Its a good store for basics. I dont care much for their meat market...steaks are always cut very thin and I dont have time to wait on custom cuts most days. We dont eat any type of farmed seafood, which is most of what they carry. For staples its fine.

Very Clean, Everything you could think of needing.Very courteous workers, glad to help in any way. Couldnt believe the variety of things. Fresh food to eat, vegetables, salad bar, food right on the spot. Prices higher than most groceries but worth it.

Love this clean store. Wonderful produce department is well maintained with all of the freshest fruits and vegetables. Deli has great breads and sweets that are all freshly baked daily. Made to order rbirthday cakes, wedding cakes.The meat department is awesome. Great meat department employees. Easy in and out accessibility to Hwy. 290. Plenty of parking.Never will I ever use the Pharmacy department again. I ignore it exists and enjoy my grocery departments only.

Clean store, good produce, decent meat. Prices have increased pretty dramatically over the past few years, Im spending ~30% more on the same things versus a few years ago. Still very often out of stock of some common items. Employees are hit or miss, some are the best people youll meet, whereas some just give off the vibe they would rather be anywhere else in the world. Ive been shopping here for 20 years, and Ill continue to, but only because its most convenient, and its not quite bad enough to go somewhere else.

We shop all over the country and this is one of our favorite grocery stores! They are always clean, products are easy to find and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Today I went into Ingles with my daughter, the cashier Courtney was pleasant. She was quicker than the self checkout and we got to talk to an employee while I still had a mask on. I could have used the self check out but she was more enjoyable to chat.The store was not very busy.When we were leaving, I was carrying a Father’s Day card, my make up bag purse and 12 eggs.The card fell down out of my hands. As I picked it up, the eggs come crashing down too.There were only 2, which had fallen, and one more broke while we were trying to clean up my mess.One of the employees named Tommy helped us. He didn’t make me feel badly about breaking the eggs. He cleaned them up and even brought me another 12 eggs to replace them all. He told us that he checked the new ones to be sure there were no broken ones. He was so kind. I will definitely be back.

I have always loved this Ingles, and was excited when they installed the Boars Head lunch meat grab n go...but they need to remove it because it is NEVER stocked. Ive talked to mg....but it still is never stocked, no matter what time of day I go!

Nice selection of spirits and fresh baked items. As I was checking out the female employee covering the self check out was impatient and irritated. Funny... You would think it would be the other way around. Good thing I was in there for the food and not the service.

Ingles is a regional grocery chain. They have improved over the years, and compete very well with the larger national chains. They are typically clean and well stocked.

Order some rainbow Trout last week I live in honea path South Carolina the store is a 1 and a 1/2 away i order it Wednesday of last week I went today they did not have it wasted my gas and time

The store is very clean. Seems to have problems with keeping can cat food on the shelves. Maybe once or twice a week I come to Ingles. When I do I always get General Tsos chicken and fried rice. Well not anymore. Just there yesterday. Got General Tsos chicken and the fried rice. Does not look or taste the same. The young lady said that the General Tsos has been changed. NOT LIKING IT 😕. The fried rice was hard. Very upset 😡

Usually no problem but my last 2 visit in 2 weeks I brought home moldy cheese, Ingles brand, and opened a box of Entenmanns poppers glazed donuts and they were full of ants.

The store is always busy with customers and their food displays are more than generous...no scarcity or seemingly cutback in inventory here. Employees are focused and serving customers in the midst of the bountiful food supplies and the non- food human needs.

They have a large variety of organic food. I most always find everything Im looking for. Friendly people. I do wish they would say thank you when they hand you your receipt instead of here you go. I almost always use the self check out. The machines always thank you for shopping at Ingles! 😆 Might be old school, but I think with so many places to shop, Ingles should thank you for choosing to shop there.

I hope this is an exception! I was in the restroom of this store, when a staff member came out of the stall and walked back into the store without washing hands👎🏼. Unacceptable!

Has everything I need. Great prices especially when using the Laura Lynn name products. Literally cannot tell the difference in taste but save ALOT over name brands.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to an Ingles and experienced rude and unhelpful staff before but at this particular location the manager and customer service workers were terrible. NOT impressed. Will avoid this location in the future.

Honestly, the thing I like most about this store is the music they play, lots of cool 80s tunes that just make it a more pleasant shopping experience. Theres an expansive international foods section, which I love, and a pretty good selection with everything else. But the employees are hit or miss, some are really polite and some are downright rude. And Ive had at least several instances of expired food, so I have to allow plenty of extra time to check each and every item before placing it into my cart.

This grocery store has everything you could possibly need from a grocery store. Beautifully kept and clean.

