This office and Michael are awesome. They are very personable. Kind, caring & knowledgeable!! Id recommend them if you need hearing aids. And they stand behind their product. Michael takes his time with my husband who has LEWYS dementia. He not only cant hear, he has trouble understanding, but Michael is very patient with him.

I use the Greenwood, Indiana location. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have been extremely helpful from the beginning. I had many questions when I had to get my first set of hearing aids. They were so patient & took the extra time needed to make sure I understood how the process worked. I suggest them to anyone asking about my hearing aids.

I have needed hearing aids since I was a young child. One thing I have learned that it is the provider that makes the most difference when the hearing aids are being adjusted. Called to set a appointment the gentlemen on the other end very very rude Sounds like a car salesman, my insurance said $350 detectable and he kept saying minimal was at least $850 and I said I only need 1, He said thats up to us to decide after my ear Doctor said only needs one. Beware obvious the get paid by commission

HUCKSTERS...Dont be fooled by the professional sounding sales talk... like a used car salesman - they only want your money... are not honorable. Called... needed hearing aids sent back to factory - under warranty (only 8 weeks old) - only would do it if I paid an additional service charge! I CALLED THREE OTHER DEALERS - NO OTHER AUTHORIZED DEALER CHARGES FOR THIS! Recommendation: go to a company that cares - is service oriented - and stands behind the manufacturer products that they promote - and therefore are honorable!
