I literally have not one bad thing to say about this store, it is truly the best. I have been ordering from here for a couple years now, and have yet to be disappointed in an order. There have been times something didn’t fit me correctly, but you can never prepare for that. The email service is speedy and keeps you in check with the progress of your order, and they are constantly adding new great things while keeping some staples on their site.

Didnt receive my complete order. Missing 3 items, one was a matching shirt that goes with her mothers and sisters shirt, I did receive. Another is a Monogrammed necklace with gold earrings. Sent $ 160.00 on that order and end up with only part of my order. Marley is replacing the missing items.

Disappointed in their customer service. October 2018 I ordered the $60 monogrammed knee high boots. The strap on the back was broken when I opened the box. I emailed and called leaving a message with no call back or email back.Fast forward to last week when I ordered $200 worth of items. All my items came but 1 shirt was a size extra small (I wear a large and all the other shirts I received were in a large) I double checked all the sizes before ordering them because I noticed that not all items were available in my size. I called today and spoke with someone. She was not friendly or accommodating. Of course she had excuses for all my concerns and told me I would have to repurchase the item again. I would be careful when ordering from this store... Their items are to expensive for there to be big mistakes that will not be made right. I work in customer service and was appalled at the service I received.

Its a nice place to work. The hours are a plus 6:00-2:00. The building is always in order. They treat us with pizza one week and ice cream the next.

I love this company! I’ve ordered several times for myself and my kids and I’ve always gotten great quality products. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size in shoes on my last order, but I called as soon as I realized and she got it fixed for me immediately. Very friendly and great customer service.

Love all their products and wonderful customer service! I had an issue with a personalized cooler I ordered online so I called and talked to Dana at the store in Greer. She emailed me right away and was so helpful and nice ordering me a replacement, which came crazy fast and looks perfect now! Very appreciative of their fast and wonderful customer service!

I placed an order and accidently typed in the wrong address. I attempted to contact the company TWICE (several days before the item shipped) and never heard anything back from anyone. The phone number on the website also rings busy CONSTANTLY. Now I have no clue if I will receive my items. I realize that the initial error was on me but I attempted several times to fix it before the item got shipped and never heard anything back.

To All that may be concerned,I am writing this email to outline the incident today 12/30/2020 concerning Miss Kaycee Bailey (temporary 3rd Shift team lead ). Her Rude, Hostile, and unprofessional behavior specifically this morning Miss Bailey spoke to me and as if she was speaking as the head of the company. In a Hostile and abusive language, demanded that when I finished break to work in shipping. I at first I politely refused, knowing of the work that still needed to be completed in My area. Miss Bailey Known for her abilities in favoritism toward a small few, and her ability to create a very Hostile, and uncomfortable work environment I complied with her demand, and went to the shipping department. The shipping area was completely deserted, and in order. Discovering this I returned to the robotic area, and continued my task. Within in moments Miss Bailey has returned, and unpleasantly using offensive language, and conduct demanded I go home. I said ok bye, knowing that it is better to appease Miss Bailey than to endure more intimidation and offensive Harassment. Miss Bailey ( temporary team lead ),( now responsible for terminating employees at her will ) told me not to come back tomorrow. This is now the second time I have been unfairly dismissed from the floor. I am one of the few employees that cares about attendance, I am never late. If I have a doctors appointment, I always have a documented excuse for HR. Further I always speak and conduct myself in a respectful manor. All of my co-workers as well as management can attest. I do not know why my self and others have been singled out by such a cruel individual, to be treated in this way. Loyal employees are forced to endure because we are not given a choice. While others are given a blind eye to come in late, and enjoy being paid to do very little or nothing, to take long breaks and to come back as if nothing happened. Where is the equality? Where does the intimidation stop? There is always favoritism, and that is what unfortunately the norm at Marleylilly. I am sending this email in the hope and purpose that management consider a more defined and unintimidating training method. To date I respect all the good work of Miss Tiffany Brooke Stewart, and hold Her in very High Regard. My hope is that this email serves to create a stronger more professional work environment, free of intimidation and pervasive hostile abuse. I will say that the quality of merchandise is spot on., everything I have ordered has been well made. It is packed well and shipped in a timely manner. My dislike is that you can NOT review/leave public feedback on the items you purchase. So the Large sized shirt I ordered that swallows me like a 2X easily (the armpit is at my elbows) I can NOT warn others to order down a size (maybe 2). Public feedback on websites is crucial, think of Amazon or Ebay.
