Extremely upset with Bradshaw service I was upset at the end of 2018 and now even more upset. They would never fix any of my concerns even after taking the vehicle to them 5 times to which I switched dealerships to do my services and they fixed it the first time. But now my concern is with the fact that on one of my last services at Bradshaw they dropped an air hose on my hood to which they said they repaired. I inspected the repair it seemed well enough little to my knowledge the air hose did a deep chip into the paint and is now showing on my hood. This car is only 5 years old and now my hood has a deep chip in it that will spread to the entire hood since it wasnt taken care of properly and was deeper damage than I thought.
They have done an excellent job with my 2017 Cadillac.
Worst experience ever … took 3 weeks to get my air conditioning repaired… was placed on the back burner until i demanded a rental from them … the. Was harassed about the rental …got my car back and my Touch screen was no longer working now I can’t get a response or answers about my touch screen console … terrible service
