. Jose was the one helping me and after looking at my vehicle I was told that for right now I didnt actually need to get new rotors because they still looked good and that I could hold off on getting my front shocks/struts done till later on. I thanked him and told him I very much appreciated the honesty on what repairs I needed as I didnt want to spend that much on auto repairs at this time.Jose was also very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions I had. After they finished the oil change service they started right away on the brake job. Since it was going to be a while for them to finish up they were okay with me leaving to walk over to the grocery store to do my shopping instead of sitting around waiting.When I got back they were getting close to finishing up and Jose let me know that the shocks/struts for the rear of the vehicle would be in available in a day or two and let me know he would call when they were ready.My total for the brake job and the oil change was right about $460 and the shock/strut replacement is suppose to be about $380. When I compare these costs from Jiffy Lube ($840) to the estimate from the other place ($2500) Im just glad I stopped in.Its not many times you get a person telling you that you dont need repairs right now. In my experience places are always telling you to just replace everything which leads to super expensive repair bills. As I said before Jose was honest about what I actually needed and the thing is that at some point Im going to need the other parts repaired/replaced so they will most likely still get their money in the end. At least this way (being honest) they will more than likely get me to come back to them for different things in the future.Again thank you Jose for helping me not spend a ton of money right now on repairs that I either didnt need or didnt need right now.

I stopped in to have a full synthetic oil change. There was a short wait that was no problem. The person doing the oil change was more interested in something other then my oil change . I was never informed about my oil level prior to the change .He never checked the air filters, lights or anything else . One of the people checked my tire pressure and gave me a print out of the results. I don’t know if they have changed their policy, But the car next to me had everything done that they failed to do for me. For the price I payed you would think you would think you would get more than wham bam thank you and get you out the door. Very poor customer service as far as I’m concerned. Think twice about using this Jiffy Lube

Everything was done way to fast, I had to remind them of the check engine light which they did. I just feel that not all was checked out like at your competitor so I feel like there is gonna be a problem or something I just feel like it was shoddy work by unqualified staff.

I was getting ready to leave for Arizona and decided to get my oil changed at the last minute. They got me right in and flushed/treated my engine oil and changed it with a new filter. It was quick and I felt good about the service and treatment I received.

All team members were friendly and professional. Let know step by step what was going on. No high pressure sales pitch. Ladys I felt taken care of not taken. Will make this my place for oil changes as long as I own a car. The only thing I didnt like was I wasnt able to tip them from my card that needs to change.A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THAT HELPED ME:)

I usually change the oil on my cars myself but couldnt get it done this time around. I had a coupon for $20 off so I figured it would be a decent price. I got out of there for three times the cost of doing it myself, and thats with a coupon. On top of that they tried charging me over $100 for just changing the oil before I reminded them of the quote they gave me when I pulled in. On top of that they try to nickel and dime you for every other service they can charge you for. They tried telling me that I needed an alignment literally right after I came from the alignment shop! NEVER GOING TO JIFFY LUBE EVER AGAIN!

Wanted a basic oil change like I always get( past 6+ years) the asked me to pull out of the bay so they could work on someone’s tires and brakes. I waited 25 minutes they never came out to me I guess they forgot the “jiffy lube” name and are now a tire and brake shop! So I left!!! You just lost a loyal customer!

Staff that helped me were super helpful!! I got my key fob stuff in a odd place and they spent close to 45 min or an hour helping me get it out. I appreciate them a lot, I can’t remember they’re names but I would go back again.

When we arrived there was only 1 car being serviced. We only needed an oil change and presented a $18.00 off coupon upon arrival. All employees except the team leader Jesse were wearing masks. Jesse is the person who speaks with the customers. We asked repeatedly, where is your mask? He never put it on. We sat in the car during the whole visit. Things seemed to be going fine, but then we could tell there was a problem and no one was attending our car. When we asked, we were told they were looking for the right socket to removed the oil filter. This took at least 10 minutes. Then they told us we should have a flush because the dip stick did not register any oil. Typically they would dip it again and show us. We declined. Our car is not losing oil and has routine oil changes. Then finally it was done. Jesse brought out the receipt (still no mask) and did not apply the coupon discount. He goes back in the building and now we are left sitting in our car for a long time. I finally got out of the car and said loudly, can someone please tell me what is going on? One of the guys went in and checked, came back and said Jesse was showing someone how to process a correction when a coupon is not applied. I understand there is a need for training, however, during the entire visit, there was no sense of urgency to complete our service, no apology for not applying the coupon and he never put on his mask that was apparently in his pocket.

