These guys are fantastic! I needed an oil change, but I received new license plates and just couldnt remove the old ones because the screws were rusted on.Not only did they remove the old plate, they put the new one on along with the sticker. I went to pay and they only charged for the oil change.Fantastic customer service and they were all friendly. Ill be back again!

I contacted 4 Tire Dealers in Greer to compare prices and Graydon was far less than the other dealers in town. Graydon was able to replace my tires next day. Very nice experience. Graydon was very attentive, efficient and very detailed. I would highly recommend Graydon for any automotive needs. If you have a corvette, they have the equipment to get you in and out in a hurry. They were also $200 cheaper than other tire dealers I contacted.

All 3 of my family members would give Graydon 6 stars if we could! Its great when you find a place you can trust for work on your car! We moved here 2 years ago & had been going to the dealers for oil changes until we could find a trustworthy place. When I went to the local dealer a couple weeks ago, they recommended ~ $1,500-2,000 worth of work--that day, with 8 top priority items as the for my well maintained car with 82,000 miles on it. There was no mention of concern for the huge, surprising expense I would incur or an offer to help me prioritize the items. My son had found Graydon through their great Google reviews and has been very happy with the service so I took my car in for a second opinion. I experienced very personalized service, people who treated my car like it was theirs, assistance with priorities, and detailed discussions about pricing. There was only 1 major item I needed to do for safety. I chose to do 3 items & paid $500. Everything else could wait for another 20,000 miles. Graydon has 2 new, very happy customers as my daughter now goes there, too.

Late Thursday my wife was visiting Greer from a neighboring area. Her starter went out so I had it towed to Graydon. Initially I was told that they probably wouldnt be able to get the work done before the holiday weekend. Friday morning Bill called and said that it was the starter, and that they could have it done that afternoon. We had also been planning to have the rear brakes done. Graydon got it all done by the afternoon and we are very pleased with the service. Thanks guys.

They have the best oil change service. However, there are hidden fees, so the advertised price is higher than stated. There is also a $5 fee to use a debit card so you have to bring cash. The Platinum service is $14 higher than advertised. If not for the hidden fees it would be a 5star.

Unbelievably friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable mechanics. Had my my alternator in my 4Runner replaced in a timely manner and even found and corrected another issue they found in the process. They have made a life long customer.

The owner of this business clearly doesnt need my business. He is the type to talk down to a female automobile owner that is placing her trust in his expertise.I stopped by to get an appointment scheduled last week, but he was too busy to step outside to let me show him what the trouble was with my car. Okay, fine. But when I tried to explain the issue, the car starts some of the time....he started with this cocky attitude about what he thought was wrong with it, and I told him that I had tried to research the issue online, and he laughed at me... I think it has something to do with the security system....He belittled me and my efforts to find the issue (started to irritate me then) I made the appointment for the following Monday morning.Then...I let him know that I would need help to push the car so I could pop the clutch (he and another guy had time for that) I left there very irritated with his lack of customer service. But the place is close to my husbands work, and we needed the convenience of the location.Today, we took the car in. I let my husband deal with him, after I stood in the reception area for 5 minutes unacknowledged. The owner was again very rude, quick to speak and late to listen to us. Then asked us if we could leave the car for 3 or 4 days. The mechanic that he wanted to work on the car wasnt there today...(what?) Well, I asked if he wanted us to bring it back tomorrow...no...he was full tomorrow and that hed just have to work us in??? (remember that appointment I made?) By this time, my husband was witnessing why I was irritated last week. The brilliant customer service professional that he is... told us to take the car somewhere else. Well who didnt know that was coming, and he didnt need to give us any ideas or encouragement to do it!!The best part of this story is the marquee out front always posts wonderful Biblical scripture and comments about God. We let him know that his behaviour didnt live up to his advertising.Rude, cocky, know-it-all and the most pitiful customer service Ive witnessed in this terrible economy!!

I had a flat tire. They repaired it with a patch. Service was prompt and friendly. I was advised I will need a set of tires soon and they quoted me three different options and printed the quote on my receipt. Very satisfied.

Excellent place to take your car. They are fair, honest, and know what they are doing. I read a few posts and the poor reviews they were people that told the mechanic how to do his job. The mechanics job is to fix the car and understanding the problem is part of that. We have had oil changes, tires, and brake work at Graydons. The time I went for brake work, they talked me out of it, because they checked the brakes and I didnt need it to be done.

My husband and I have lived here for about 5 years and when we discovered this place we have never even thought about going to another garage. They are wonderful. They don’t nickel and dime you. I don’t understand the reviews stating the owner was rude, he has never been rude to me or my husband. I went in with a nail in my tire...twice and the second time they didn’t even charge me. Anytime I’ve ever taken my car in they fixed the problem in a timely manner. As long as this business exists, we will never go anywhere else.

Graydons is the best place to take your car! The owner is on-site, friendly, and eager to please. The technicians are excellent at diagnosing and correcting problems and work is done in a timely manner. I dont live in Greer anymore but still return to Graydons for all routine maintenance work, repairs and tires.

This happened awhile ago, my wife had stopped by here to get her tire plugged it had a nail in it and was almost flat. I was already at work in Anderson so I told her to stop by this place seeing as how we live about 3 minutes away. Boy that was a mistake she was told that they didnt have time for her that she would have to make an appointment, to plug a tire and put some air in? By the way I forgot to mention that my 2 year old daughter was in the car as well. The thing that really ticked me off is they didnt even offer to at least put some air in the tire so that they could make it to another tire store. Needless to say I wouldnt go to this store if they was giving tires away! Thank God for the Goodyear truck tire dealer on hwy 14 behind the Spinks at 85, they dont carry car tires but they were nice enough to remove the nail patch the tire and send my 2 lovely ladies safely on their way to daycare and work.

I called ahead to have a battery replaced, a simple job although you need to remove the front left tire to access the battery, inquiring of the availability of the battery and scheduling to install it. I was told the battery is $117 and $30 labor for the installation, $147 plus tax total. I arrived 15 minutes later and the car immediately rolled into the bay and the mechanic returned 30 minutes later, job complete, and the bill was $203. I was advised that the battery and the labor cost more than originally quoted, sorry... will that be VISA? Is it a bait & switch or just stupidity? I will not be back!

If you do not want to be ripped off do not Go to graydons but here are a rip off they said They could not align my truck because The ball joints are bad and my dad was a master technician and mechanic for 26 years and they told him that they cannot align it because ball joints are bad I would not suggest graydons To anyone they are a total rip off and very rude and very disrespectful to a mechanic son

I called to get a quote today and the man who answered the phone was very rude and didnt want to give a quote or even a price range for a simple job. He really did not seem to even want my business. From the small amount of information he gave me it sounded like he would do the job for cheeper than other places I had called, but due to his horrible customer service I chose to pay a little more than deal with him.

I was in Graydon Tire today when the owner Lyon Graydon threw 2 people out of the store. They were being very polite and the owner raised his voice at them and threw them out. They identified themselves as potential customers and he told them he hopes they never come back. This man is very hostile and rude and he’ll never be receiving my business! What a cranky old jerk!
