Why did I not know about this place awesome selection and great prices way better then down the street hell yea

If there were less than 1 star I’d give that. I live very close to this little store and up until now it has been great. Today I purchased several bottles of liquor one of them being Jack Apple Yukon Jack. When I went to pour a shot of the Yukon Jack I noticed there were things floating around in the Bottle I called the liquor store right away and told them what was happening he said since you opened it there’s nothing I can do. I do understand what he saying but I literally was just there and he knows me and he knows I would not do anything like this intentionally. He said it was not his problem and I’m stuck with a $20 bottle of liquor that I’m going to dump in the grass. I am no longer a customer of this establishment . Customer service is not really great here and quite honestly the gentleman that is always seemingly there is so so unaware of any of his liquors or wines. I will take the extra trip down to the little white and red liquor store near buncombe and 29. This guy dies not care about customers I’m fairly sure no one cares however if you do buy something from there just check the bottle first because he wont honor you as a loyal customer.
