I wanted to send Meijer a review regarding my shopping experience at my local Meijer store in Greenwood, Indiana on Marlin Dr, and for one associate in particular.The associate that works in the baby department, April, is very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She always greets me by name and knows what I am looking for. Last visit they did not have a formula I was needing and April called another store (Southport) to see if they could locate in which they did have and I was able to get, I was so grateful for her ‘above and beyond’ customer service! You do not see this type of customer service anymore and when I do see it I love to see that they get appraised as she deserves it!

I dont live in the area. So it was my first time in a Meijer. Big store. Great selection. I liked it better than Wally World.

It was great shopping experience with friendly service even at closing time.

Five Stars and give your employee Stacey in the bakery a raise! She went above and beyond, listing to every detail I asked for my husbands retirement cupcake cake to look as much like the party theme and invitation. It was the best and freshest cake ever ordered. She called to confirm time and date and followed up with me. VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER WHO SHOPS AT MEIJERS ONCE A WEEK!

They were out of Jimmy Deans sausage biscuits. I eat them ever day. Please try to keep them in stock .

Clean and wide aisles makes it easier to navigate during covid times. It also seem they are better restocking shelves than the competition. There are never enough cashiers available that seems to be a trend with retail places.

Been looking for a certain coffee for weeks now. Use to be at any store including convenient stores.....then wham couldnt find it anywhere. Then a friend suggested Meijer, which I rarely went to before due to the distance, but then I happened to find two shelves full of the coffee I have been searching for. Needless to write Ill be going back to Meijer weekly. Hope those shelves stay stocked with my brand and flavor. Thanks to whomever is the buyer in that department!!

First time in a while, weve been missing out. This place is fabulous. One stop shopping at its best.

Only local grocery store open until midnight so great for a late night option. Good produce and great selection of a large variety of food and non-food options. Good prices too. Way better than Walmart any day of the week.

The Meijer on 135 in Greenwood, IN has the absolute BEST closing staff out of all the stores I visit regularly. It’s mostly women and they are all extremely personable, helpful and patient. I shop late when there is less traffic and the ladies always recognize me immediately and chat me up for a few minutes even when I’m the last person in the whole store. This will continue to be our “home” store simply because my fiancé and I enjoy that pleasant experience they bring us when we shop here!

We have shopped at this Meijer since the day it opened. There have been problems, mainly in the meat department. I once needed Happy Birthday written on a cake in the bakery, but was told the gentleman was not able to do so. Why do they have all of these blank birthday cakes if he’s working there if he can’t write in them?

The power cart was fully charged and operational. The personnel were helpful in finding what I needed. A good experience. 👍

I wish that they would lower the price on their Name Brand shoes you might as well go to a Name brand Shoe Store

This is why i shop at Kroger... I tried getting my perks at the register and the lady was 0 help. At kroger they would have just gave me a new scan bar so i could get the discount. Just awful customer service in my opinion or the store just needs a better perks system.

Worst stocked store I’ve ever seen! Shelves have gaping holes with no merchandise! Employees wandering. around doing nothing! I go there to buy a particular kind of yogurt, which they rarely have in stock, instead they have a strawberry cheese cake flavor that no one buys! I have complained before but nothing ever changes!

Love Meijers bakery for their Ultimate freshly baked Reeses pieces peanut butter cookies & baguette. You will NOT be disappointed with the above bakery items!

Clean, primarily have a friendly staff. Love the selections of fresh fruits & vegetables. A marvelous selection of canned & frozen items, breads, a variety of cheeses, too. I have not purchased the fresh meats due to a family owned butcher.I have introduced many people to the Meijers stores and they become regular customers. Keep up the great work!! Kudos!!

This location is the real deal. Awesome fresh food section. Lots of vegan options.

This is another super-mega-ultra store with grocery and hard goods. The selection was good and the store was very clean. I had multiple choices for each of the things I was looking for. Found some good deals in the clearance clothes.

