First time customer. Was passing by and decided to stop in for a price on tires. I compared prices for the exact tire I wanted among several stores in town. The price they quoted was the lowest, and have had a great experience here. They ordered the tires in for same day install. All of the staff have been courteous and professional. Ive been using a family friends shop exclusively for over 20 years, but he recently had to close due to health issues. I just found my new go to shop.

Dropped two refinished wheels off and two new tires to be mounted and balanced (no used tires for them to keep, no valve stems to install) assuming it was going to be $20 a piece just like last time(Same size and all). Come back to pick them up and they tell me $70 for both wheels. I cringe inside a little cause I would have waited till Monday and done them myself for free, but whatever, I wanted to ride on them same day. Pay the $70, get home, put the wheels on and even though they balanced them, they shake at 55-65 mph. Took them to my shop today and rebalanced them myself and they were fine. Definitely feel ripped off.

Noticed I had a tire going down. Called them and they said to bring it in. Despite all bays being full and the lot full of cars, they fixed my issue in under 20 minutes! Im new to the area but these folks treated me like a 10+ year customer. I will be using these folks for all non warranty work. Great place, great people. Very good pricing.

I had a great experience with Tires Unlimited today when my car dash notified me my right rear tire was low and I needed to put air in it. I am 82 and not mechanically inclined so I was happy to look up and see a tire store. I explained my dilemma and they said they would check it for me. After 30 mins. they said all was OK and that all 4 tires were low so they checked them all. Provided me a clean, comfortable seat while waiting and no charge. A pleasant surprise these days. I would gladly do business with this establishment in the future.

Purchased 2 used tires for my wifes car; Took the car home and the VERY NEXT morning the driver side tire is completely flat. Called up Tires Unlimited and asked if theres anything they can do about it. Their response was no they wont replace the tire but they will plug it for $15. We use someone else to repair the tire. Fast forward one week and we notice the front passenger tire is flat. Upon further inspection we find that the tire already had a plug in it. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to take their money elsewhere, cause the guys at Tire Unlimited dont seem to understand that people cant drive with flat tires.

Bait and switch. Said they had a set of used tires that would fit my truck, got it up on the lift with all the tires off, then told me it was the wrong size of used tires and that I had to buy new ones. Terrible customer service, zero stars is too much, scammers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t EVER go to Tires Unlimited in Greer! The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I went in for new tires and an alignment, waited 2 1/2 hrs, drove off and my car was making a knocking noise when stopping. I took it back for them to look it over again and they lost my key. I literally laid my key on the counter and then they couldn’t find it. I dumped my pocket book 4 times, searched the parking lot, my coat and the spot I was sitting and couldn’t find it. The owner kept saying IF they lost the key they would replace it but told me to go home and get my spare. So had to call for a ride and come back. I asked him to make me a Chevy key with key fob and reimburse me for my alignment for my troubles. He kept saying IF it was his fault he would get his key guy to make a key. I asked to speak to someone else and he said I’m it! I’m the owner and all I can do is apologize IF it was our mistake. I told him I work in customer service too and treat my clients a hell of a lot better than he is treating me. He then yelled what do you want?! $100? Here take it and threw the money and my spare key to me and as we were walking out he yelled sorry to my friend for inconveniencing her day and I said sarcastically what you going to do? Pay her off too? He said yep and threw another $100 on the floor at us saying I’m a good guy, my parking lot is packed! I said not for long! DON’T EVER GO TO TIRES UNLIMITED OF GREER!

Excellent place to do business. Very honest and trustworthy. They are also determined to get your problem fixed. They kept working on my Jeep until they found the problem and corrected it.

I originally went in for a leaking tire to find a large nail lodged in there. Anyone could see that they were busy, but they still managed to get me taken care of quickly without an appointment. A week later I noticed the tire was slowly losing air, requiring me to fill it once a week and that slowly became more frequent (my fault for waiting). I called to see if they could help and they said no issue come on in. They repaired the original plug at no charge and very quickly. Guys were great and very polite. Would recommend them to anyone.

Not sure if they are honest with their prices, but very nice group of men. Was able to get my car fixed in no time!

I brought my tire that had two tiny punctures in it. I had just been told by another chain tire store it couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced for $195. The team at Tires Unlimited repaired the tire for $30 and I was on my way in 40 minutes Awesome service.

Stay far away. Took three months to get my car fixed the way it was quoted to be fixed in two weeks. Was promised compensation for how incredibly long it took and all my troubles finding rides and now my messages are being ignored like a child would do. Stick to tires guys.. obviously thats all you can handle .

Just went in to get a tire repaired. They worked me in and they were nice about it. I would feel comfortable sending my wife or daughter in, knowing that they wouldnt get taken advantage of.

