Postmans Quarters (inside of the 1914 Historic Post Office) is a magnificent bed & breakfast. Although this place is extremely special to me, as it was my home for 21 years, you will enjoy the ambiance of each room. If you want a place to stay that offers history with an updated flair, visit this lovely B&B. Beds are comfortable & the bathroom is most unique, especially the original toilet with the wooden seat. I had such an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at Engagements! There were endless options to choose from, everyone on the staff was eager to help in any way, and they provided such great feedback to help pick out my perfect dress. The store itself is beautiful and all of the dreamy dresses inside make it even more stunning. The owner also is the one that did all of my alterations herself and that gave me such a piece of mind knowing it was in the best of hands. Everything was taken care of for me and done in the time frame I needed and that was a lot of stress relieved! My dress was perfect, as was my experience, I wish I could do it all over again 💕

My sister went shopping for wedding gowns there and it was not a good experience. It was almost as if the person helping my sister didnt really want to sell her a dress. If you are looking for the normal bridal shopping experience dont go to this place. Anything that was provided my sister was reluctantly given after we made the request. She was not shown a veil or shoes. Finally, I asked that she be shown a veil. The lady helping my sister didnt know the difference between a chapel veil vs. a cathedral train veil. She actually tried telling me that there was no such thing as a chapel veil and that the veil I was describing was really a cathedral veil. I was describing a chapel length veil. She also claimed that she lost the measurements that she took of my sister for the wedding gown fitting. Even though there was a dress my sister liked there, we definitely will be purchasing elsewhere, because they did not give a welcoming or friendly experience. I am very surprised that they have such high google reviews. However, I am reminded that businesses are now asking their customers to go online and rate their rate business as high. Very disappointing experience and I feel that some of their dresses are overpriced and not reflective of what the wedding dress market bears. If you are shopping for a wedding gown, go elsewhere! You will thank me later. :-)

Okay, I’m a big girl and I understand if your business doesn’t carry any dresses in a plus size but you never have to make that person feel down due to their size. My service was very rude service, most inventory was small dresses and the dresses that were plus size were ripped so couldn’t get a good sizing. Not to mention the woman that was suppose to help me, didn’t help at all. I had to literally guess my size because she wouldn’t size me and I also had to go find dresses myself due to her being more concerned with everyone else but her costumer. Will never go back and would not recommend!

Service was great. The products we received were ABSOLUTE TRASH. Ill never go back, EVER ! We all wasted 245 dollars on a one time dresses couldnt even be comfortable in. .. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! they need to be shut down

This place is stunning though the prices have gone up a LOT since I bought my wedding dress in 2010 (when they were in a smaller place). I love the selection and the atmosphere but the prices hike is ridiculous.
