The best folks ever. The employees here are the best. When you drive in to service they treat you like family and the mechanics are totally awesome. Haven’t had any problems with the work I’ve had done here and in a very sweet timely manner. Take it from a guy that’s had Dodges all his life an shady service from every dealer I’ve ever dealt with . General Motor products and Bradshaws team of employees will always be my choice of when it comes to repairs.
Just got my truck back and it has been a nightmare and my truck still isn’t fixed correctly! I shouldn’t have had to tell someone that my truck needed more than a bumper, and even after I told them what needed to be done it still did not get done completely. I do not understand how the scratches on my truck were “not noticed”, especially considering I described exactly where they were. I do not know why the torn fender well insert was completely ignored when the bumper that had to be taken off for repair was shoved through it even after they bent the bumper out enough for me to drive it. When my vehicle came in for collision repair how was a damaged windshield completely missed in the photos taken by their technicians, when the photos that we have from the scene show it? I try to be extremely understanding. As a 20yr retail store owner and manager I try to not complain about service but I have never seen such blatant negligence from a company even after I tried multiple times to make sure everything was done correctly. I understand that no one wants to deal with a “needy” customer, but if I didn’t feel like I had to keep asking what is going on because no one would communicate with me, or if I didn’t feel like I had to tell people what is obviously, visibly wrong with my truck, I wouldn’t have kept calling or being pushy. I thought I was making a good decision sending my truck to be repaired at a Chevrolet dealership because it is so new, I will never make that mistake again. Now I have to wait yet again to get my truck resorted to the condition it was in before the accident. Every time I have to take the truck to a shop I have to close my business for at least half a day so it is costing me about $250 in sales each time. So now I have to loose another $500 to take my truck somewhere else to drop it off and pick it up for it to be done right. I will never take my truck back to Bradshaw and I wouldn’t advise anyone else to.***updateBecause I can not respond to the comment Bradshaw left asking me to call themAsking Me to call to make things right is not a solution . If anything it is an insult because I should not have to put forth any effort in contacting anyone for their own mistakes.
Dropped off my Yukon with some electrical issues. They diagnosed the alternator as the problem. Quick service. Great Service Advisor Easton Howard provided excellent customer service. Awesome experience!
Truly 5 Star Service. Howard Bush was our consultant and he could not have been friendlier or more professional. We drove over an hour to purchase our car and have it serviced at Bradshaw. The issue was a simple manufacturers recall (software update) on our 2021 Buick Envision Avenir. The service department greeted us, took our car right at the appointed time and had us back on the road as quickly as possible. The client waiting area was very clean comfortable! We are huge Bradshaw fans!
Joe Johnson was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for. He made us feel like family. A very good experience!!!

I had just bought my Colorado used at another car dealer and I noticed a problem with my transmission I thought. I called Kevin Whitaker and they didnt seem to want to help me. I drove to Greer to Bradshaw and talked with Chris Gray and he was very considerate and helpful.He solved my problem and checked on other items on the Colorado to make sure everything was ok since it had never been serviced by the previous owner at a GM dealership.I will always take my vehicle to Bradshaw Chevrolet in Greer, because I felt they really cared about me and my problem.Truck runs like a new one and I am very satisfied with Chris and the dealership.

This is not just about this one experience, but most all of them. I find that nothing happens timely in this service department. I no longer use them for oil changes/preventative maintenance because of the slow service. I could understand if I did not have an appointment, but I’ve always gone in with an appointment.Unfortunately when I got a check engine light on my display, I couldn’t even get an appointment for nearly 2 weeks. The light was off before the appointment but I kept it because my hazard lights had not worked in a long time and needed to be fixed. This took nearly all day but thankfully the dealership was able to give me a car to drive.I could overlook the long wait times IF I had the assurance that my vehicle had been gone over with a fine tooth comb to prevent any possible new problems but that is obviously not the case. My car was at Bradshaw’s service nearly all day on Thursday and by Sunday night I was having a serious issue cranking my car.I opted to call Wakefield Buick this morning (Monday.) I didn’t need an appointment and was urged to bring it in because they didn’t want me to be stranded. Even over the phone they felt like they knew the problem, a low voltage battery, which turned out to be the case. Wakefield will be my service center from now on.I will say the service coordinators at Bradshaw really try to please but I believe it’s out of their hands. I appreciate their concerns and kindness but the lack of good service in the back isn’t worth using them.I have had experience with the Body Shop at a Bradshaw and they were very good.
Did not have the opportunity to speak it with anyone about the service done to my car nor question what the receipt say. Also very disappointed that my car came in to have an airbag replacement per recall and oil change and no one could bother to put air in the tires which the sensor still said low when I left the dealership.Receipt says customer declined rotation of tires and balance but yet no one bothered to call to ask me if this is a service that I would be interested in doing I would’ve been more than happy to have that done
Shawn was great! He was very detailed in asking what the issues were with our vehicle. They were able to get the vehicle into the shop ahead of when they originally said. And there was no hassle on the warranty! It was a good experience!

