The manger was rude and didn’t give time to even look at the item I had. She just quickly said she can’t do it and when I said I had it done already on the same item somewhere else she told me to go back there since they did it already. SMH I guess they don’t need the business
If I could give zero stars, I would.Here is my advice...order early and purchase LOCAL. Worst customer service.The initial experience, placing the order, was great. I did it over the phone with the store and everything seemed like it would work out. We were charged for the gift that day. Never received any sort of confirmation which was strange but again, thought it all would work out. The employee seemed sure we would get the gift in on time. The day that the gift was supposed to be picked up came around. I did not receive a text or phone call saying that it was ready or there was a problem. Waited one more day to call the store. The store had no documentation that it had been ordered and ZERO documentation or trace of when it would be in. I am dumbfounded that their system could be so dated for a corporate store. That day, I called twice and stopped in once. No solid answer until I called back in the evening. I was told that the gift would be in the next by two. I told them that was too late but we would make it work. The next day rolls around. I call when the store as soon as they open. Was placed on hold three times and still no answer. Contacted customer service to see if they could track the order down in anyway. NOPE. She was in Ohio and told me to just keep trying....I stopped in the store today to see if by chance they had received it. Nope, 3 days late at this point. There were boxes of shipments that hadnt been open everywhere. The whole store was a mess. I wanted a refund as the women said it hadnt been order until the most recent Monday which was not the case. the woman at the store did not know how to give a refund and I was told to call customer service...guess what customer service said, I must go through the store. The woman was able to contact another manager (hers was on vacation) to walk her through the process. I spent 45 minutes in the store waiting on someone to help get to a refund. I understand we are still working our way through a pandemic but these problems run deeper than 2020.I will never purchase from Things Remembered.

We have been here several times for name plates we place on Bible covers. They are always so nice to work with. They are VERY careful to make sure you get exactly what you want. Service is done quickly as they can too and with a smile. We will certainly continue to use them in the future.
They have lots of items that can be personalized. They can also ship directly from the store for a great price. Thats what we do when we send gifts or of state. They have always done add exceptional job.

Excellent service but if one wants to engrave anything just order online and do store pick up. This will save you time.