I thought it was time for an oil change because my oil light kept coming on-turns out I didnt need it quite yet. I appreciate their honesty and will be back in when the time comes!

Went for a rear brake change on my 2004 Toyota Tundra with 200,000 miles and not knowing what to expect once we open the drumms. The technician was very professional and kwnolegdable explaining to me the parts and how they function. Replaced everything brand new and dedicated his full attention to my car....today I brought my other car to have the brakes serviced here....good job guys....

I had a number of things I needed maintenance done on my car. Andrew was AWESOME! As soon as I pulled up, he immediately helped me. He answered all my questions & concerns. He had an amazing attitude the entire time. He informed me on pros and cons about questions I asked. One of the biggest things, is he never made me feel pressured— this is a big thing for me! He made me feel like he genuinely cared about me as, not only a customer, but as a person. He informed me on what was completely necessary to get done now & what could wait, (considering COVID shutdowns) he wanted to make sure I would still be financially secure after my services. Going in for a basic Oil change first thing in the morning 8:30am..3 cars in the bay along with another customer outside waiting with me..9:40am i get pulled into bay 2 and then told its still going to be another 20 minutes or so. .So i sit while leaving a bad review.Definitely not fast or convenient.

I was taking a road trip the next morning. I got there about 15 minutes before they closed. They were awesome, friendly, and fast.

I had my 2004 Toyota Tundra serviced recently. The rear brakes were on bad shape and nneeded replaced. I got te truck with 200,000 miles and did not know the last service. I was totally surprised by the dedication and knowleage of the technician that worked on my truck. They had the exact brand newparts and even it took some time he was dedicated to finish them in good time. Thank you

Long wait time and put on the back burner.Went in for a standard oil change and they said it would be about a 30 minute wait with one car in front. Was almost a full hour until the car was in the bay and another 30 minutes sitting in the bay just waiting for them. I was first in line but they decided to work on the truck that came in 10 minutes after. Truck was almost done before they started to work on my car. Total time was about two hours. Technicians were courteous but I use to come to Jiffy Lube for their speed and professionalism, which is not what I witnessed today. Im only writing this review because this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. The same issue has happened to my father as well, he was first in the bay with many cars behind, other cars were worked on before his and all he needed was a top off. Other customers I have spoken to have expressed similar issues. Ive given this shop too many opportunities so unfortunately I will be seeking out another Oil service location from this point.

- DO NOT GO HERE- After waiting 30 minutes, there were no cars ahead of me YET 2 other cars who arrived AFTER me were sent into the bay first.- I went in for a basic oil change I was told the wait time was 20 minutes.- i was told the original price was $150 but they would only charge $100 because of my extended wait time.- 2 different service people told me they would give me a discount on the service.- both my partner and i confirmed that to make sure, yet they charged me full price of $150.- never going back

Great team here! The guys were quick to diagnose and repair some annoying issues I had been having. Andy even took the time to show me what to watch for while he took stuff out to fix, didnt mind me asking him questions while he worked. Very cool!

I brought my car in for a simple oil change, something I usually do myself or go to the dealership for but i was out of town and in a pinch on openings for the ability to do either. It took them well over 3 hours to do the service stripped my oil plug bolt (most likely because they used an impact drill with how impossible it is to remove!) and charged me alnost $200 for a basic oil change! I could have had it done at a dealership for half the damn price! This place is a ripoff and now i have to take my car in to get the damb stipped plug removed and replaced! Dont waste your money at this scam shop!

Been going too this place for some time. Everytime i do, im treated with respect and a feeling of care not just money. Today feb 10, the team was a new crew i have not seen before and did not expect any different experience but was wrong, they surpassed the 5 star services with dealing with me as one of ours mentality they carry and got me delt with. Karma is good for this crew.

