There is some nice quality items here. The store is big and clean. The have a bathroom with a changing table. They have some cute seasonal stuff in. They have a large amount of bathroom supplies and decorations to pick from.

Theyre moving to a different building so merchandise was very limited as everything left is somewhat discounted. Will look forward to shopping at new building.....especially post pandemic. They need to have an electric shopping cart, or two, available for disabled customers. No carts are provided now.

Went to Gresham area for shopping we cant do living at the coast. B, B & B has always been a lets run in while were in the area store for us. (We used to live in Fairview). We were shocked and saddened to see this store was in the final stage of permanent closure. Employee told us closure was due to mall rent. Too many stores are closing because of this, coupled with lack of customers because of online shopping.

If youre looking for Soda Stream CO2 refills, be sure to call ahead. Their shelf had been bare a long while despite the website saying they were in stock there. Only way to get anything here at a comparable (yet often still much higher) price point to other merchants is to use their frequent 20% off a single item coupon, and only by a single item. It isnt that they carry a higher end version of a product. After significant comparison shopping I found their items tend to cost over double the amount at other merchants, but also many of their expensive products are of inferior quality to their more affordable comparisons.

Some of the cashiers are embarrassingly slow. We were making a rather large purchase but our cashier was moving so slow it seemed like it was intentional. There were several people behind us and I thought that they would have at least called for a back up cashier but did not. Otherwise they had really good deals. They have a wonderful clearance section where items are hardly damaged but discounted severely.

What a waste of time! The crew was rude, not willing or trained well enough to answer simple questions. The young man at the front was more interested in playing with his phone, and surely didnt know the layout for his store. I wanted directions to bedding, he sent me to housewares instead. I will not be going back in to this location.

I always go here for my kitchen items. They have a huge variety of things and I always love how I can use up my coupons there. Great deals and fun items! My dad and I just bought a nice new trash can with a foot pedal from there and ended up paying about half price for it. Love this place.

They had the ice cream scoops l was looking for....all metal with anti freeze inside so no ice cream sticking to the scoop! This makes for easy serving whether cones or bowls. And reasonably priced at $4.99 each. Dont put them in the dishwasher though...turns the metal dark.

A nice quiet store. Everything neatly in place for shoppers. I love perusing the bedroom and bedding sections. And the comforters are excellently priced. They have down comforters and comforters that arent down but it is about I possibly to tell that they are made of man-made materials. Theres no shortage of styles if youre looking for a duvet cover for that comforter either. They carry duvets of various colors, material and prices.The kitchen department is killer. Anything you need for your kitchen can be found here. Including appliances.I approached the register with a wonderful bed tray with legs to prop up my laptop for a little work station as I was about to be bed bound with a knee surgery. It was exactly what I was looking for. But not before I checked out the convienent bins in front of the registers for those last minute inexpensive items like kitchen towels, small decorative pillows, and the like. I love this store, and I adore this location and the kind girls that work here.

I could easily spend hours in this store! They have EVERYTHING! If you have not been, then you definitely should check it out.

I love all of the things for sale in this store. Things I didnt know about that are absolutely vital. Also, the Keurig K-cup varieties are amazing & sold at a great price. The Yankee Candle products are also fantastic & prices cheaper than store.

While the store is well stocked and would have to increase my stars for the fact you can find a lot of things there whether your looking for them or not. Difference is when your looking for something specific and cant find it and the one person other than a busy cashier is helping someone and when done even though you have stood by and are about 95% sure she saw you turns around and disappears as quickly as possible. No amount of waiting changed that and now I will probably resort to buying from Amazon

Store has a wide variety of products. The only thing I dont like is the setup. It forces you to go one way so you have to look at all the products along the way. People are nice and thd store is clean.

Terrible customer service. As soon as you ask someone a question, they are visibly frustrated and extremely short with you. The employees are genuinely unhappy to be helping you and make you feel like you are just in the way when visiting their store.I rarely write reviews, and one bad experience never means anything to me as it could just be a bad day so I like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple times coming in and every time being treated poorly, enough is enough. My best word of advice is to take your business elsewhere where someone might actually treat you with a mutual level of respect.

Sadly BB&B decided to close the Gresham Station store so this was their close out sale. 30%of our everything, more on some items, inventory getting very low.

Can usually find items here you cant find elsewhere. We went in to find some splatter screens to go over our cookware(which we werent able to find elsewhere), and were able to find what we wanted. They are a bit overpriced on a lot of things, but can usually find what you cant find somewhere else.

This store is closing because of the pandemic. Very sad.

So sad that its going out of business! Its always my go to store during the holidays.

Bed bath and beyond is a nice spot to find necessary home goods. Kitchen supplies are plentiful. Curtains, livingroom items, and of course, bathroom things. They also have some pet supplies and many sheets and pillow sets. I like to get things for the house here. My wife has been impressed by the quality of products here.

The pretty assistants were helpful and respectful. One assistant efficiently directed me to the areas that helped me complete my shopping

Ive been to several of these stores. This one was very organized/clean. The staff was super friendly and asked you if you needed anything. Great store!!

I always enjoy just looking through this store. Bed, bath, kitchen, pet supplies and more! Most stores are located in shopping areas with free parking. You can use cash, check or plastic to make your purchases. Always find something new that I simply must have!