Chris was real helpful in explaining to me what needed to be done to my truck. I hated to spend so much money but I decided that it needed to be done. I was not pressured into it and it was my on decision!
Went in for radio recall. 2 weeks later got it back. Did a tsb on it the motor I guess. Told them if it was what I thought it was don’t do it. They did it anyway. Lack of communication. Now we have a new truck with motor already torn apart for a fix that doesn’t fix the problem… and now a clunk in front when turning at slow speed. Wasn’t doing it before it went in.
I had contacted Bradshaw about an airbag recall for my 2010 Silverado. I made the appointment, dropped it off and went to work. Later that day I was contacted and informed they did not have the part. I went to pick up the truck after work that had received no service to find 9 additional miles on my odometer. I always take pictures of the odometer. Someone thought it was o.k to take my truck for a spin.. They want me to reschedule for the airbag. Pay attention
I went with my sister to the Bradshaw Collision for her to get an estimate. Her husband passed a little while back and she hates to do those kind of things alone so I tagged along. The lobby was beautiful, loved the floors, tv was a funny color but the rest was great. The lady behind the counter made our visit so much better. She was so cheery and smiling. She was cutting up with co workers, tow truck drivers left smiling and laughing. She even told my sister that she loved her pin she had on her shirt that she loved butterflies too. They talked about how her granny always wore broach pin no matter what. on the way there my sister was upset she was hating having to do this, but were greeted with a smile and how are you. the lady at the counter made what we thought to be a bad thing to have to experience so much better. I felt like I should send something to commend her since this world is so negative, selfish, and unhelpful. I am sure I will remember her for a long time. thanks. Bertha

I do not recommend. They do not answer the phone and will not call you back. I bought a car from there in Feb and has had nothing but problems. My car has been back in the shop at least 4 times since then and they contract the work out to a different dealership. They lie and will sell you anything to make a buck. Go somewhere else!!

My experience was brief, and limited to the service department. There was a recall on my vehicle (airbags): I made the appointment, took it in, it was repaired quickly, and I picked it up. Everyone that I dealt with treated me courteously and professionally. My vehicle was in good shape when I picked it up. No problems, complaints or recommendations. Well done.
Everyone was very nice and our service advisor told us about things we were entitled to while still under warranty that another dealership did not even mention when we tried them first. Bradshaw was more courteous, polite & just overall friendlier!