I brought my own oil, for my Isuzu box truck, and they gave me a great price for oil change, and checked all fluids.

I was prepared to be patient because it was a Saturday. I was leaving on a long road trip back home to Montana. So the service had to be done.Well just east of Hood River my radiator cap blew off from not being installed correctly after the service Jiffy Lube did. After 3 hours on the side of the road I got a ride from my family who drove all the way from Gresham to Hood River. Bought a new radiator cap and filled the radiator. Since I had to drive a half mile while my engine was overheating I can only hope no engine damage occurred.I just spent 700 dollars for a new computer for the truck the previous week.I ended up driving all the way back to Gresham since my motel had closed for the night.Extra days added to the trip home. Medical appointments and motel rooms had to be rescheduled.Never again will I ever go to this Jiffy Lube while I am in town visiting family.

I needed a DEQ test and they squeezed me right in and I was done in about 10 minutes. They also showed me how to go online and let the dmv have access to the tesr results.

I do have about 10 cars in my fleet. I do oil change to them almost every other month because we drive a lot of miles. I usually go to the Jiffy Lube on 92nd and Powell but this one was closer by the time I wanted to do it. Usually my Toyota cars will turn on SERVICE NEEDED when it’s time for oil change and by the time the service gets completed, the the sign turns off. That didn’t happen at all. I was not given the sticker to put in the car that tells me to come back in 3 months.When I usually go to Jiffy Lube on 92nd Powell, they will check everything in my car to make sure the lights are working, tires are fine, brakes are in good condition. At this location, that didn’t happen. I had to tell them to change one of the head lights because it wasn’t working but I was told they don’t have the right bulb. I am was so disappointed.

Nothing jiffy about this place. They were taking apart this old van in front of me for almost an hour. I thought this was a place to get your oil and filter changed quickly, not to get your car rebuilt.

Stripped my oil plug and blamed it on whoever did it last. Bought it from the dealer, it wasnt them. Also $9 higher price than dealer....are you for real?

I got right in asking for a Value Oil change was told oh we don’t do that anymore so had to do the Signature. They were friendly and polite especially the guys. They accidentally left a leather bumper bib on my passenger side that I didn’t notice until I got home. Rather annoying but they were training a new guy so gave them a pass on that. I made a special trip back out to return the bib they were very appreciative.

It was quick and easy. I called told me to come right down they could get me in and even though I took longer than expected they still were able to get me in right when I got there. They were fast friendly never tried to up sell me and make me buy unnecessary things. They are my go to for a good oil change.

Very good experience. Thorough and very friendly. I appreciated the depth of explanation for suggested services/ repairs. Found that i had a tail light out, a bad radiator cap, rock chip in windshield, and a couple maintenance items that needed attention. Each thing was shown to me directly for approval. Agreed to specific services and was on my way. Took about 45 minutes. Understand that the team is very thorough and truly concerned about vehicle safety. No high pressure sales. A little expensive but worth it in the long run to have a safe vehicle. Easy roadside access. 3 full service bays. Will definitely return.

I came to this place for oil change. Several days after the service was performed, I noticed a significant leakage of oil from the bottom of the vehicle. Upon inspection, it appeared that the engine oil filter was very loose and was not tight enough, missing 1 full rotation.The oil collected from the leakage was very dirty (it was not drained fully?).Additionally, I got poor service provided in attempts of replacing an engine air filter. A shop worker was unable to provide a replacement air filter which was unavailable and brought to my attention the old filter damage. Later I replaced a filter by my own, but I was unaware about the debris inside of the air filter compartment, which a shop worker left untouched and which could have led to an engine problem.Lastly, a shop worker checked my vehicle’s lights and found that they all work. Another shop worker offered me to replace some lights, which he said are not working. It is unclear to me why there is a discrepancy in the service of workers of the same shop and what the purpose is to offer a working light’s replacement to a customer. I filed a complaint to the corporate office, but I got only one email from them and a short message from the local manager, thats it. No apologies, explanations or attempts to fix or compensate the issue. Ill not come here again. Ok, personnel is friendly enough, but it doesnt fix the issues they created.