If you arent using the Shop & Scan feature, what are you waiting for? This has to be the best feature for shopping at Meijer. Shop, bag as you go, scan the QR code at the self checkouts, maybe need to have an attendant scan a few items to verify your cart (or if you have adult beverages or items with theft sensors), and go. Seriously. Love it.

Had a problem finding what I was looking for.Eventually, I was able to locate the item and I didnt see an associate to ask.

They have all the brands I cant find at the other stores.

I was able to find everything I needed at this Meijer. And now they have checkouts like the other stores.

Meijer self check employees need to be more alert regarding customers needing help. My daughter needed help lifting 11 two liter pop bottles to scan them. The employee just watched me lift them all and then offered to help another customer with 4 bottles. Thats why we dont shop usually at meijer.

Bathrooms are gross all the time! But theyre conveniently located next to where I work so I still go there often. Employees are nice and the facility is overall good. Just really gross bathrooms.

Meijer is my favorite store to get groceries and foods at, and I like it way better than Kroger and even a bit more than Fresh Thyme. It feels less stressful than Kroger for sure, and Meijers store brand items are generally of decent quality (especially food). They always carry a good and fresh selection of fresh produce which is the most important thing to us.

So much better than Walmart. Also found a Colts beer there that I havent seen anywhere else.

Good, has what we need, but needs an overhaul/update. I would love to have the in store Hot Pretzel place that the Southport location has...but my workout regimen would not...

Meijer store on SR 135 at Main St. in Greenwood has one of the rudest customer service employees I have ever had to deal with. She works in their deli department and is just the nastiest person to customers. I have complained to management but they have ignored it and allow her to continue working behind the counter. I really enjoy shopping at Meijer but because of her I will probably go to Kroger or Super Target a couple blocks away.

Solid. First experience. Better than walmart atmosphere, lesser than Target.

I dont shop at Meijer often, because the prices are a bit high. But I do like that you can find a more diverse selection of ethnic foods in the grocery section. Best choice outside of going to a specialty grocer.

Grocery shelves are mostly stocked, and I was able to get my weekly food run completed quickly using their Shop & Scan in the Meijer app.

My shopping experience at this particular Meijer was above average. I was delighted to see most registers open.

Store is poorly organized and messy/dirty. Many things out of stock.

I always feel safe shopping here. Carts are sanitized, staff and shoppers wear masks, and the staff sanitize the conveyor belt where you place your goods on . I like the produce, the choice and the freshness of their goods. Somethings maybe a little more expensive but getting their vouchers are a good help to your shopping bill.I like it that I can find produce in Meijer that Im not going to find elsewhere

Shelves pretty well stocked, good after xmas sale prices! They appear to have adequate staffing, unlike some other large stores, produce has always been very good quality, a bit pricey though.

The self checkouts are great. The area gets a little tight when some people want to hang out in the center of the two sides of the registers.

Meijer was very organized, everyone was wearing their masks, the pharmacist was very sweet and helpful, etc. Id recommend this to any friends who want to go shopping but didnt know where.

We usually shop at the Franklin store. We noticed that they have been out of Brooks catsup for a few weeks. We checked online and were told that it was available. When we called the store we were told that Meijer no longer stocked that product. We called the Greenwood store and were assured that they had the item in stock. We found that to be true when we arrived there. Does each store manager make this decision?

Like there produce& products, however seems alot of outs on shelves.Especially on water asile& frozen vegetables...Shortage on help mornings stocking after 2:00 pm 2and shift I was told!!! Some shells youll have to get down try pull stock forward if you want product.They dont have staff to pull forward for you.....

Pharmacy drive through was closed? During the day? Was confused about using the drive through so had to go inside to pick up rx.

From my perspective, this was a much better shopping experience than I found when I shop at Krogers at 8745 South Emerson, i experienced really poor customer service, employees routinely are never available and are very casual workers, goofing off and joking, in pairs usually.Meiers workers where polite and professional !!

Clean. Courteous employees, sanitized carts, neatly arranged aisles and fully stocked shelves, excellent produce dept, greatee shoe sales, neatly polished floors, and quick check out service.