We bought a truck, they had trouble starting it and said to come back they had to fix some thing on it. My husband went back drove it and we purchased it. The day after we bought it we had trouble starting it, within 3 days we couldnt even get it started. I called our salesman and he did the best he could with trying to get service to call us, they didnt, we took it to a mechanic and he diagnosed that the fuel injectors were bad. I called the service department and told them what the mechanic said they informed me that for $105 or more an hour they would diagnose the problem for me, I informed them that had already been done and asked them to fix the problem they still said I had to pay to have it diagnosed AGAIN before it could be fixed. We paid the mechanic, WHO FIXED IT, $3000.00 to fix the issue that should have been done before we bought it. I will never buy anything again from here, not because of our salesman, but the service department is useless.
First things first, I hate the fact that I have to give them a single star to post a review. I found a truck listing on Facebook early Friday afternoon. Around 6pm during dinner, I received a call to set up an appointment to see the truck Saturday afternoon at 4pm. I discussed the details with the sales person about the truck ( new trade in, miles, color, and even if the vehicle was ready to be seen) just to confirm we were talking about the same vehicle.Saturday at 2pm I called to verify my appointment (also sent to my email). The sales person had magically stepped out as I called. I asked the receptionist to confirm the truck was available before the hour plus commute. She said that the truck was available and another sales person would help me if the person from the original appointment was not available.I drove to the dealership and drove around the lot 3 times. The truck wasnt there. My appointment was not cancelled or did I receive a call that the the truck was sold or out for service.2 salesmen approached me to help. They lead me on a wild goose chase for 20 minutes. I had my 7 year old daughter and lady with me. I was assured they would find the truck. We even traveled into custom restricted areas like the service center unattended (how safe is that?).After all this foolery 1 salesman said some one probably took it for the weekend. They only admitted to this because we showed them the very ad listing in person on their own website.This was a complete and utter disregard for my time and very disrespectful. I know they are in the business to sell, but at least let someone know the vehicle of choice is no longer available after appointment confirmation. This cost me about 3 hours of not just my day, but also birthday. No new truck and only violation. Iwouldnt accept a free truck from that dealership ever.This was from 9/3/2021 to 9/4/2021
It was a great experience from the moment I pulled into the dealership. The salesman was very patient as we went through numbers after finding exactly what I was looking for. He stayed past closing to make sure everything was set up for me before leaving. I would highly recommend Bradshaw. Start to finish was a pretty painless experience and I will gladly give them my business in the future.
Shawn Crowell, did an excellent job. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything so that I could understand which is extremely important to me.It can be daunting being an elderly lady having anything to do with a car, especially service, but Shawn walked me through the whole process, he even put an app on my cell phone for Buick to enable me to have quick access to any information I might need in the future.You know, from the very moment that I walked into Bradshaw Buick to look for a car, through the buying process with John Karvelas, now to Shawn and my first service appointment, I know I made the right choice coming to Bradshaw. I even drove many miles past another Buick dealership and I dont regret that for one instant.
All went well, addressed first service on my new Buick (Oil Change) and 2 recalls...when oil change performed the tech did not adjust the (life expectancy) on the controls board so when I checked it was not at 100% after oil change I had to figure out how to do that myself. Other than that everyone one is courteous, professional and friendly.
If you’re looking into buying a car I would 100% recommend Bradshaw! They take there time and find the perfect car, at no point did I feel pressured or rushed, they got me the perfect car and the perfect payment! I will definitely be going back when I upgrade cars again!

I had a 2 month out appointment for a airbag recall. I dropped my truck off at 9:30. Went back at 5 to pick up and was told they are finishing it up and it will be a few minutes. Walked around the lot and received a phone call asking if I could leave it overnight. I said no and he said let me call you back so he did and come to find out they had never even started on the truck. So I guess having an appointment means nothing. I will never buy another car from this dealership or use the service department
During my visit, the service specialist (Zack Moran) went above and beyond to get the issue corrected on my truck. He got me in quicker then expected and made sure everything was right before checking out. He also kept me up-to-date,via phone calls, while the service was being completed. All around he made me feel like a person and not just a number. I would recommend buying from this company, as well as getting all services done with Mr. Moran.

Zach Moran, Tim Layton, and Howard Bush took real good care of me. I had a very difficult to find problem with my Chevy Colorado. With expert help from GM that only dealerships have access to, they were able to accurately pinpoint the cause and expertly propose a real solution that resolved the problem. They even followed up with the warranty people for me which reduced my bill by half. Ive never had that happen at a dealership before, but Bradshaw really came through!!! Thanks guys, Ill be back!
My vehicle was due for the 90,000 mile maintenance and a couple of other issues had developed and I asked Bradshaw to check them out. The response was quick, decisive, and professional with a suggested remedy and cost projection. I have an extended warranty which covered most of the extra cost of repairs. The extended warranty company was a pain to work with and Bradshaw Personnel worked all week to secure the approval and finally the payment for their work. I cant say enough about the efforts Bradshaw personnel put into this repair experience. This was my first time dealing with Bradshaw since we have just moved into the Greer area. They have my business for here out! A special thank you to Terry Kitchens and the nice lady who handles Extended Warranty claims. They were terrific.

