Used Kroger pick up today as I usually do every week.the items I received are mediocre, I’m usually given meat that goes out of date the next day or all on the same day, I have to put comments in my order to ensure that the food I purchase lasts for a week. In addition to my dissatisfaction I received a defective bag of chocolate I planned to bake with, it was wrapped in red tape and then when turned over the bag had a gapping whole on the back side. This means that my item has now been contaminated and not useable, as a shopper inside the store I would avoid getting these things because of how unsafe it will be to eat. I use online shopping because of my busy schedule, Kroger in Whiteland, Indiana has for sure lost my business. Would not recommend online grocery orders here.

I just saw a cashier toss a water bottle at a metnally ill patient. He began to cry. The staff were incredibly insensitive about it! Had the nerve to talk about the caregiver and talk about reporting him to his work. Just Absolutely ridiculous!

Went here last week and saw an employee and three customers not wearing a mask. Decided I would give this location one more chance to see if they would actually prevent people from coming in who didn’t have masks. Nope this time I saw 5 customers without masks on and the employees didn’t even say a word even when one of said customers asked for help. Will never be returning to this location again.

Western union service is always down there, don’t even waste ur time & go there if u wants to use western union

I have a 1 hr lunch in which I needed to pick up groceries, go home let my dog out and return to work..this Kroger has doubled its self checkouts...there was no one around to scan my groceries at a register.... the one self checkout I chose, decided to stop working halfway through my cart...this new self checkout system is a joke...unless I am severely mistaken...I am now scanning my own groceries and bagging them for the same price...less customer service...more hassle...and the machines do not even pay taxes as a regular employee would have...fantastic business model Kroger...maybe next time I could gather all your carts and sweep the parking lot as well before I leave

My grandson lives in Greenwood. He was so upset. He came home and said he was just in Kroger in Greenwood, Indiana on Independence Drive and hestopped counting when he got to 20 people without masks on and the cashier was not wearing a mask either. You would think with Covid19 spreading again in many states including Indiana, the mask mandate that our Govenor put into place would be adhered to. I told him dont go back to Kroger. We will frequent stores that respect policies set by our Govenor.

I only come to this Kroger for one reason. Twice a month I stop here for two money orders on my way to pay a couple bills that accept only money order. Every time I come in between 9am and noon and every time I ask for a lottery ticket with my purchase every time I’m told “I don’t have those out yet.” Happened today at 10:30. You’ve been open at customer service for two and a half hours and still don’t have lottery tickets out?

Great grocery store!

This has been my home Kroger for a long time. I hate even giving them a bad review. But, I went in yesterday morning. Purchased a weeks worth of groceries and there was no check out lanes open. The cashier that normally works one of the lanes was there, but, they had her putting returned stock away. All of the self check out lines were being used, including the one I was using. So, the area is extremely small and I am self checking out with a weeks worth of groceries. Very difficult to do. I mentioned it to the lady that was monitoring the self check out area and I politely said something about no cashier/lanes being open and she told me that that was a corporate decision. Baaaaaad decision. If this is the new norm, I wont be spending my money at this Kroger any longer. I called the Corporate office after I got home and told the rep what happened, but, no one has reached out to speak with me yet. I hope this decision is reversed.

The lady working for Customer service made me wait like 10 minutes until she got done talking and laughing to another employee. She seen me and didnt care I was waiting for so long. Terrible Customer service!! I was going to ask for her manager but I was running late and didnt have time to address the situation. This happen July 23 at 5:20pm

The employees were so helpful! One young man even helped me unload my cart! I had my one year old son with me and it helped out so much! And they always have people to bag groceries unlike the other larger Krogers. And I like that this store is smaller I can get in and out quickly.

Always satisfied with Kroger! My parents were dedicated to Kroger when I was young. My experience has always been great. This location has a great staff, very friendly, very helpful! Ive been shopping this location since it opened. Thanks for being great!

Its a fine Kroger. No Kroger gas station but I redeem my gas points at the Franklin store, which is a lot bigger too. But this Greenwood Kroger has all we need.

Im a pretty dedicated Kroger shopper since they switched to marketplaces. The selection is great, the cheese shop, Starbucks, sushi, and food court is nice. Im never disappointed. I love the Kroger app and being able to download coupons to my card.

I have been shopping this Kroger for many years. I got the fried chicken from there on the 17th of March. It was the best Ive had from there. So good, I came in the next Sunday and let the lady who cooks it know how good it was.

I will not come back to your store until you get a handle on your employees not wearing mask. I plan on emailing the health department also.

This Kroger allows customers to harass customers who are the exempt list and cannot wear a mask. When you complain management will agree with the customer doing the harassing. If you are on the exempt list do not shop here you will be treated like a second class citizen.

This is what I call my Kroger. Employees are great. Sometimes stock is a little low though and could use some new product selections. But Im here every week!

Excellent place to shop. The people in the deli during the day are awesome... Especially John, Craig and Linda. They always make sure everything is fresh.

Absolutely horrendous. TERRIBLE customer service. I was walking out and had a glass bottle bust near the entrance of the store. Went and asked for help yet NOT a single associate came out to help. The manager came out made direct eye contact with me and walked right back in. Do not waste your money at this store. Apart from awful service, they never have anything in stock, always musty, and their self-checkout needs serious renovation. Take your business elsewhere.