Only reason I gave 4 stars was because it seemed that all of the aisles were blocked with merchandise to be displayed. The employees were very helpful, I needed something from a high shelf and someone was there in no time to assist. I love the variety of items to chose from and find the prices comparable to other stores.

I do enjoy walking the aisles of bed bath & beyond. However there is a lot of merchandise in the store, which can make it extremely overwhelming. There isnt much help if you have questions on where to find an item.the prices are a little higher, so please make sure you take your 20% off coupon that they put in the mail. And be patient as you wait in line

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this place. I go shopping there every few days. The staff is absolutely awesome. If I need something thats not in stock, they will ALWAYS check their back supply and IF they dont have it, they will special order it for me. AND theyll even ship the product(s) to me if its total cost to me is overb $29.99! I REALLY like that! So much fun to shopthere.

2 different draperies on display that I wanted did not have any left. Frustrating. Ended up spending more than I wanted to get 2 panels. Employee was very nice and offered assistance a couple times. Store is better stocked with Christmas items than regular stock. Still a good place to shop.

Been buying a lot of my home stuff here. Love that they have all sorts of stuff also.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago to have something delivered to my home and still have not received it as promised. I have called the store 3 times and was told it was shipped. (It hadnt)This last time I spoke to Patti who was rude and would cut me off while speaking. I was also transferred and had to explain everything again. Next time I recommend listening and providing some customer service. Thats your job!

I love the variety of cookware at BB&B. Ive found myself buying more items then intended. I bought a great set of high end chef knives and silverware that I cant live without! My only complaint is that is store is smaller than others Ive been to so there arent as many items.

Like that place. Pretty spendy to be honest, but for people with huge $$$$ it would be considered cheap. I am not there yet. I love their silverware. Pretty diverse. And bedroom sets...but they are expensive.

They call security on their customers. They dont want their customers to have fun and spend only 5 minutes in their massage chairs to test them out. We were looking at other products too, like their cards and chapstick. How is that a threat that they need to call security? I have a feeling that this location is discriminatory, either that or their employees have nothing better to do but call security on innocent customers. They do not want you to talk in their store, maybe because we were talking and not being dead silent it drew attention to us. You will lose customers if you call security on them for spending only 5 minutes in your massage chairs. I will never buy another product from your company again because of this.

Great prices and the employees are very helpful. They have coupons available on your phone 24 hours after you apply. They have quality merchandise. We found two king size bedding sets at very responsible prices. Plus many other much needed household items.

Large selection in store. Found the bed comforters and pillows we needed. Quality products and friendly staff. The store is a little small for how much inventory they have but overall a great experience.

The customer service at the Gresham Station store was awesome! Especially on a Black Friday sale when they lost power for 2 hours! Kudos to the employees of this store and at the Old Navy store next door!

I have worked there and the managers there are terrible and they are very rude! I was 4 months pregnant and a customer asked me to get something down for her from a top shelf and I didnt feel comfortable getting it because I was pregnant and didnt want to risk the chance of falling off the ladder and when I called my manger over she said why cant you do it I told her I was 4 pregnant and showing and she said your going need a doctors note to not get on the ladder! How rude and she also said I need a doctor note to go to the restroom that many times during my shift when I had a baby sitting on my bladder! The managers there were very rude worst place to work especially while youre pregnant they dont care! Especially this location!

If you dont get the coupons youre paying too much... I signed up previously and they stopped sending coupons - and wont let me sign up again.

Make sure you go with a bunch of coupons. Prices are too high but quality is great as is selection so you need coupons to make shopping there reasonable.

I love this store and always have, plus the coupons ROCK! But there has been a number of times that things we bought and yrs later aduated to purchase another, they dont have it in stock or its discontinued.

I loved itEverything there smelt so nice!!! I even found a candle that smelt JUST like my dad.......that was weird but also cool as hell!!!

Two times Ive been here in a week. First time CS was extremely rude almost didnt except my American passport card. The man claimed he had never seen one and that he wasnt American. Ok. The girl at check out had to be reminded 3 times that I didnt want a plastic bag. The second visit on black Friday the cashier was friendly, but I ended up walking out and triggering the alarm. Not fun to get the stares and such. Lady apologized in CS. Overall I would rather go to other locations, but this was the only one that had the product I wanted to purchase.

Clean, easy layout to shop. I find they are on the high end. Ie: there were two bath rugs, a small & aregular size on clearance for $80! They were nice but, not that nice. I need 4 rugs!

Was hoping they had more than 2 sets of bath robes. I was wrong about what they specialize in. Maybe bed, bath, kitchen and some back massgers.

This is a great place so long as you know where you are going. Bed Bath and Beyonds prices tend to be a little higher than other places, and the staff here is quite helpful.

They did not have the ravioli stamp that I was looking for, but offered to order me one. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They were out of almost everything .... looked like they were closing down ... clearance everything and store was messy and dirty. Couldnt find what I was looking for and then pressured by the cashier to buy items at checkout.

Found exactly what we came in for. And a few extras to boot. The Poo pourri is amazing, must buy for any who hate smelling it.

BBB is a generally great store with just about anything you need for your kitchen, bath, and bedroom.

The review is because of the. I have found equal quality items at the dollar store, but cmon. It gets old.