We had a great experience buying our new truck. Cary was extremely helpful getting everything ready prior to us making the trip out to pick it up and through the whole process.
An estimate of 5 days took 9 days because they said they were waiting on the rear bumper to get there. It may have taken longer than 9 but I went in there and told them I wanted my truck. They had submitted a supplement on the 9 th day but the truck was ready to be picked up. I paid the supplement amount along with my deductible and they pulled my truck around for me to look at it. I quickly noticed that they had not replaced the damaged brake light that I was charged $700 for! Mike repeatedly apologized after he took it back to the shop and they found the new light still in its box! How can you have a vehicle for 9 days, say it’s done and ready and not noticed that the brake light is cracked!!?? Then when he brought the truck back around, the tailgate was not opening correctly! Mike again took it back to the shop and a while later he brought it back and said that was the best they could do for it and that the technician said it was from a previous accident that it was like that. The only thing is that it’s never been in another accident. It was still sticking!! You had to pry the latch up to open the tailgate! It wasn’t like that before my accident. By then I was livid and was ready to go home. I told Mike that I would fix it when I got home, which I did! It only needed to adjust the latch tabs on each side of the tailgate! I had hoped that me bringing my truck to you would have insured me that my truck was going to be done right since it is a GMC. Boy was I wrong! I won’t be back if I need body shop work done!
They were very professional but laid-back very comfortable atmosphere and they practice no pressure sales which also made me comfortable they took good care of me and Im sure that they would take good care of you too I highly recommend them
Had to take our Cadillac to Bradshaw because it was a repair that our regular mechanic could not take care of. We knew just having to take it to a dealership that it would be significantly higher but had no choice. It wound up being a good $300 higher than the estimate. Also, it used to be with a luxury car when you got a repair at a dealership they would throw in a free wash. Seems the very least they could do. Not very happy with Bradshaw Chevrolet.
Everyone was courteous from the minute I called to make my appointment(talked with Deanne or Deanna-very courteous; very helpful) right through checkout. Very timely.
James Mosley the salesperson that I worked with made the process stress free and we were able to complete the transaction of purchasing my new vehicle quickly. Together with the help of Edward Donald in Financing I couldn’t have ask for an easier experience. It’s great to know that James Mosley and Edward Donald communicated so well that they made the car buying experience worth doing again. When I am ready to upgrade my vehicle I will go back to look for them. :)

We moved to Greer, SC about a year ago and needed a Chevrolet dealer to service a recall on our Tahoe. We chose to take it to Bradshaw mainly because it was the closest one to our location. I am so happy that we did. They had the friendliest staff and provided me with free shuttle service back to my house. Not only did they take care of our recall issue, but our service representative, Shawn, walked me through some of their extended warranty packages as my Tahoe was just past the factory warranty. I know those things are a gamble but I went ahead and bought it because it came with a service package that would basically give me a free oil-change and lock me into todays prices for the next four years. It was not a month later that my air-conditioning went out and needed a new compressor and a few other electrical modifications. The repair bill would have been close to $1200.00 but thanks to the extended warranty, I only had to pay the hundred dollar deductible. Thanks Shawn and Bradshaw Chevrolet!
If you want to be conned and would like shorty service at best, this is the place for you. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I have a brand new car, I had the oil changed here. I get back in the car all of my settings are reset and the battery goes out. I call the dealership multiple times and no one knows anything. This place is sorry, do yourself a favor and don’t go.
Great experience working with Bradshaw Automotive and salesman Jason Scarborough. Ordered a 2021 Cadillac sedan but its manufacture was getting delayed two weeks every week. Didnt want to wait another month or more to get the vehicle. Found a 2021 Cadillac SUV that I really liked at another dealer about 45 miles away and Jason was able to get that SUV for me. Bradshaw Automotive made it painless for me to cancel my original sedan order and buy the SUV. After having exterior and interior protection coatings applied to the new SUV, Jason even had my new vehicle pulled into the showroom to keep that good ol South Carolina pine pollen off my new SUV. Nice treatment!
Very professional. I appreciated the shuttle service that both took my son to work, and picked me up at my home.Price was high, but Im expecting high value.Disappointed that I made an appointment for this service over a week prior to the date, but it still required leaving my car overnight to complete the work.

I purchased 4 trucks from Bradshaw and always went through the same sales guy Joe Johnson. He is a top notch sales guy not to pushy and very helpful. I was on the fence with my last trade in and Frenchie made me a deal I couldnt refuse. All the employees I have dealt with have been great smooth process as always.
Staff is always kind and helpful. My job was finished on time and for less than estimated. We drive over s as n hour because of the service.
Clayton was wonderful to work with and very helpful. We had to take our vehicle there for repair of what we thought would be minor but ended up needing a whole new motor. Clayton kept us updated the whole time, helped us with the warranty company, helped us get a rental, and was very professional and knowledgeable.

