This company has gone above and beyond to help me and my family. Their customer service is beyond amazing. They are so helpful and thoughtful. Very knowledgeable staff. If the person I am talking to does not know the answer they get me someone that does. I purchased a four wheeler for my daughter not knowing anything about them and they made sure to go over everything I needed to know and made sure she had everything she needed. I will always recommend them to anyone needing a four wheeler or dirt bike and will continue to do business with them.

Drove 2 hours to see these guys. Ken was great, made me an amazing deal. Had some issues ( not there fault bad carb on a brand new unit) they took care of me and even made it possible to pick up even with my busy schedule! Will be back, already want to upgrade the one I got. They even do performance upgrades and I hope to see the new shop.

Rhys contacted me about a 2020 Anniv Fat Boy they had. I bought it over the phone, sight unseen. He and his team at G Force were outstanding and assisted with shipping the bike and financing with them was a breeze and even a better rate than my credit union. They got the extra key and Evan got all the documents to me fast and the bike is terrific. The whole experience with G Force was a positive and they are all top notch. A++++

I have tried very, very hard not to do this, but I bought a Vitacci Rocket 150 CC 1st or 2nd week of December 2020 and the speedometer was bad. I got a super deal on the bike and yet they said they would order me a speedometer. 1st time I checked to see if it had com in, it had not. The people there seem very nice and earnest but figure they really did not want to spend any more money on the bike. So purchased December 2020 and now July 7th 2021 and no speedometer, would stop in and check about every 2 months, no really expecting them to do anything. If they would have ordered it Id pay for it, but nothing. What pushed it over the top, I had a little trouble with it recently and taking it apart, it is pretty obvious it was assembled with a power tool even the screws in the plastic found 8 stripped or cross threaded bolts. So my opinion of G Sports. Nice people maybe cause theres a con down the road, Great sales prices, but buyer be ware no to poor service.

Just bought a atv 125cc . Was a in and out kinda purchase experience. Not bad guy loaded the atv on trailer and gave me a quick rundown .just waiting on the title. As the paperwork hasnt arrived for the one I purchased no biggie. All in all 5 stars

The folks at G-force were great to work with. We had been looking for a nice vehicle for our 5 year old daughter, and we landed on the Tao motors 125CC. We went to G-Force to see what was in stock; they had what we needed and provided great service during the sale, were informative on the product, and quick to answer any questions we had regarding service, repair, and use. We have been riding our 125 pretty much non-stop since we bought it 2 days ago, our daughter and the neighborhood kids love it. Lots of fun.

Bought a brand new, assembled Thumpstar TSX125C off of the showroom floor two weeks ago, finally had a moment to ride it a week into owning it and as soon as I left my driveway, my husband stopped me and said my back wheel was messed up. Late last week my husband called GForce and they said they were slammed but to drop off the back wheel and theyd look at it when they had the chance. Great, no worries, cant ride it as it is anyways. Hear back from GForce yesterday and said the rear wheel was bent, we needed a new one and they covered the $15 cost for the new wheel due to the circumstances. They were all great to deal with! Definitely recommend.

I drove a thousand miles round trip to pick up a DRR 50. If you want experience and expertise on their product this is the place to go. Gary is honest and hard working and I highly recommend getting a hold of him.

I prefer Upstate Cycles. Better deals. If you call yourself high end then thats cool. Like I said they had same 4 wheelers you had $500 dollars cheaper. And I just thought it funny that you said your prices were higher cuz of covid but yet this place kept the same prices even for Christmas so if you want to be a high-end race shop so be it but you aint the best at selling equipment at least price wise. Just saying times are tough now with covid everybody aint got extra money to give you so you can pad your pockets for Christmas Wetrying to buy Christmas for our kids too. And parts they keep more in stock then you. Every time I came to you which wasnt but twice you always had to order. So....

They were very nice I enjoyed being there but I wanted a 250 and they were willing to give me one for a fair price and I waited the time and got it and I was told as I was paying it was a 250 I got home and rode it around a few times and I noticed that it wasnt any faster than my other one I looked and I got sold a 125 but once again I proble just heard you wrong but nice people it just annoys me but great price though

Wanted to buy 4 wheeler, said it was not ready it would be ready the following day offered to pay They said it would be Okay took my number and would call when Ready. When i called the next day it was sold, Sad grandson!

Went to pick up two atvs that were on layaway. Due to some shipping issues one of the units wasnt available. I was leaving to go out of state the next day and couldnt come back another day. The staff went out of their way, shuffled some units around and really pulled through and made a deal happen. Thank yall so much.