I’m not one to write bad reviews because I work in customer service myself and know it can be stressful but I wanted to share what I experienced.Went in for a simple oil change. Took an hour but that’s okay. I made myself busy at Fred Meyers. Came back and they told me I needed some other things done but that’s okay. I took the recommendations and would deal with it later.The issue was when I got home. I had a 25 minute drive to home and when I got there, my car was smoking. I immediately called back the jiffy lube and they had me bring it back in (another 25 min drive one way), to double check it. They wiped out the oil pan which had excess oil spilled and apologized with a 15% off card for the following oil change - which I unfortunately don’t trust them anymore with my car so I won’t be going back. Got home and my car is still smoking.So I just wanted to share. I was disappointed in my service.

The last oil change and lube went smoothly and quickly, which is the first time in a couple years. I never see the same staff from one oil change to another. Some work their tails off, most, not so much.A company brand, with the word Jiffy in it, should train on expediting service, without sacrificing quality. The company once earned the name. Not any more.

Only beef: they were out of the best synthetic oil I ordered. Every operation was carried out professionally, including an A/C recharge, which other Jiffy Lubes wont do anymore.

I was in line for a long time but when I got to the front and got my car worked on they were very friendly and took very good care of my car. I think if they had more staff it would have gone faster.

It was good customer service. It was great seeing ladies working there. And couple guys there too. It would of gone faster if they would of worked on more than one vehicle at a time. Didnt do the routine lights, blinker, break check and didnt really tell us anything 🤷🏽‍♀️ the cashier was nice and thats why they get 2 stars. Great job. Drove by saw they had no one in line so I stopped. Within 5 minutes the bay opened up and I was in. Helpful people, answered my questions about services I may need in the future: transmission service and Oregon DMV MEETOO service.

After waiting over an hour to get into a bay they go through all the checks and discover they do not have a oil filter for a Corolla. Now 1.5 hours in they have sent someone to pick up a filter from an auto store. 6:02 still waiting! 😫 after coming here for years we have definitely hit a new low. The vacuum cleaner is also inadequate and doesn’t do a professional job.

The guys were very nice and did a great job. The line of people waiting got out of order but when we let them know, they made our car a priority.

While the service people were kind, the debit machines werent working and I had to leave to go get cash AFTER it was done. Would have been nice to know while I was waiting there for 30 minutes, which it seemed like they were aware of the issue ahead of time.Very friendly people but not very prompt with issues.

I stopped in this last Saturday after swim lessons with my son, to recieve an oil change. It was so nice that we could stay in the truck for the whole service. They were so fast and incredibly nice! I recently moved home to Gresham, this location will be my go to! They even reminded me about the free top offs we get with our oil change, very helpful! I appreciate how fast and on point they were!

I went to this jiffy lube on 2/18/19 to get an oil change. They told me my wait would be 45 minutes. I asked if I could leave the car to have the service done and I would be back. They said yes wrote my number on my van window and were supposed to call me to register it. Well I waited and waited no call I walk back across once and asked if my car was done and that no one had called me they l me they accidentally eased my number. Okay fine how much longer we just need to put oil in it. They finished and drive my car out of the port I got in to leave and realized they did not renew my next oil change sticker so I attempted to get out of the car and my door won’t open from the inside. So they broke ya piece on the inside of my door and are denying it. I spoke with the regional manager who seen the video and that everything worked before they took it. He said he’d call me back once they figure out how to or what’s happening next. Meanwhile I’m a mother of 4 and I can’t open my door from the inside with the horrible weather we have it’s a big inconvenience. I will never go back. They don’t care how they treat your car!

Went in Friday Jan 10, 2020 with a 2011 Kia Soul for an oil change. Very welcoming service crew but after all my info was given they quoted me $111 for a freaking 4.5qt OIL CHANGE!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Never will I ever return even with a coupon.

Paid for signature service, was told all fluids topped off. Obviously didnt happen because my windshield wipers had nothing in it, my radiator was also not filled. Due to circumstances I couldnt get back there, now too much time has passed. Makes me wonder what else didnt get done . Probably wont go again.