I went there for a sub sandwich...OMG it was the best.... fresh meats fresh veggies, so much my bread wouldnt close, talk about a stuffed sandwich, but it was one of the best subs, my first experience with their subs.... Way to go Ingles!!😊👌

I normally love this store. Except today. When doing self checkout, the hand scanner fell onto the bagging platform. Of course, the machine detected the weight change and did its proper “please remove the unscanned item” thing. No problem there. The lady working the self checkout came over and perused the bags to make sure nothing was missed. Again, no problem there as that’s part of her job. I get it. However, the problem came when she told us that we needed to scan the peanut butter and pay for it. We didn’t buy peanut butter. There was a jar of Spanish rice which she apparently thought was peanut butter. Don’t ask me how you confuse the two - they look nothing alike. Either way, when pointed to the fact the jar contained rice and was clearly scanned only a few items prior - clearly on the screen - instead of leaving it there or saying something simple like oh okay... instead conversation was basically about scanning and paying for what you get. She went “looking” to accuse us of stealing and didn’t acknowledge her error. Once and done I could have forgiven, but that hand scanner was obviously faulty. We weren’t using the hand scanner - at all - and the thing fell a second time. Same scenario. Cashier walks over to clear the unbagged items message again. And again the conversation goes to the area of, “you have to scan and pay for ...”. Really? I’m just standing in self checkout scanning items for the fun of it? Of course a manager is involved - how convenient - who basically dismisses our concern and says they are well within their rights to accuse anyone of whatever basically. That may be true. I understand loss prevention. I understand ethics, morales, and good business. What I don’t understand is how a faulty or for whatever reason falling scanner led to an accusation of rice equalling peanut butter then to basically saying we were stealing just in not so many words. I am appalled at how this store treated a weekly customer - literally in there sometimes more than once per week if I’ve forgotten to pick up something. I can only imagine how this story would have been different if I was there alone, not with my family, or if someone else had used the scanner that may have been more sensitive to or more unfairly stereotyped to these types of accusations. I never expect the customer to always be right as they frequently aren’t - but I DO expect a customer to always be heard - especially when rice isn’t the same thing as peanut butter.

So much food. Always consistent with food, love the atmosphere.

This was the best shopping experience I have had in a while. They greeted me when I entered the store. Every time I needed assistance someone was there. From the cashier to customer service and store associates they all made my shopping experience wonderful.

It had really good ground beef. I wasnt that impressed with the prices. I bet they have the best cakes in town. The sell double layer birthday cakes with good icing. I saw they have a coffee shop and florist inside.

LOVE My Ingles.

I shop at this store each week; spend more that $200 each time. I got a seasonal coupon for a free cake. (along with the 5% off total bill, which was great) The chocolate icing was mostly bitter and it was like glue... the icing did the cake in IMO. After scraping all the icing off I could eat just the cake and it was good. The double layer cake had a sticker on it of $14.98. Good thing I didnt pay for it because it would be going back A S A P. Ingles bakery, please dont use this icing again!

The Ingles on Locust Hill rd is the best

Im not from the area and found Ingles Markets to have something good going on for its customers. They offer the same type discounts as what Im use to in Maryland. The staff was helpful in finding the best deals on what you purchased. Everything was clean and fresh making my visit memorable.

Huge store. A bit frustrating for a first time shopper. Would have been nice to have a hand-held paper to show where things were located.

More expensive than other stores but great experience

This used to be my go to, but its been getting more expensive than like competitors, and never seems to be stocked very well. More than a few times Ive had to go to another store to finish my shopping. Most of the staff is friendly, and the store is clean.

Very large selection of products. International area is great. Ingles can be the only place you need to shop. It would be my only place if I could afford it.

Just trying to pick up a few things at the deli. There were 8 employees including the manager, all ignored me even after I spoke out. There was a single man in front of me, who was being waited on . So went and got the manager no apology from him after a short wait again he got the deli manager again no apology. Terrible experience

Honestly the store made me dizzy, I dont know if it was the layout or the lights but I was not feeling well. In general I am an Ingles fan there is usually a very nice selection.

I received a gift card last year for Christmas it wouldnt work so I call your corporate office and asked what the problem was with the card. She issued me another card but when I tried to use it it too wouldnt work. The store assistant manager said the card was never paid for. Im really disappointed in the way this turned out.

Shopped there early this morning. Stockers were busy filling the pretty empty shelves. They were doing a very good job and showing a lot of respect for all the customers. We were able to get everything we needed except for yogurt. The ONLY employee in the store not wearing a mask correctly (it was down below his nose almost to his lower lip) was stocking the yogurt. I didnt feel comfortable approaching him because of his madk hygiene, nor did he try to see if he could have helped me. I cant take chances with this COVID-19 thing as my wife is severely immune compromised. Customers are asked to wear masks, is it too much to as that employees wear them (correctly)?

The stores was nice and neat. We love the craft and wine selection. The have local hot sauces for great price. The meat selection is amazing and excellent prices. I wish we have one in Huntsville, AL.

The florist here has always been awesome. RA left I believe but its nice theres almost always someone working and very helpful staff at this location! Easy in and out spot.