Called them up from out of town to see if they could tow in one of our fleet vehicles on a mid day Saturday to replace the tires and check the vehicle, yet have it ready to go before they closed so that vehicle would be able to be picked up and return to the low country that afternoon. They went out of their way to make sure that the vehicle was serviced, that the employee was able to make it to his jobsite location, and that all of our requests were taken care of.

Good guys! I drop my car off in the morning & Joey calls me when its ready. Good service. Good prices...

These guys are great. I picked up a nail in a tire causing a slow leak. I stopped in thinking it was going to take an hour or so because they were busy. I looked at my watch when I pulled in, it was 10:08am, within minutes the gentleman told me I was ready... I pulled out at 10:24am. He said, yea were busy, but theres no need for you to wait on these big jobs to get done, so we fixed it right away... talk about customer service. I highly reccomend Tires Unlimited!

I take customers’ vehicles there from time to time and never have to worry if the job is getting done right. I recently took my personal vehicle there for an alignment and was completely satisfied.

Charged me but didnt fix leak in my tire

Joey is quite possibly the rudest person Ive ever dealt with; Ill begin with that.Short version: I had an alignment done and tires put on the front of my vehicle. Less than 10 months & 7000 miles later (10 months is awhile, but hear me out) I noticed the outside of both my front tires were worn considerably past the wear bars, & the insides almost had no wear on them. Contacted Joey & he said, bring it by, well take care of it.Little did I know that take care of it meant charging full price for another faulty alignment & Joey saying, we recommend an alignment every 6 months. Really? & Im sure a car salesman recommends a new car every month too.This place took zero responsibility for screwing up; will not be going back. Its just too bad that they dont care.After my experience I found that other people had similar problems of getting ripped off by this business. Dont make the same mistakes we made; stay away.

I cant say enough about this business. We have been customers since 1996. Joey, Ron, and the guys provide honest, quality service at fair prices and go above and beyond routinely. They are absolutely top-notch!

They put too much oil in. Everyone makes mistakes but you dont have to argue about how experienced a mechanic you are. Apparently he has been doing this for 32 years... Car started running rough and leaving oil spots after the oil change. His 32 years of experience told him its just an old car and too much oil cant do this. Good thing when he removed the half quart (more like 1.5 quarts) it all started running great again. Mistakes can be handled, absurdly poor attitude no.

Ive been getting my oil changed here for years and even though they are usually busy, the service is always great. Unless something is legitimately wrong with my car, they always do only what I ask them and charge very reasonably.

Avoid!Did a bad job - I went back and asked them to redo their work and they acted like it was beneath them to fix what I paid them to in the 1st place. Thank god I had another mechanic check their work. Just go elsewhere - too many choices close by to deal with these guys!

Bought an expensive set of BF Goodrich tires some months ago. After a few months the tires started making a loud roaring sound while driving. They rotated tires which made it worse. Took car back two weeks ago and they refused to refund these tires or work with me at all. Will never do business there again,

My Father took his truck in for a routine oil change and brake pads. Found out that the brakes and rotors needed replaced. Rotors??? Already?? 2012 F-150 and they are bad?? Thats where the problems start. New rotors installed and the left brake was extremely hot after driving home. Took it back in and they said it happens for the first few days. Three weeks later the pads are shot, rotor is destroyed and now I have to pay more money for a new rotor on that side along with having new calipers all the way around at their diagnosis. Calipers are now shot too??? REALLY??? As for the oil change it was horrible too. The oil filter looked old, and had chain wrench marks on it as well as a hole in it that looked like a flat-head screw driver went through it. Found all that after I saw oil dripping from the chassis of the truck and then opened the hood and saw oil sprayed all over the engine bay. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Total lack of respect for customers and their safety. Go somewhere else!! Worst place in Greer to have anything vehicle work done. I wouldnt trust your life or your families in their hands. Older mechanics are rude at best and will not take responsibility for any of their mistakes. Treats Veterans this way Un-American!!!!

The first time I visited them, I needed a tire in a hurry and they they came through for me because the place I usually go did not have any in stock.The 2nd time, my car was not driving well and they pointed out that my tires have not been rotated in a long time even though they should have been when I had other maintenance done on my car. They did not try to sell me new tires but suggested I rotate them and have an alignment performed.I was just there 2 days ago because my sons car has had a slow leak for a long time and he never would take care of it. I finally made him go see them and they found where it was leaking where the tire sits on the rim and fixed the leak and stated it would not leak again. They only charged $10 and took the car back on the spot even though it was a busy Saturday for them. If you want a place that treats you fairly, and is honest with you and will not try to sell you something you dont need, you need to go here for your tire and alignments. They also do other service but I have not had to have that done so i cant say for sure but I bet they will do a great job at a fair price for brakes and other car repairs too!
