My wife meet with Christina approximately two weeks ago regarding a quote for tile & a vanity for our master bathroom. Pro Source came highly recommended by our contractor. Christina was exceptionally helpful & informative for nearly an hour. She promised a quote would be emailed to my wife the next day. After several days my wife left a voicemail with Christina that never was responded to. After a couple more days she left another that wasnt responded to. After a couple days she sent an email that wasnt responded to. We are highly disappointed as given the recommendation of our contractor all we needed was a remotely reasonable quote to proceed forward. After delaying the project for two weeks waiting for a response we now need to find another vendor for the tile & vanity. Dont like writing negative reviews & not really upset with Pro Source, just very disappointedDespite the response below that ProSource would be in contact we never heard from them. Company we are using for bathroom renovation said it has been increasingly common for customers they send to ProSource to never receive quotes or other promised communications.

ProSource folks have done a great job walking me through a big remodel. Beautiful showroom, great choices for tile and flooring and cabinets, helpful staff- this is the one place that kept me coming back. Buying at wholesale prices, I ended up doing much more than originally planned. They were great about tracking shipments and working with my contractor. ProSource made the remodel fun! My fiance and I are redoing our master bathroom. Our contractor told us to go to this place and pick out what tile we wanted. Telling you they had a lot of options would be an understatement. They had EVERYTHING! It was a little overwhelming at first but the people that worked there were so friendly and helpful that it was an easy decision to make. Their prices were perfect as well.

This place is great, it is comfortable and spacious, which allows you to see the products on display very well. Also the people who work here are very friendly and professional

In my office I deal with pricing and ordering materials. If you are in the construction industry then you may know how difficult it can be to deal with most sales people. Every time that I have used ProSource I have had a refreshingly easy and pleasurable experience. I would pay extra just for the level of customer service, but they also usually have the best prices. Today I had a lady named Christina (hopefully spelled right) who helped me, and she went very much above and beyond what most people would. Anytime I am able to purchase from ProSource I am relieved.

Would not recommend this company to general public. Perhaps it would be fine as a contractor. Was quoted a price on some LVT by Karrie in the showroom. Called back a few days later to purchase, gave my card number was told I would be emailed a receipt. Instead, got a call back approx 5 hours later saying that the quoted price was wrong but that “she would do everything she could to make it right.” Ended up that they did not stand behind the quoted price, but still gave me a “really great deal” with me paying .50 more per square foot. Had to call for a contractor list 3 times. Each time she was going to go send it “right then” and would also highlight the recommended installers—she did not do that. Nobody suggested that I order the transition strips for the thresholds. Ultimately, it’s my responsibility, but if you don’t install flooring professionally, it would be helpful if your salesperson suggested things like this that are easily forgotten otherwise. I do believe I got a decent price on the flooring but my customer service experience was horrendous.

My husband and I moved from NY to SC a few years ago. We purchased a fixer upper to put it mildly. We had come across Pro Source in Greer on Google and figured it couldnt hurt to take a look since every place else was disappointing. At the time we were only looking to remodel the shower in the master bath. A lovely woman by the name of Karrie helped us. She did such a fantastic job. She went above and beyond so much so we will be remodeling our entire house with prosource and will be having her help me update my rental property in NY as well. Shes had fantastic ideas I never wouldve thought of. I highly recommend Pro Source and especially Karrie.

So here’s what I can honestly say...I was a customer who had no idea what I wanted when I walked in the door. It was hard at first to figure it all out because it was a HUGE UNDERTAKING all at one time. Kerriewas the main one who helped me & she was very kind, understanding & helpful/patient with me and I do mean patient!😀There were errors here and there & a few orders that took a bit longer due to the weather etc... Regardless of the mistakes (it happens), I ended up with a great list of installers, excellent pricing & quality & EVERYONE was helpful & willing to do whatever they could to please me(the customer). I’m remodeling my house and found ProSource. A salesperson by the name of Karrie helped me out. I’ve done a lot of remodels and had to deal with salespeople who try to sell me the most expensive materials. It was refreshing to have someone actually work with me and instead of me telling her what I was looking for, she did that and also gave me a few other ideas for the project I was working on. The smartest salesperson is not the one who tries to sell you the most expensive product. It’s the person who is going to work with you and show that they truly care that the project you’re working on comes out amazing. It’s because of Karrie and her attitude, I’ll be going to Pro Source for all my jobs and will only work with Karrie.

We needed flooring for our new Sunroom. Cristina and Molley were very helpful and patient. They showed us many different styles of flooring that would be best for our application and found a special sale to save us money.