Had a camping trip planned and just before we were to leave the check engine light came on. Took my truck in to get checked out that morning and before the end of the day it was diagnosed and repaired. Had airbags replaced in my 2007 GMC truck, had expected it to take all day but they had it done by lunch! Staff veryfriendly, was pleased with service.
My experience wasnt as good as I thought it was gonna be. They had my car for a recall and I was told they was gonna have it for 1 day it turned into 7 days. And it end up being they was suppose to do 2 recall on my car. I was called and I asked could I get my car the guy said not until they finish with the recalls. But they still didnt do one of the recalls. Then they were trying to sell me tires and then they told me somethings was going wrong with my car but they cant get the parts so they told me I need to get another car. I did look on there website and found one but then I was told they want finance the car so I will have to see if my bank will do it or I need cash. One of the managers told me because of the price they dont finance that low amount. Then another guy tried to tell me it says that on there website.But what I was told IS NOT ON THERE WEBSITE. I read all there info and it is not. I just dont understand

Car was in over one week, service advisor followed up twice. The last follow up was Thursday. I left a message on Monday he did not return my call. He called and left a message to say the car was done on Tuesday.A message left to service manager on Tuesday was not reurned.The Chevrolet Certified Program seems to be a scam.Corrosion of the component connections are not covered?
I have had numerous great experiences here... however, we had some disputes with my last visit. However, Ken and I were able to get everything worked out quickly and had a great resolution... the commitment to customer satisfaction from the service department is top notch... Everyone runs into road blocks every now and then, but Im happy to keep working with a group like this one

My experience began on an extremely positive note, which is the only reason this rating is not lower; the dealership worked very hard to locate exactly the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and promised to make good the little things that might be missing from the actual car they found (for example, all-weather floor & cargo mats). However, I had to repeatedly ask for those items to be delivered after I took possession of the vehicle, and even now (a month later), I still do not have everything that I purchased.Meanwhile, after only a week, a rock cracked my windshield, and the auto glass vendor that Bradshaw recommended was not capable of replacing the glass and re-calibrating the forward-facing camera, leading to a failure of several of the driver-assist features on my car (lane-assist, adaptive cruise, auto-stop, etc). The vehicle spent a week in the Bradshaw service department to try to address those issues.My initial service adviser was arrogant and not very forthcoming with detailed information that I requested. I ended up working with a second service adviser near the end of the process who did a much better job answering my questions, so I am hopeful that my initial poor experience in the service department was an abberation.
Had my Chevy Colorado serviced two weeks ago,Clay Suggs (service advisor) is totally awesome at assuring and re assuring on expectations for services,I hope to deal with him for the duration of my vehicle
After getting off to a rocky start - 3 visits - Our GMC got the needed recall inspection. My first employment after retiring from the USN was as a service writer for a Honda dealership. From my experiance there I became very unhappy about your service department service writers. Not until I contacted the service manager did I get satisfactory service
I would highly recommend David Rocklein for any of your service needs. In my experience he was helpful, thorough, and most of all honest. He did not pressure me to have any services done, and advised me about future services to consider. David was a professional in all aspects of my experience.
Purchased my first vehicle from this dealership in 2005. Recently moved back after a decade living elsewhere and I can say some things have changed, as everything does in time, but overall still a quality dealership and a quality service department that isn’t overly expensive in regards to service charges. I recommend this dealership to those looking to purchase a new/used vehicle as well as those who own Chevy/GM products and need some mechanical work done to said vehicle.

This was third time we brought out Terrain in for service. Very fast and efficient this time. First time was a long, long wait. Second time was certainly shorter, but still a tad long. This time was great! In and out in under an hour. Nice!!
My car was there for 11 days they were working with progressive to fix a rear fender after 11 days I called and nobody even knew where my car was body shop blamed it on service service blamed it on detail blah blah blah blah blah blah. So they promised me a rental I am on my way to pick it up and they just said They didn’t have me a rental!!I him headed to get my car now!They have ask to correct this!!Finally found someone who caredWe will see!!
Online appointment process was great. Everyone in the service area was wearing a mask which I really appreciate. Excellent communication of progress and work completed in reasonable time. Shawn did a good job keeping in touch. Will definitely go back if need service on my Chevy volt

I was told that the vehicle would be put on the machine to know what my issue with the vehicle. I was notified about the issue ( coil replacement)an asked do I want to proceed with repair. I answered yes, but when my car was supposed to be ready for pickup. My check engine light was on I was told that I have another issue ( I have to replace the cadillac converter now all of a sudden) the price on it oh my frustration. What for it I received a letter in the mail two weeks ago stating we will offer you a certain amount of money for you vehicle on a trade for another vehicle depending on mileage and condition. Wow my vehicle is paid off. Things that make you go hum!!

Made an appointment a week in advance, dropped the car off at 10 am, called the next day expecting a simple job to be done. Still hasnt even gone in the shop yet! So what is the point of an appointment. Left my wife with no vehicle for 24 hours just picked it upDropped it off and it was ok to drive they didnt touch the car now i cant get it out of the parking lot because of brake fault and the brake wont release.