Its a nice store would give a 5 but the hot deli served me pink chicken not good when called they laughed and said hope you didnt eat it. Then offered after myself getting upset a free replacement yeah that is where I will go

I been working literally 2 minutes away so on my way home I normally go grab my groceries here for nearly four years now. Lately my visits haven’t been comfortable I’m followed, and watched while checking out. I know in Greenwood their are not many African Americans that come to this establishment but our money is just as well spent as anyone else. If I haven’t ever giving a reason to suspect I’m up to no good why do something as such to make customers not want to spend their money there?

Never stocked. This place always looks like it was hit by a rush before a storm. The staff are great and friendly but I always have at least 1 item that they are out of stock on. Usually more. I live close so I continue to come but its a running joke in our house that we will come home without a few things that we wanted. And we come at least a few times a week. Disappointing to say the least.

Layout of store is nice, people are nice and prices are reasonable. Not the best but okay, Wife likes Aldis better.

They keep the shelves stock as much as possible and floors are always clean. People are very nice and helpful too. Thats why I always and only go to this one.

Well designed isles and comfortable space. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and there were no lines for cashiers. Plenty of self service checkouts. One issue with self service is the non stop repeat commands of the machine. These guiding voice directives have a long way to be more efficient and less annoying. When the system gets stuck the staff is very responsive and quick to solve the issue.Plenty of selections, clean atmosphere. Customers can be more attentive with their shopping carts and properly park them in the reserved spots in parking lot instead of just abandoning them on the spot.

My grandmother used to shop at Kroger in the 50 s a we have shopped at Kroger since we moved into the area over a dozen years ago. You have to be able to trust your grocer and we trust Kroger.Edit: My wife has discontinued shopping at this Kroger. Store clutter and cleanliness have become an issue. This indicates a management problem.

Overall I would give this kroger location 5 stars. However, several times in the last month I have been disappointed in the decline of service in the bakery department. Several times throughout the month I purchase several dozen donuts for my co-workers. Well that was until they were no longer available to purchase at 6am when the bakery opens. The past 4 times Ive had to go to another store in order to purchase the donuts. Today it occurred again. I was informed at 6:20am that the donuts couldnt be put out for another 20 minutes. So i had no choice but to go to the competitor once again in order to be at work by 6:30am. Hopefully this issue can be resolved and i can again start purchasing them at 6am.

I enjoy stopping here from time to time to pick up necessities. It’s small and convientately close to my house. Matter of fact, I’m going there right now!

Shelves were empty, so overly priced on anything Thanksgiving. How do you expect poorer families to have a nice Thanksgiving. Really. $14.00 for two jats of peanut butter? Its too bad you dont have any competition except Aldis... U will be getting my Thanksgiving meal prep from them!!!!

They have food...pretty much like any grocery store.

I love Kroger. The staff is nice and their deals are better than Wal-Mart, Sams, or Marsh. Their product are high quality and always fresh. I also love the coupons they offer via mail and online. My wife and I visited yesterday and spent $53 and saved $51 with the Kroger free coupons and the Kroger card. We saved as much as we spent, and we got a lot of food!!!! Always be a loyal Kroger customers as long as they are open.

Floral Dept: I called several days before Valentines Day to order a wrist corsage. The florist was terribly rude because she had so many orders. This should have been a sign! I picked up the wrist corsage for my 13 yr old for a valentine dance. As soon as she put it on it fell apart. It had been hot glued together. No this was not silk flowers it was real flowers. You cant hot glue real flowers and expect them to hold. We tried to fix it. She was so embarrassed at the dance. It completely fell apart all over the floor. I have never had a worse job on a floral order in my entire life! Hot glued real flowers! Seriously!

This pharmacy is a joke! I swear everyone who works here hates theres jobs. They make everything way more complicated than it needs to be. Also there is a lady name Elizabeth an she is the worst.

The girl that waited on me was pretty chatty with the guy bagging and thats fine but I had a question and I didnt want to be rude and interrupt so I just paid and left

Busy store, but generally has what you need. it is sometimes hard to find things because the store has been rearranged so many times. (lived in the area 15 years) a store map would nice...any way to put into wifi or paper to pick up when going into the store?

Never never have the selves stocked. In order to get everything I need for the week, I have to make 2 or even 3 trips a week.

I love my local Krogers I go there a lot and everyone always greets me and the deli guy named Art always remembers exactly what I get and how I like everything shaved and the butcher always remembers how much and how I like things wrapped and the cashiers always are friendly and helpful and treat me like a friend

If your there to get your day to day groceries this is your place. They might have some things outside the your normal fair. Its a 50/50 shot. They are expanding though, so that could change.

Typical grocery store experience. This happens to be one of the largest Kroger supermarkets in the area. Added benefits to this store are a larger natural/whole foods section along with clothing. Every time I have been here a large portion of the clothing selection is 25-75% off sticker price.

The store has become dirty and has a very unfriendly atmosphere. The employees are rude and unhelpful. Sale items are usually out of stock so if you want something that is in sale you better get there early in the morning in the 1st day of the sale. Parking lot is littered with carts.
